본 연구의 목적은 인공신경망 기법을 이용하여 2006년 전국을 대상으로 구축된 국토환경성평가지도의 환경 생태적항목에 대한 각 항목별 가중치를 결정하는 것이다. 기본 분석 도구로 지리정보시스템(GIS)가 사용되었다. 국토환경성평가지도의 환경 생태적항목은 다양성(생태자연도), 자연성(임상도, 녹지자연도, 생태자연도), 풍부도(생태계변화관찰 지역도), 희귀성(생태자연도), 허약성(수치지형도, 토지피복도), 군집구조의 안정성(임상도)등이 활용되어 구축되었다. 본 연구는 기 구축되어 사용되고 있는 국토환경성평가 지도의 환경 생태적항목을 공간 데이터베이스를 이용하고, 인공신경망 기법을 적용하여 각 평가항목간의 상대적 가중치를 구하였다. 인공신경망의 훈련 지역은 환경 생태적항목중 환경성이 높은 1등급 지역 및 환경성이 낮은 5등급 지역을 추출하였다. 그 결과 50번의 가중치를 산정하였을 경우 허약성이 다른 항목들에 비해 1.58배 정도 높은 상대적 가중치를 나타냈다. 이러한 가중치는 국토환경성평가지도 환경 생태적 항목의 취약성도를 작성하는데 활용될 수 있다.

본 연구에서는 실세계 DB에 현실적으로 적용할 수 있는 DB품질평가항목을 개발하고자 한다. ISO 9126에 근거하여 DB품질평가 항목을 도출하고 소프트웨어의 프로세스를 심사하고 이에 기반하여 프로세스를 개선할 수 있도록 하는 CMM모형을 적용하고자 한다. DB 품질평가 항목의 개발은 기존 관련문헌 검토 및 유사분야에서 개발된 평가 모델을 분석하고, ISO 9126에 근거하여 DB품질평가 항목을 새롭게 도출하여 CMM모델을 적용한 데이터베이스 품질 프로세스 성숙도 모델을 제시하고자 한다.

게임의 평가모델은 게임의 성공적 개발을 위하여 다양한 방향으로 연구되어 왔다. 특히 게임의 사전 평가는 게임의 성공을 견인하는 중요 요소로 인식되어 왔다. 다양한 장르의 게임을 평가하는 연구가 있어왔으나 4차 산업을 대두로 기술적 발달에 근거한 가상현실 게임과 증강 현실 게임 평가 항목은 연구 결과가 많지 않았다. 특히 증강 현실 게임에 중점하여 평가 항목을 연구한 결과는 전무한 상태이며 온라인 게임 등 다른 장르의 게임 평가항목을 이용하여 왔다. 특히 게임의 재미 요소를 근간으로 하는 평가 항목을 적용하기에는 어려움이 따르며 장르 및 플렛폼에 따라 평가 항목이 다양하여 증강 현실에 적합한 평가 항목을 개발하여 이를 적용하여 유용성을 확인한다.

상수관망은 충분한 양질의 수돗물을 공급하기 위한 사회기반 시설물이다. 상수관로의 노후화, 누수 등은 수도 사고 발생의 가능성을 증가시키고, 수돗물 안전성에 대한 신뢰도를 감소시킨다. 수돗물 공급 전 과정을 인공지능(AI), 정보통신기술(ICT)과 결합한 지능형 상수도관 예측 및 관리 시스템을 구축하여, 상수도 수질 사고를 조기에 감지하고 사전에 취약지점을 예측할 필요가 있다. 이를 위해서는 상수관로의 위험도를 평가하기 위한 체계적인 데이터와 기준이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 상수관로의 위험도 예측모델을 개발하기 위해 상수관로 위험도와 관련된 평가 인자를 선정하고 분류하였으며, 각 인자의 명확한 기준을 제시하였다. 국내·외 상수도 위험도 평가 항목에 대한 자료를 비교 및 분석하였고, 전문가 자문을 통해 인자를 정립하여 상수관로 위험도 평가 지표를 개발하였다. 개발된 평가 지표의 현장 적용성과 실효성 검증을 위해 정량적인 데이터 확보가 가능하고 상태를 평가할 수 있는 대상 지역을 선정하였다. 문헌 자료의 평가항목들과 전문가 의견을 바탕으로 상수관로 위험도 평가 인자를 31개의 직접 인자와 5개의 간접 인자로 구분하였고, 인자별 평가 기준을 제시하였다. 직접 인자는 노후화 정도를 파악할 수 있는 노후도 평가 항목, 지역 특성을 반영한 토양 부식성 항목, 실시간으로 측정하여 결과를 제공하는 실시간 계측 항목, 직접적인 수질 결과를 제공하는 정수장 수질 항목, 상수관로의 건전성을 평가하는 자산관리 항목으로 분류하였다. 추후, 위험도 평가 운용을 위한 알고리즘을 개발하면 상수도 사고 위험에 대한 예방 및 대응 전략을 수립할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

본 연구에서는 초고층 건물의 구조시스템에 대한 다양한 대안으로부터 각 대안의 성능을 합리적으로 평가하는 방법을 연구하였다. 이를 위해 우선, 대안평가를 위한 평가항목과 각 평가항목별 평가기준을 도출하고, 도출된 기준에 따라 평가결과를 산정하는 방법을 제안하였다. 그리고 평가항목간의 관계와 평가항목의 중요도를 산정하고, 퍼지적분을 이용하여 평가결과를 종합화하는 방안을 제안하였다. 평가항목은 크게 세가지로 이에는 구조성능, 경제성, 공기가 있다. 대안에 대한 평가는 예비평가, 본평가, 실시평가의 세 단계로 이루어지며, 각각 보수적인 관점에서와 낙관적인 관점에서의 평가를 실시하고 주어진 평가결과를 바탕으로 최종적으로는 엔지니어가 대안을 선정하는 방향으로 평가를 진행한다.

The focus of traditional evaluations of ontologies is largely performance-based. A comparison of a new ontology with well-established ones, testing of ontologies in different applications, as well as any judgment of an ontology's appropriateness and relatedness to source data heavily rely on what results that ontology seems to manifest. This study, on the other hand, is an attempt to evaluate the quality of a particular ontology as manifested by its structure, representation, and interoperability. To that end, major categories of quality evaluations were first identified through an extensive survey of literature. Evaluation questions were formulated from these categories using the Delphi method and were validated by ontology experts. The entire process produced a set of 53 evaluation questions, which was then employed to test the quality of a newly-developed smartphone ontology.

This study is interested in modeling the selection of optimal repair materials in view of the qualitative evaluation. In order to architecting the evaluation model of various repair alternatives, Analytical hierarchy process techniques was applied to this study. It is composed of aesthetics, easy-to-application, economical efficiency, and environment-friendly properties in upper level. Among the qualitative evaluation items, Environment-friendly properties and execution cost included in economical efficiency is highly weighted. It was concluded that the evaluation model by this study is very useful to choose the best alternative among various repair materials.

The Korea government set a Act called as Before and After Study for a huge SOC projects in order to check their feasibility again at the time of design, construction and completion period. However, the evaluation items and analysis method are so vague that its effectiveness has been challenged. Especially railroad projects need to be evaluated differently by railroad construction types and rolling stocks. This paper suggests the evaluation items as a common items and exclusive items on the type of construction and rolling stocks. Also data collection in the standardized form and GIS techniques and are introduced to analyze evaluation items effectively.

인터넷상의 웹사이트들은 성교육 정보를 얻을 수 있는 탁월한 정보의 제공원이다. 웹 상에서 제공하는 성교육정보의 잠재적인 효용가치는 매우 크지만, 또한 공공의 사용자들에 대한 부정적인 효과도 야기할 수 있다. 웹 상에서 제공하는 성교육정보들은 그 질적인 수준이 같지 않으며 그 질을 평가하기가 쉽지 않다. 미국을 비롯한 정보선진국에서는 성교육 정보를 제공하는 웹사이트들에 대한 다양한 평가 기준이 제시되었으나, 한국의 성교육정보관련 웹사이트들에 대한 명확한 평가기준은 마련되어 있지 않다. 본 연구에서는 웹에서 제공하는 성교육정보의 질을 평가하기 위하여 15개의 평가 항목을 점검하였으며, 가장 중요한 15개의 항목을 신뢰도(3항목), 내용(6항목), 목적(2항목), 디자인 및 기술(4항목)로 구별하여, 한국의 성교육정보관련 웹사이트들을 평가할 수 있는 수단으로 사용하도록 하였으며, 이 기준을 이용하여 국내의 성교육 사이트들을 평가하였다.

The purpose of this study is to develop school library evaluation criteria by individual provincial office of education. Data was collected from several school library evaluation criteria. Based upon the data new evaluation criteria were developed in order to increase student academic achievement and apply various school environment. Evaluation items were divided into three items: library programs, school support, service. Evaluation methods were identified into survey method, statistics method, and applied standard statistics method. From three methods, applied standard statistics method was selected. This method included quantitative items and qualitative items. Quantitative items have two criteria from budget, three criteria from collection, and three criteria from use. Qualitative items have two criteria: collection and book usage.
