  • This study explained about the different motive of partner homicide and this homicide's elements which are feature of human sociology, home environment, school life and partner's trouble causes. After analyzed these element which affect to the motive of partner homicide, we couldn't find statistical differences of partner homicide motive by sex, having a job. However, there are small gap in an age group. Almost the homicide by expressive motive was a primary factor in the whole mass but, in the age of 40's, 11.1% is by the homicide of instrumental motive in the partner homicide. We need some more detail analysis and the partner murderer who growed up in very poor home circumstances commit Homicide by 100% expressive motive. This result suggested that murderer who was in the inferior home environment can do murder more easier than normal because of their emotional reason which are urgent, impulsive and contingent. On the other hand, their school life behavior during a growth process was useless for explain the motive of partner homicide. On one side, we could confirm that partner's trouble cause is a very useful element for explain the partner homicide, that is, if the if the level of conflict with partner's were high, the murder by expressive motive will grow up. But we must see the fact that the partner homicide's rate is 13.3% by instrumental motive in the low trouble causes very carefully for understand the partner homicide.

  • This paper explores a way to solve students' silence problem in the class by studying dynamic behaviors in the class. In order to build a behavioral model, several factors affecting the students' behavior were extracted by literature review and by performing a survey to the students. The paper also implemented the model into an agent-based computer model for simulation. The simulation result showed that the behavior of an individual depends on the neighboring students. The more students are expressing their opinion, and then the better motivation one can get to express an opinion. Other observations are that supportive atmosphere considerably reduces the silent ratio, and even the majority of silence phenomenon appears at critical atmosphere.

  • This study obtained significant results by analyzing 202 dental hygienists in Daegu and Gyeongbuk region with analyzed with descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA analysis using the SPSS WIN 18.0 in order to investigate the fusion relationship between anger expression, stress elasticity, job satisfaction, and quality of life of dental hygienists. Anger expressions averaged 1.50, and was high hospital-level, job-motivated, non-self-esteemed, high income, alcohol consumption. Stress resilience was averaged 3.09, and was high when abstinence. Job satisfaction average 3.24, and was high when was pride, abstinence. Quality of life, stress resilience and job satisfaction were positively correlated. Stress resilience and job satisfaction are positively correlated. Overall, information provision and environmental support should be provided to increase job satisfaction and stress resilience in order to improve the quality of life of dental hygienists and reduce the expression of anger.

  • The display device is an important video information communication system device to connect between human and device. it transfers the information as characters, shapes, images and pattern to enable recognizing by eyes. Theres absolutely needs some key functions and role to quickly display informations. It can analyse a information through a PPI Scope of a cathode-ray tube(CRT) displays information which can perform a role. this research proposed a radar device to display informations as received signal. The radar display researches can apply to fixed function graphics pipeline algorithms of the large capacity type through a vertical blanking interval and buffer swap of display unit. Also, it can be possible to apply to performed algorithms to FPGA logic without high-performance graphics processing unit GPU through synchronization which can implement a display system. In this paper, we improved the affordability and reliability through proposed research. 이So, we have studied the radar display unit which can change a flat display from radar display of CRT radar display.

  • This study investigates the effect of the motivation to use webtoon and the convenience of use(the character of the webtoon service) on the interactivity, and then examines how the interactivity affect the webtoon user's satisfaction and willingness to pay. Using factor analysis, this study found two motivations to use webtoon including 'information acquisition', 'entertainment and easiness of access'. These motivations have an influence on the interaction of the content and Webtoon's user and of Webtoon's users. The motivation of the entertainment and easiness of access is more influential to user's interactivity. The convenience of use is divided two types that are the convenience of the searching information and service. The convenience of webtoon service has positive influence of two types of interaction. The last results find that webtoon user's satisfaction is influenced by gender, the convenience of the searching information and using service. The satisfaction of the female user is higher than man. The more convenience of use is, the more satisfaction of users will be. Willingness to pay is influenced by age, the convenience of webtoon service, and the user's interactivity. The older users are, the more convenience of webtoon service is, and the more the user's interactivity, the higher willing to pay will get. The implications of the findings are discussed in terms of the way to change the profit structure of webtoon service and suggest to increase the interactivity in webtoon service.

  • The use of social media has many advantages such as knowledge sharing, social networking, and communicating with other people. However, it has given rise to various side effects including stress, Which is defined as social network stress in this study. This study aims to conceptualize social network stress and investigate its effect on switching behavior in social media. For this purpose, we present a research model that consists of the antecedents and consequences of social network stress and test it empirically using LISREL 8.7 based on the structural equation model. The empirical results showed that knowledge sharing and self-disclosure had positive impact on social network stress, which in turn positively influenced social media switching behaviors. In conclusion, we discussed both theoretical and practical implications of this research and suggested its limitations.

  • This study aimed to identify nurses' participation motivation, its influence factors, and their job training need. A survey was conducted on 345 nurses of general hospitals in Gyeonggi-do. Data was collected from October 5th to 18th, 2016 and was analyzed through t-test, ANOVA, Bonferroni post-test, and multiple regressions using SPSS 21.0. Participation motivation was high in 'expertise capability improvement and development' and low in personal gain and job stability. Job training need was the highest in nosocomial infection management and CPR and was the lowest in hospice and rehabilitation nursing. Participation motivation had significant differences depending on age, marital status, educational level, and clinical experience, and was influenced by the job training need of professional nursing and medical knowledge for disease treatment. Therefore, it is necessary to plan medical educational programs to enhance job training effectiveness, establish a strategy to increase participation motivation; and expand various job training support.
