Recently, the impact of climate change with sea levels rise, abnormal high waves, and continuous construction of artificial structures such as ports and harbors, has led to an increasing trend in coastal erosion. In this study, the scope and method of Environmental Impact Assessment, Utilization of Sea Areas, Disaster Impact Assessment, and Risk Assessment of Coastal Disasters System, which are carried out during development projects and erosion reduction projects carried out on the coast, are analyzed to identify each problem. , we proposed a plan to introduce the Impact Assessment System for Coastal Erosion, which can minimize the impact of coastal erosion by deriving improvement measures.

Koreatech has recently adopted a long-term co-op program called IPP (Industry Professional Practice) to address problems in engineering education of Korea, but it is anticipated to face many difficulties in implementing the program due to lack of relevant experiences in Korea. In this regard, a performance evaluation scheme is required to improve the operational efficiency and judge the effectiveness of the IPP program at the same time. This study aims to develop a comprehensive performance evaluation model for the Koreatech co-op program on the basis of Kirkpatrick's four stage performance evaluation model for training programs. For this purpose, thorough review on the program evaluation literature and in-depth analyses of overseas cases of co-op performance evaluation were also conducted. The study is expected to help enhance the effectiveness of the IPP program and promote buy-in of a range of stakeholders for the first long-term co-op program in Korea.

This study is to investigate the perceptions of high school teachers on the evaluation criteria of the college admission officer interview system and to suggest approaches to improve the interview system. The survey results of teachers' perceptions are the following. First, for 'potential' criteria, teachers consider challenging spirit and students' initiatives are important evaluation criteria. For 'personality' criteria, they contemplate that responsibility, community spirit and flexibility to resolve conflicts are important values. Further, views of life and creativity also need to be seriously considered in the screening process. Second, their satisfaction with the college admission officer system was relatively high (9.34 points). Last, in order to improve the interview screening system, teachers assert that the process to secure fairness is required. Based on the results, suggestions were made for ensuring expertise of college admission officer and improving the alternative policy of the admission officer interview system.

Software Maintenance needs to continually improve from corrective maintenance to operational management and service improvement. In this study, we propose a software maintenance maturity model and its evaluation criteria based on 4 maintenance projects of K organization. For the proposal, we derive 13 process areas and 64 evaluation criteria based on some references such as SMMM, ITSMM, ITIL. We evaluate the criteria using 5-point scale, and then establish the maturity model of K organization classified by levels of the maturity model based on the evaluation result. And, to verify and improve the maturity model of K organization, we propose improvements for evaluation criteria. In addition, we apply the maturity model to the 4 projects, evaluate the projects, and propose improvements for the projects based on the evaluation result to identify how the model shows software maintenance improvement.

In this study, performance and environmental characteristics of cyclone vacuum cleaners are analyzed and product improvement methods are investigated to minimize environmental effect of the cleaners using the result. A simplified LCA method is used to analyze environmental characteristics of the cyclone vacuum cleaners. Two cyclone vacuum cleaners with similar specifications are chosen for the experiment. Typical characteristics of cyclone vacuum cleaners such as energy consumption, suction force, noise and temperature are measured and compared. Most environmental effect was caused by the energy consumption in use phase of life cycle. Some ideas are created to reduce energy consumption of the vacuum cleaners in use phase like installing baffle, and methods to extend exchange period of filter. It is analyzed how recyclability rate of vacuum cleaners could be improved to reduce the environmental effect in whole life of the vacuum cleaners.

After forming a institutional framework with specified in Maritime Safety Law(ex. Maritime Traffic Safety Law) on May 27th, 2009, The efforts for improving 'Maritime Traffic Safety Assessment Scheme(MTSA scheme)' have continued to the present. But there's no review with the comprehensive and systematic approach for proceeding acceleration step of MTSA scheme. At this point, this study analyzed current status and derived improvement measures using by 'PIP'OU model' which was designed for the comprehensive analysis in accordance with metaevaluation theory, like as question investigation and etc. Consequently, it mainly needs to improve 'Assessment Plan' domain and minimized the difference in views between concerned parties. This study is expected to be used to develop systematic maritime policy by proposing the order of priority in improvement matters.

본 논문에서는 한국어 합성기의 명료도 및 자연성 평가방안에 대한 개략적인 설명과 이 방안을 실제로 2종류의 서로 다른 한국어 합성기에 적용한 결과를 요약하였다. 한편, 이러한 평가결과를 바탕으로 실제로 이루어진 음질 개선 실 예를 소개하는 한편 향후 한국어 합성기의 성능 개선 방향을 제안하였다.

전국에 천연가스를 공급하기 위해 지하에 매설된 가스배관은 파괴 또는 파손 발생시 경제적, 인적인 면에서 대형 재해를 일으킬 뿐만 아니라 에너지의 안정한 공급이 위협받게 되어 산업적인 면에서도 큰 손실을 유발하게 된다. 가스배관에 대하여 적합한 파괴안전성 평가를 수행하고, 불가피한 손상이 발생할 경우 사용적합성평가(Fitness For Service)를 통해 대처방안을 수립할 경우, 에너지 공급의 안정화 및 경제적, 사회적 손실의 방지를 이루며 안전하고 효율적인 배관망 운용을 할 수 있다. (중략)

본 논문에서는 파일 포맷에 대한 위험요소 평가를 기반으로 해당 포맷에 대한 장기보존 방안을 제시하는 절차 및 시스템 구축에 필요한 아키텍처를 정의하였다. 파일포맷이 사양화된 경우 이를 재현할 수 있는 장기보존전략으로 마이그레이션과 에뮬레이션 방안이 제시되고 있는데 개별 포맷에 대한 위험도 평가를 통해 가장 적합한 보존전략을 선정하여 전자기록의 재현성을 부여하는 연구를 진행하였다.
