As awareness of social and environmental issues increases due to the gust of ESG management, interest in ESG management is increasing, and the influence of ESG evaluation is getting stronger, and libraries need to participate in ESG management evaluation. In order to apply ESG management to libraries, library ESG evaluation indicators must be developed. Therefore, this study attempted to comprehensively examine ESG management evaluation indicators of public institutions, including companies, and propose ESG management evaluation indicators applicable to libraries. To this end, it went through the process of investigating and analyzing ESG-related prior research, deriving preliminary evaluation indicators for libraries, collecting expert FGI opinions, developing primary library ESG evaluation indicators based on expert FGI opinions, and) examining the suitability of primary library ESG evaluation indicators. Finally, a total of 25 items were selected in the environmental area, a total of 56 items in the social area, and a total of 32 items in the governance area. In future studies, it is necessary to conduct ESG management evaluation for libraries based on this indicator.

기업의 웹사이트는 기업의 환경 변화를 주도하는 관문으로서의 역할을 하고 있다. 그러나 현재 기업의 웹사이트 평가지표에 대한 연구는 진행되지 않고 연구의 대부분이 웹사이트의 외형적인 측면들을 평가하고 있다. 특히 e-Biz 측면에서 전자상거래 주체인 B2B(Business to Business) 웹사이트에 대한 연구는 거의 이루어 지지 않고 있어, 기업 관점의 웹사이트 평가와 B2B 웹사이트에 대한 평가지표 연구가 필요하다. 본 연구는 평가지표 KPI(Key Performance Indicator)를 도출하고, AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) 기법으로 웹사이트 평가 연구를 통하여 평가지표를 추출한 후 B2B에 적용함으로써 각 지표들의 중요도 및 가중치의 차이를 살펴본다. 이를 통해 기업과 기업간에 전자상거래 규모의 확대에 따른 의사결정과 B2B 웹사이트를 보다 쉽게 설계 할 수 있는 명확한 기준을 제시하였다.

Many companies have recently apply SLA and execute IT service by using SLA. However, there are no objective standards for selection and improvement of SLA evaluation metrics. We derive and present measurement attributes that are criteria for selection and improvement of SLA evaluation metrics as measurement metrics. We execute a case study based on D company in order to verify whether the measurement metrics are applicable. We apply and evaluate the measurement metrics that are applicable to D company, and then we designate an improvement line. We propose improvement guidelines of the measurement metrics which score is less than the improvement line's and derive SLA evaluation metrics. We prove that the way of selection and improvement is useful by applying SLA evaluation metrics to D company.

Theoretical review of the PR activities was initiated using Lasswell's (1948) SMCRE model to evaluate the indicators of the collaborative programs with NGO and the outcome of the activities promoting energy-saving programs. The indicators were then set based on a case study by Nho Younhwoo (2012). This paper aims to develop evaluation indicators for the activities promoting energy-saving programs and evaluate how energy consumers recognize the reputations of PR agencies (sender), PR content (message), PR media outlets (channel), and the degree to which such PR activities induce energy-saving behaviors.

The 3rd Library Comprehensive Development Plan (2019-2023) of the Committee on Library and Information Policy under IFLA-UN 2030 Agenda emphasize the role of libraries in practicing social inclusion. At home and abroad, this is shedding new light on libraries as the public service institutions aimed at resolving information inequality. This study thus developed the information inequality measurement indicator optimized for libraries. For this purpose, FGI and Delphi technique were implemented as the verification stage of the expert group. As a result, the final indicators were derived in three evaluation areas, twelve evaluation items, and 30 evaluation indicators. Specifically, first, 3 evaluation items and 8 evaluation indicators were derived in the access evaluation area; second, 5 evaluation items and 12 evaluation indicators were derived in the competency evaluation area; and third, 4 evaluation items and 10 evaluation indicators were derived in the utilization evaluation area. This study is considered to be of great significance in that the information inequality measurement indicators optimized for libraries were developed, the first of its kind.

Evaluation of traffic data quality is a backbone of better traffic information and management systems because it directly affects the reliability of traffic information. This study developed an integrated index for evaluating the quality of archived intelligent transportation systems (ITS) data. Two novel indices including spatio-temporal consistency and severity of missing data were devised and integrated with existing indices such as availability and completeness. An evaluation framework was proposed based on the developed integrated index. Both analytical hierarchical analysis (AHP) technique and entropy method were adopted to derive mixed weighting values to be used for the integrated index. It is expected that the proposed methodology would be effectively used in enhancing the quality of traffic data as a part of traffic information system.

The purpose of this study is to examine overseas educational informatization infrastructure evaluation indicators and create data for establishing and developing educational informatization policy directions in the future. We analyzed the cases of OECD PISA, UNESCO, ITU, the German Wetelsmann Foundation, the U.S. Department of Education, and China as educational indicators. As a result of the analysis, evaluation items for electrical and telecommunication facilities such as the school's Internet connection network were commonly found in all indicators, and the ratio of learners to PCs (LCR) was also found in 3 out of 4 indicators. Through this study, it is expected that it will be of great help in conducting educational informatization evaluation suitable for the rapidly changing modern society and developing evaluation tools.

A Development of the Evaluation Criteria on the User's Bicycle Environment for Work and School Trip Purpose: This study suggests future improvements and some current questions about the development of the evaluation criteria on the user's bicycle environment for Work and School Trip Purpose. The direction of development on Evaluation Criteria is all about on the side of necessity of bicycle users, the reflection of new policy, the construction of total evaluation criteria, and the examination of connecting study with current study. This study establishes a Development of the Evaluation Criteria on the User's Bicycle Environment for Work and School Trip Purpose. After that, this study examines previous evaluation criterias and researchers will select the primary provision of evaluation through FGI, and they derive the final evaluation criteria throughout the verification of suitability on Evaluation Criteria. The summery of this study is like this. First, suggestions of improvements of zones in bicycles users' evaluations, Second Suggestions of the current conditions by GIS and the result of model analysis, Third Clarify of major provisions in terms of zones by using Spider Map.

본 연구는 기술개발지원사업의 선정 평가지표를 개발하고, 사례에 적용하여 그 타당성을 파악하고 있다. 개발된 선정평가지표의 기업선정순위와 기존 선정평가지표의 기업선정순위를 비교하여 성과를 낸 기업의 순위를 어떤 선정평가지표가 더 정확히 유추해 냈는지를 확인하고 있다. BSC 및 AHP기법을 이용하여 기술개발지원사업 선정평가지표를 개발하였다.

This paper developed social equity indicators for evaluation of bus networks. This paper divided the social equity is into 4 categories such as horizontal equity, horizontal accessibility, vertical equity, and vertical accessibility and social equity was defined as integrated concept of these individual indicators. A simulation was performed by using the newly developed indicators to the toy network. On the basis of the simulation result, the social equity indicators are significant to the relative comparison for each zone. And, it was proved that optimal bus network alternative could be different depending on inclusion of the social equity indicators. Thus, it enabled to evaluate the bus network, as a public resource, considering not only the economic efficiency but also social equity. This paper suggested evaluation method for bus network considering social equity using indicators newly developed.
