Development Charge System was introduced in 1989 to recapture development gains, however, it has been revised more than 20 times since then. The reason for such frequent revisions was that estimating development cost was too composite and indefinite. Therefore it is required that estimating method of development cost should be simplified in order to minimize conflicts among diverse parties. To support the recent revision of 'Restitution and Development Gains Act', this study verified several alternatives of applying standardized costs per area under specific size of development and suggested policy implications. For analysis data, 9,362 Development Charge and cost data of si gun gu for recent 3 years were used. The results showed that dividing Seoul Metropolitan Area (SMA) and non-SMA made a significant difference and definite divisions among regional groups. The result of this study could minimize social conflicts as well as contribute in realizing the public concept of land policy by revising Development Charge System.

During the six years from 2006 to 2011, based on a study of projects with an area equivalent to or less than $2,700m^2$ located in Jeju self-governing province, it was shown, through comparison with the pre-existing calculation methods, that there were many problems with the application of the standard cost. Accounting for the uniqueness of Jeju province, the study suggested an alternative method for applying the standard cost, basing it on property usage of either urban area or non-urban area pursuant to the National Land Planning and Utilization Act rather than land type of either mountain area or non-mountain area, with the utilization of T-test and ANOVA raising the reliability of this study.

지속적으로 복잡해져가는 침입 기술과 이에 대응하는 보안소프트웨어의 다양화에 따라 보안 시스템의 개발 및 업데이트 비용은 지속적으로 증가하고 있다. 표준적인 프로토콜과 미들웨어를 구축함으로서 개발 시간 및 중복 개발의 비용을 절감 함과 동시에 각 모듈간의 크로스오버에 의한 성능 향상을 꾀할 수 있다. 본 연구는 이런 표준 프레임워크의 효용성과 이러한 프레임워크에 요구되는 여러 요소들을 제안한다.

The typical unit infrastructure cost estimation techniques adopted so far in implementing the Korean Impact Fee Zoning have rather been centered around the unilateral simple cost models. The techniques, as such, have frequently been criticized for their lack of flexibility in properly reflecting the regional differences as well as the peculiarities of individual development projects. The Ministry of Land, Transport, and Maritime Affairs (MLTM), in this regard, has recently introduced an enhanced alternative technique. Using the NGIS data, the study probes the viability of the MLTM's new technique by testing the entire estimation process based on the case area in Ansung City. Reflecting the City's characteristics, the study assumes a composite land use plan that accommodates the industrial area in addition to typical residential areas. As an extensive empirical case study, the research has found from the new technique considerable technical merits to overcome the existing shortcomings and summarized its significant policy implications.

(주)넥스트랩은 2016년부터 TTA 자문서비스를 이용해왔다. 스마트 기기 UX(User eXperience) 품질의 정량적 측정과 분석 기술 개발을 자문받았다. 당시 TTA로부터 얻은 실질적인 정보와 조언이 기술 사업 전반의 방향을 정하는 데 큰 도움을 주었다. 솔루션 개발 기간과 비용도 크게 절감되었다. 2017년에는 2016년의 자문 성과에서 더 나아가, 개발한 UX 품질 측정 분석 기술의 고도화와 함께, AR VR 성능 측정에 적용하고자 했다. 기술 개발의 영역을 확장하기 위해 (주)넥스트랩은 다시 TTA 자문서비스의 문을 두드렸다. 2년 차 자문에서는 전년도에 개발한 솔루션의 고도화 개발과 납품 수주 성공이라는 보다 뚜렷한 가시적인 결과들이 있었다.

우리나라에서는 항만 물류관련 업무를 효과적으로 처리하기 위해 지난 1993년부터 해양수산부를 비롯한 관련 기관에서 EDI를 도입하여 활용하고 있다. 그러나 EDI는 개발비용과 유지보수비용이 많이 들고 특정 VAN만을 이용할 수 있는 등 여러 가지 문제점을 가지고 있다. 이러한 EDI의 문제점들을 해결하기 위해 UN/CEFACT와 OASIS에서는 ebXML을 차세대 인터넷 전자상거래 표준으로 제정하였다. 본 논문은 차세대 인터넷 전자상거래 표준 프레임워크인 ebXML을 기반으로 한 항만 물류 관리시스템을 설계하고 구현한 방법을 소개한다.

최근 모바일 디바이스의 성능향상으로 모바일 웹 애플리케이션 구동환경이 개선되고 있다. 이에 따라 모바일 웹 애플리케이션 개발 수요가 국내외적으로 증가하고 있다. 하지만 기존 PC환경과 달리 개발 환경 및 표준에 대한 고려가 적어 많은 개발비용이 소모되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 MWeb-프레임워크를 통해 최근 각광 받고 있는 웹 개발 프레임워크 기반의 개발방법론을 제안하며 이와 더불어 다양한 디바이스에서 동일한 사용이 가능하도록 모바일 웹 표준을 준수하는 개발방법론을 제안한다. Ruby on Rails기반의 모바일 웹 개발 아키텍처를 정의하고 이를 바탕으로 모바일 웹 표준을 준수하는 애자일 개발방법론을 적용한 프로세스 모델을 제안하고 기존 웹 개발 프레임워크와 개발방법론을 비교, 평가한다. 제안한 프레임워크를 통하여 신속한 개발을 수행할 수 있으며 모바일 웹 표준 환경을 준수하여 모바일 웹 애플리케이션의 품질과 신뢰성을 획득할 수 있다.

소프트웨어 생명주기 중 가장 많은 비용이 유지보수 개발에서 발생한다. 대형 소프트웨어 시스템의 운영 유지보수 표준은 ISO/IEC 20000 으로 프로세스통합운영 및 개선활동 중심이어서 유지보수 개발에 대한 SR(Service Request) 처리시 개발 표준 및 구체적 절차가 미비하다. 그러나 대형 소프트웨어 시스템 구축 개발 시 많이 채택하고 있는 CMMI-DEV 표준을 ISO/IEC 20000 유지보수 조직 및 팀원이 내제화를 함으로써 유지보수 개발의 상호 보완적 프로세스로 명세 명확화 및 품질을 제고할 수 있고, 생산성과 효율성을 증대할 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 ISO/IEC 20000 유지보수 조직이 운영하고 있는 표준절차에 CMMI-DEV 표준 프로세스를 상호보완적으로 매칭한 표준절차를 적용한 통합모델을 제안한다. ISO/IEC 20000 모델의 개발단계에 CMMI-DEV 프로세스 모델을 적용한 통합 모델을 구축하고 실제 프로젝트에 적용하여 본 연구의 실효성을 검증한다.

2008년 처음 IPTV 서비스가 시작된 이후 IPTV 콘텐츠 호환성 확보와 단말 이동성 확보를 통한 IPTV 서비스 활성화 및 전체적인 비용 절감을 위해 많은 표준화 이슈들이 있었고 현재까지 표준화가 일부 완료 및 진행중이다. IPTV는 짧은 시간에 급격히 발전하였고 사업이 활성화 되었기 때문에 표준의 적용을 위한 준비 기간이 짧고 표준의 검증이 이루어지지 않은 상태이다. 그래서 표준을 적용한 시스템에 문제가 생길 수 있고 이는 많은 자원 낭비와 콘텐츠 호환성과 단말 이동성이 점점 늦어지는 원인이 되고 있다. 이에 본 논문은 표준을 적용한 플랫폼과 솔루션들이 상용화 되기전에 표준 적용 개발 제품의 표준 적합성을 시험해보고 표준 기술을 검증하여 표준을 정립하기 위하여 국내 IPTV 표준 중 "IPTV 서비스 탐색 및 전송방식 표준[3]"을 적용한 플랫폼과 솔루션을 검증하기 위한 시험 환경을 구축하고 시험규격을 개발하였다.
