It is general that the ICAI(Intelligent Computer Assisted Instruction) consists of 4 modules. Export module, Teacher module, Student module and Interface module. In each module construction, there should be some rules to control strategies efficiently and systematically that are related to the texts and assessment instruments, assessment results and evaluation, feedback, etc. It is necessary to use a method to classify the curriculum into sections with units and to represent the identified relationships between them. These relationships are available to all the process of learning, assessment, evaluation and feedback. In this paper, we propose the method to represent these units and relationships as a graph. In addition, we implement an internet-based courseware authoring tool to support the environment in which several expert can construct concurrently the courseware with cooperation between them.

New system solves scheduling problem in medical services. The existing scheduling system by FCFS is for a hospital but new system expresses the condition of a hospital and the profit of separate system's parties by the automated negotiation. This system expresses user preference time as a priority number and is designed that the schedule is changed according to the priority number with a negotiation strategy for a patient. And a hospital makes a schedule according to the policy. The system supports customer satisfaction in medical services by considering not only equipment efficiency but also the patent waiting time unlike the existing system considering the idle time for a equipment.

XML (extensible Markup Language) is selected and published as a representative standard of electronic documents by W3C (World Wide Web Consortium). The structured information can be created and also transferred in XML documents. By utilizing XML, you can express the meaningful information unit as a structure comparing existed file typed information. With structured information, you can also manage retrieve, and reposit documents. According to the above facts, in this paper, it is the purpose to design and implement XML documents repository system to reposit and retrieve using structured information of XML documents. As a model it was designed to be stored by element unit which is the basic unit of documents and was also designed to retrieve the stored XML information by structured unit. It was, especially, designed to manage and reposit the structure of various documents effectively through creating schema as to DTD(Document Type Definition) and instance.

Reinforcement learning learns policies for accomplishing a task's goal by experience through interaction between agent and environment. Q-learning, basis algorithm of reinforcement learning, has the problem of curse of dimensionality and slow learning speed in the incipient stage of learning. In order to solve the problems of Q-learning, new function approximation methods suitable for reinforcement learning should be studied. In this paper, to improve these problems, we suggest Fuzzy Q-Map algorithm that is based on online fuzzy clustering. Fuzzy Q-Map is a function approximation method suitable to reinforcement learning that can do on-line teaming and express uncertainty of environment. We made an experiment on the mountain car problem with fuzzy Q-Map, and its results show that learning speed is accelerated in the incipient stage of learning.

This study is a thesis on motion infographics design trend analysis of the domestic and international Competition award-winning works. The design processes of motion infographic which belongs to information design are divided into information architecture and information visualization. The award-winning works were analyzed by Design elements considered in each design processes. The analysis results showed that the similarity seen between the domestic and international are meaningful for understanding how to communicate by motion infographics and the usefulness of the methods. At the same time, the difference between them showed that the two sides recognized motion infographic differently and the domestic works have the lack of diversity and the uniformity of expression. The results provide information used to further establish strategy of design motion infographics in business and education.

이 논문은 특별히 사이버쇼핑몰들이나 상업적인 웹사이트에서 효과적인 고객 지향적인 개별화 서비스를 지원하는 원투원에이젼트의 구조를 제안한다. 데이터베이스를 연동하여 동적인 웹페이지를 지원하는 기존의 많은 쇼핑몰이나 상업성을 지닌 웹사이트들은 고객의 기호, 관심, 프로파일, 행동양식, 고객 히스토리등을 고려하지 않기 때문에 여전히 모든 고객에게 획일적으로 같은 내용을 제시하여 개별화된 원투원 서비스를 지원하지 못하고 있다. 이런 문제를 극복하기 위해서는 웹사이트를 구축하는 회사들은 제품정보, 서비스 정보등을 고객이나 비즈니스 파트너에게 좀더 개별화되고 고객 지향적인 정보를 제공하고 고객과의 원투원 관계를 지속시키기 위하여 웹사이트 구축전략을 신중히 수립하여야 한다. 지금까지 원투원 웹사이트 개발을 위해 타겟 푸쉬, 타겟 메일, 타겟 광고등 다양한 개별화 기술이 사용되어 왔다. 이 논문에서는 성능과 안정성을 고려한 멀티쓰레드기반 개별화 에이젼트 구조와 개별 고객의 고객 지향적인 서비스를 위해 규칙기반의 매칭기술을 사용하며 적응적인 프로파일을 위해 피드백 프로파일 기법을 소개한다. 규칙 기반 매칭 기술은 매칭엔진에 의하여 다양한 개별화된 컨텐츠와 메일을 생성할 수 있으며 규칙문장은 다양한 서비스를 표현하고 평가할 수 있게 설계 되었다.

The Disney Studios have been aiming at the animation storytelling of the signification system that the contemporary audience can universally accept. And it can be said that such storytelling is aesthetic expression based on the contemporary mainstream dominant mythology. Seen from this perspective, the changes of the masculinity of male characters that are represented in the Disney feature animation Frozen are not just a simple aesthetic phenomenon but a strategy of animation storytelling that reflects the contemporary cultural and social trend. The gender identity of the male characters of Frozen is completely freed from the existing stereotypes about Disney feature animations, and it positively presents the changes of the gender roles that reflect the changes in social value and the needs of the times.

Temporal databases support an efficient hist0rical representation and operation for an object in the real world. Especiallv, temporal aggregates generate In additional by information by means of computations from objects that is valid at past as well as current time. It is one of important areas to serve to users as various type of aggregates as possible so that they enhance the overall system performance and efficiency. In this paper, we not only introduce temporal aggregate tree strategy as an efficient processing technique for given temporal aggregate query, but also analyze the ovemll processing cost and then evaluate its perfomlance.

Stereoscopic technology can be regarded as core basis technology which is commonly requested in field of next generation stereoscopic multi media information communication. Realization of stereoscopic image in order to express natural images that are close to reality is a part that human constantly put effort, it first began with visual recognition system, went through stereo picture by using binocular disparity and were conducted as video clip stereoscopic age. Life is changing, a new culture is formed, there were technological development which realized imagination as reality based on expansion of IT industry and core trend, and there is 3D stereoscopic image technology in the center. We will look at technology development tendency and development strategy of 3D stereoscopic image in this essay, and will suggest efficient usage plan of 3D stereoscopic image technology for continuous market expansion.

IMO developed e-navigation implementation plan which is a new paradigm of vessel safety navigation using harmonized information technology. S-100 standard for electronic navigational chart is also adopted as one of e-navigation strategies. In S-100 framework, not only geographic features of electronic chart but every safety related objects can be expressed by UML so that can be provided by web services. This paper research to test S-100 web service for casualty information. It is processed by modeling with UML, converting XML document by XML schema. Finally, the XML data is represented by web-based application.
