A Study on Developing Education and Training System for Informationalization in Governmental Organization (정부조직의 정보화교육훈련 체계구축에 관한 연구)

  • The effective use of IT(information technology) will increasingly become one of the key determinants for successful informationalization in govermental organization And the ability of the public officials in using IT or operating information system is essential to the effective use of IT. This study focuses on constructing a theoretical base of developing the education and training system for enhancing the IT ability of the public officials. In order to achieve this research goal, first this study suggests four categories of IT education and training for (1) the basic capability of IT use (2) the skills of operating information system (3) the management competence of performing strategic use of IT, (4) the expert skills for specific IT, and then derives concrete items for each category. With respect to these items, we empirically investigate the degree of necessity and the effective way of education and training according to tasks, positions and ability of the public officials. The data analyses are based on questionnaires responded by 300 public officials who attend the education and training programs held by the Training Institute of Ministry of Information and Communication. The results of this study can provide the theoretical basis for constructing the IT education and training system which is applicable to most of Korean organizations. Also they can be used as a practical guideline in developing and promoting specific IT education and training programs.

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the difference between A Study on the Weight Change and Exercise Immersion for Activation of Aerobic Dance and to suggest the continuous activation of Aerobic Dance. To achieve this purpose, a questionnaire was conducted using a convenience sampling method, which is one of non-probability sampling, in April 2020, targeting general aerobic dance members in Gyeongnam. The results of this study are as follows. First, the demographic characteristics were partially different. The age was 40 to 49 years, height was more than 160cm, occupation was housewives, weight change was more than -3kg, participation intensity was more than 100 minutes, participation frequency was 4 days, and participation period was less than 5 years. Second, the results of this study are as follows: Weight Change(Body Confidence, Activity Confidence, Dance Confidence, Psychological Stability Effect, Dance Activity Effect, Perform-motion Effect) and Exercise Immersion(Behavior immersion, Cognitive immersion) were partially high There was a difference. Third, the results of this study are as follows: Weight Change(Body Confidence, Activity Confidence, Dance Confidence, Psychological Stability Effect, Dance Activity Effect, Perform-motion Effect) and Exercise Immersion(Behavior immersion, Cognitive immersion) were partially high It was shown that the influence was.

SNS상의 온라인 구전정보의 특성이 가정용 안면피부미용기기 구매의도에 미치는 영향

  • 최근 경기 침체에 불구하고 피부관리에 아낌없이 투자하는 소비자들이 늘어나면서 가정용 안면피부미용기기 (뷰티디바이스) 열기가 거세다. 시간과 장소에 제약이 없이 가성비가 뛰어난 가정용 안면피부미용기기 시장은 지난해 약 1000억으로 전년 대비 약 25%의 성장을 보이고 있으며 당분간 이 열기는 지속될 것이다. 본 연구는 이런 가정용 안면피부미용기기 시장이 이제 막 주목받고 있는 분야임에도 불구하고 연구된 바가 거의 없다. 라서 본 연구는 기업의 중요한 마케팅수단인 SNS의 구전 정보의 특성이 가정용 안면피부미용기기 (뷰티디바이스) 구매의도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가를 분석하고 구매의도에 중요한 역할하는 소비자의 태도가 어떤 매개역할을 하지는 분석하여 성장해가고 있는 가정용 안면피부미용기기(뷰티디바이스) 창업기업의 마케팅 전략에 기여할 것으로 판단된다. 연구모형에 있어서 SNS의 구전정보의 특성으로는 구전정보의 방향성, 구전정보의 수량, 구전정보의 내용 품질, 구전정보의 유형 들로 독립변수를 설정하였고, 종속변수인 구매의도사이에 매개변수로서 소비자태도를 선정하였다. 서울지역 여성 소비자들 중에서 가정용 안면 피부 미용기기를 사용해 본 경험이 있는 조건부 불특정 다수를 대상으로 150개의 표본을 추출하였다. 분석 방법은 확인적 요인분석과 크론바하 알파 계수로 변수의 타당성, 신뢰성 분석을 하고 경로분석을 통하여 변수간 가설 검정을 분석중에 있다.

  • Market segmentation has been an important issue in marketing for a long time. Many models and statistical methods have been developed by many scholars. The purpose of this research provides one insight for market segmentation based on clustering technique in channel benefit sought. We proposed a sequential approach in market segmentation. A sequential approach means that we do market segmentation by multi-stage method based on the benefits sought in marketing channel. To achieve this approach, we divided the main benefits sought into subcategories. That is to say, after dividing each benefit sought into more detailed concepts, we did market segmentation sequentially.

  • Since the 1980's, telephone surveys have been widely used in the world due to a rapid spread of fixed telephones and the development of a variety of sampling techniques. Telecommunications technology has rapidly developed since the early 1990's, and the number of mobile phones grew rapidly in most countries. Also, it has dramatically increased over the last few years. With the growth of households that abandon fixed telephones and move to a mobile only status, fixed telephone household coverage rates are currently decreased in many countries. In this paper, we take a look at the changes and trends in fixed telephone households coverage rates in the European Union, Asia including South Korea, and North America, and deal with the coverage problems in telephone surveys to be faced even in Korea.

Fuel Cycle Strategy of Go-ri Nuclear Power Plant - A Statistical Analysis -

  • An attempt is made to establish an optimum fuel cycle strategy for the Go-ri nuclear power plant units 1 and 2. The total capital required for the fuel cycle operation is selected as a figure of merit for economic comparison of several alternative fuel cycle schemes available for the plant, and evaluated using a probabilistic method coupled with a sampling procedure of the fluctuating fuel cost data. The results are presented in the form of probability histograms. On the basis of the most likely values of the capital requirement obtained from the histograms, a conclusion is drawn that reprocessing cycle with either uranium only or both uranium and plutonium recycled is the most economic choice for the Go-ri plant.

  • This study reports the results of a random sampling telephone survey conducted in the case of the Ulsan mayoral election 2002. We interview at least five times to a respondent who is randomly selected by means of the birthday method from a randomly sampled telephone number list of 1,233 households, We analyze the result of interviewing, such as absence and promise. And we compare the demographic variables of the surveyed sample and those of the population and we also compare the randomly selected sample's voting preference with outcome of the election in various ways. Finally, we discuss difficulty of random sampling with the birthday method and suggest some technical tips to conduct random sampling telephone survey.

  • This study is to find out how the activities of Corporate Citizenship based on Economics, Law, Ethics, Philanthropy affect the purchase intention of comsumer. The survey used a random sample of more than 400 people across Seoul and Kyunggi-do. The coding data selected was analyzed by Cronbach's alpha and factor analysis. And then the multi-regression analysis carried out and these results were impacted on all assumptions we set up originally.

미디어 대체에 관한 연구: 전통적 미디어에 대한 인터넷 이용의 영향을 중심으로

  • 본 연구는 인터넷 이용수준이 전통적 미디어의 이용수준에 미치는 영향과 수용지들의 미디어 소비 패턴에 대해 살펴보았다. 미디어 대체이론, 이용과 충족이론, 미디어 레퍼토리 연구를 바탕으로 인터넷 이용이 전통적 미디어의 이용에 미치는 영향을 중심으로 개인들의 정보와 오락 미디어 레퍼토리, 인터넷 레퍼토리에 영향을 미치는 사회적, 심리/태도적 변인과 인구통계학적 특징 등도 검토하였다. 이를 위해 전국에 있는 18세 이상 성인들을 대상으로 성별, 나이별, 지역별 층화표집방법을 이용해 표본을 추출하고 500개의 유효 서베이 설문지를 수집하였다. 데이터의 분석결과, 인터넷 이용정도가 다른 매체에 미치는 영향은 각 미디어별로 세 가지 다른 양상을-상호보완적 영향, 대체 치환의 영향, 그리고 영향을 받지 않음-보였으나 대체로 인터넷은 다른 미디어의 대체 미디어라기보다는 보완적인 매체로 현재 이용되고 있음이 나타났다. 또, 전반적인 미디어 이용시간 측면에서는 인터넷을 많이 이용하는 응답자일수록 오락과 정보 미디어 레퍼토리 크기가 더 컸던 것으로 나타나, 현재까지는 인터넷이 다른 미디어와 상호 보완하는 양상, 피들러(Fidler)의 미디어 변형이론 가운데 공존 공진화 현상을 보여주었다. 응답자들은 평균 2.01개와 2.25개의 오락과 정보 미디어 레퍼토리를 가졌으며 텔레비전, 신문, 인터넷을 두 미디어 레퍼토리의 3대 주요 미디어로 꼽았다. 또한 인터넷 레퍼토리와 사회적, 태도적 변인들간의 상관관계는 최근의 이용 충족이론과 미디어 레퍼토리 연구에서 나타났던 결과들과 일치해 사회적, 심리 태도적 요인들이(친밀도, 접근성, 유용성, 여가시간) 미디어 레퍼토리의 크기에도 영향을 미친다는 사실이 검증되었다.

  • Till now, much progress has been made in election forecasting. But fixed-line telephone survey has limitations, because it has become more and more difficult to get a representative sample, Exit poll has been considered to provide a new solution. From the beginning, exit poll provided more accurate predictions than those based on surveys using fixed-line phone. In 2002 presidential election, prediction based on exit poll was perfect. Its predictive error was zero. This paper describes how the exit poll was done in 2002 presidential elections. Specifically, we are to show the estimating procedures as well as sampling and polling process. Among many factors, sampling procedure has been fond to be the most important factor in exit poll accuracy.
