본 논문에서는 기존의 그리드 컴퓨팅을 위한 미들웨어인 Globus의 정보 서비스 시스템인 MDS의 확장된 정보시스템 설계를 기술한다. 제안된 시스템은 자원 접근 및 발견을 위해 P2P 기반의 결함 포용을 갖는 강건하고 적응형 정보 서비스를 제공한다. MDS 는 가상 조직(Virtual Organization, VO) 으로 이루어진 네트워크 상에 자원의 위치 및 상태 정보를 제공하는 디렉토리 서비스이다. 그러나 현재 MDS 시스템은 결함의 기점(Single-point failure) 및 중복으로 등록된 자원에 대한 추가적인 트래픽을 발생시킨다. P2P 기반 정보 서비스 시스템은 기존의 클라이언트/서버 기반의 정보 서비스에 비해 정보의 가용성이 높고 수동적인 정보 서비스 수행 객체인 VO의 자치성을 보장함으로써 그리드 컴퓨팅 자원에 대한 유효한 실시간 접근을 제공한다. 또한 그리드 컴퓨팅의 확장으로 그리드 컴퓨팅에 참여하는 자원의 수가 증가함에 따라 정보 서비스 시스템의 확장성 및 정보 서비스의 개체인 VO간의 자기 조직화(self-organization)를 지원한다.

현대사회가 당면한 다양한 문제를 해결하는 주체로 '제4섹터(the fourth sector)'가 주목받고 있다. 제4섹터는 사회적경제 기업으로 대표되는 제3섹터의 지나친 정부 의존도와 서비스 모델 동형화의 문제점을 해결하고자 등장하였다(Meadows, 1972; Howaldt and Schwarz, 2010). 이러한 제4섹터의 핵심 주체로서 소셜벤처가 언급되고 있다(경기연구원, 2018). 그러나 아직까지 소셜벤처에 대한 학술적 및 정책적 개념이 모호한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 사회의 포용적 성장을 도모하기 위해 제4섹터로서의 소셜벤처 정의와 특성을 명확히 하고, 소셜벤처 생태계 활성화를 위한 발전전략을 연구하고자 한다.

Public institutions and governments develop discussions on the premise that they can facilitate smooth public communication with the socially vulnerable by promoting citizens' welfare by providing voice-based service chatbots to citizens. The purpose of the study is to propose a plan for intelligent governments to provide quick and efficient administrative services by efficiently managing knowledge and information within and outside government organizations based on ICT and facilitating access and use of information for citizens, especially vulnerable groups. This paper confirms that citizens' attitudes, perceptions, and expectations for public institutions ahead of voice-based service provision are positive through small surveys and interviews with experts with knowledge of artificial intelligence, discuss the technical aspects of voice-based services, the significance and necessity of public institutions. In addition, the government and public institutions are considering the implications of using and providing voice-based services. As a result, chatbot's voice-based service is of great significance in providing an opportunity and platform for wider citizens to participate in intelligent government, to strengthen information accessibility, guarantee and strengthen human rights and basic rights of the socially vulnerable.

Computer center of university or company manages many non fault-tolerant servers and network devices to spare expenses. Because a service fault occurs sometimes by worm virus, system bug etc, we need a technique to detect it for continuing service. This paper introduces design and implementation of the system to observe many heterogeneous services, and web-based interface improving convenience of system manager. A system fault is reported to system managers via email or SMS by introduced service observation system, not service user. Then system managers can recover the system fault by this notification and minimize a fault period.

Background: In modern society, the importance of Public Design has become increasingly significant in contributing to the enhancement of urban functionality and the quality of life of citizens. Smart Public Facilities have played a pivotal role in enriching user experience by improving accessibility, convenience, and safety, and in elevating the value of the city. This research recognizes the importance of Public Facilities and explores the potential of Smart Public Facilities in solving urban challenges and progressing towards sustainable and Inclusive cities. Method: The literature review comprehensively examines existing theories and research results on Smart Public Facilities. The case study analyzes actual examples of Smart Public Facilities implemented in cities both domestically and internationally, drawing out effects, user satisfaction, and areas for improvement. Through analysis and discussion, the results of the case studies are evaluated, discussing the potential development of Smart Public Facilities. Results: Smart Public Facilities have been found to bring positive changes in various aspects such as urban management, energy efficiency, safety, and information accessibility. In terms of urban management, they play a crucial role in optimization, social Inclusiveness, environmental protection, fostering citizen participation, and promoting technological innovation. These changes create a new form of urban space, combining physical space and digital technology, enhancing the quality of life in the city. Conclusion: This research explores the implications, current status, and functions of Smart Public Facilities in service and design aspects, and their impact on the urban environment and the lives of citizens. In conclusion, Smart Public Facilities have brought about positive changes in the optimization of urban management, enhancement of energy efficiency, increased information accessibility, User-Centric design, increased interaction, and social Inclusiveness. Technological innovation and the integration of Public Facilities have made cities more efficient and proactive, enabling data-based decision-making and optimized service delivery. Such developments enable the creation of new urban environments through the combination of physical space and digital technology. The advancement of Smart Public Facilities indicates the direction of urban development, where future cities can become more intelligent, proactive, and User-Centric. Therefore, they will play a central role in Public Design and greatly contribute to improving the urban environment and the quality of life of citizens.

This study aimed to establish the 2nd Comprehensive Library Development Plan (2024~2028) for Chungnam Library as a metropolitan representative library to enhance the quality of life for the province's residents through library service development and provide comprehensive and systematic support for public libraries in the province. To achieve this, a diagnosis and analysis of libraries in Chungcheongnam-do, an analysis of the policy environment in Chungcheongnam-do, and a future policy environment outlook for libraries were conducted. Ultimately, the study proposed the mission, vision, goals, implementation strategies, and action plans for the 2nd Comprehensive Library Development Plan for Chungcheongnam-do. Firstly, the mission was proposed as "Leading the future 'knowledge and cultural values' by embracing the people of Chungcheongnam-do." Secondly, the vision was suggested as "An inclusive space that leads the knowledge and culture of the future." The goals include: 1) Creating an inclusive library environment accessible to everyone, 2) Providing library services that embrace the community, 3) Operating the library to realize knowledge and cultural values, 4) Developing library infrastructure to lead the future, and 5) Strengthening community exchange and cooperation networks.

보안은 5G 이동통신 네트워크의 성공적인 정착을 위한 필요충분조건이다. 5G 보안의 중요한 표준으로 3GPP (3rd Generation Partnership Project)의 보안 담당 워킹그룹인 SA3는 3GPP 5G 보안구조를 제시하였다. 특히, 3GPP 5G 보안구조는 Extensible Authentication Protocol (EAP) 인증 프레임워크를 채택함으로써 이기종의 다양한 인증 기법과 자격증명을 용이하게 포용할 수 있는 유연성을 갖추었다. 서비스 융합 네트워크를 지향하는 5G의 비전을 고려할 때, EAP 인증 프레임워크는 보안측면에 있어서 매우 중요한 전략이라고 볼 수 있다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 3GPP 5G 보안구조를 위한 EAP 인증 프레임워크를 고찰한다. 이를 위해, 1차 인증을 위한 EAP 기반의 인증 프로토콜 EAP-AKA'을 면밀히 검토하면서 1차 인증에서의 EAP 인증 프레임워크 적용방안을 분석한다. 아울러, 2차 인증을 위한 EAP 인증 프레임워크의 적용과 네트워크 슬라이싱 (Network Slicing)과의 연동을 살펴본다.

The Digital Audio-Visual Council(DAVIC) that was established to develop useful multimedia communication services has completed the specifications for providing on-demand services such as Movie on Demand(MoD), Teleshopping and accepting Internet service. And then they are proceeding the works to suport converstional communcation services like Plain Old Telecphone Service(POTS), Video telephone, Video teleconferencing. In this paper, we prpose an efficient terminal architecture which can provide conversational multimedia communication services on DAVIC Set-Top Box (STB) environments. To apply the implemented conversational terminal to the multipoint communication environment, we considered the factors of Qurlity of Services(QoS) that determine grade of conversational communication service. We also present the inter-working scheme and that system structure to satisfy QoS by using new MPEG video bridge which gurantees end to end delay requirements as major element of QoS for achieving the real time communication and does not accompany visual quality degradation.

Mobile Money is a key factor of financial inclusion that can revolutionize the financial service delivery and hence enhance access to finance in emerging economies, especially the East African countries. This study therefore aims to study the determinants of individual's behavioral intention and usage of Mobile Money services in Ethiopia by usiing the UTAUT2 model. The research model was tested by sampling 200 respondents from different areas of Ethiopia. The analysis results found that Government Support, Facilitating Conditions, Performance Expectancy, Trust and Effort Expectancy are the key factors that affect the usage of Mobile Money service, while Lower Transaction Cost factors and Social Influence were not statistically significant. The findings provide useful information that only government's active efforts and support to promote mobile money services, through appropriate policies and regulations rather than lower transaction cost, can facilitate the adoption and dissemination of such services in Ethiopia.

The development of information and communication technologies (ICT) and changes in medical services centering on daily life have ushered in an era of self-management through the smartphone health management app (mHealth). This study identified the factors affecting mHealth use among older adults with diabetes. A structured survey was conducted using online and offline channels for 252 older adults who were over 65 and had diabetes. The collected data were subjected to hierarchical multiple regression analyses, and subjective health status, e-health literacy, and interaction terms of social support were inputted to verify moderating effect. The main results of this study are as follows. First, mHealth use among older adults with diabetes was higher in the male, type 2 diabetes, and younger age groups. Second, the higher was the e-health literacy, the higher was the mHealth use. Third, a negative moderating effect of social support was found in the relationship between subjective health status and mHealth use. We expect this study to provide researchers and managers interested in mHealth and older adults with diabetes, with valuable theoretical and practical implications. Furthermore, this study contributes to improving mHealth use among older adults with diabetes and building a digitally inclusive society.
