목적 : 본 연구는 감기에 대한 한약제제 임상시험을 수행하고 평가하는 데 보편적인 원칙을 제공하는 가이드라인 개발과정 및 내용을 소개하여 가이드라인 활용성 및 접근성을 높이고자 한다. 방법 : 임상시험 가이드라인 개발을 위해 총 9인으로 이루어진 위원회를 구성하고, 전반적인 절차를 수립하였다. 먼저, 가이드라인 집필위원회에서 관련된 국내외 가이드라인을 고찰하고, 감기에 대한 최신 임상시험 논문을 분석하여 초안을 완성하였다. 이후 대한한방내과학회 소속 전문가 자문위원회 검토 및 8인의 전문가로 구성된 협의회 자문을 통해 최종 가이드라인을 도출하였다. 결과 : 본 가이드라인은 (1) 일반적 사항 (2) 유효성 평가 기준 (3) 유효성 평가 방법 (4) 시험 대상자 선정 (5) 임상시험 설계 (6) 안전성 평가 (7) 감기 치료에서의 병용요법 (8) 한의학적 고려 사항의 8가지 범주로 나뉘어진다. 최종 개발된 가이드라인은 한의약임상시험센터 협의회와 대한한방내과학회의 인증을 득하였다. 결론 : 본 가이드라인은 감기 치료를 위한 임상시험을 수행하고 평가하는 데 유용하게 사용될 것이며, 이를 통해 신뢰할 수 있는 결과를 이끌어내고 정확한 해석을 용이하게 할 수 있을 것이라 기대된다. 또한 추후 해당 가이드라인 개정 및 관련된 호흡기질환 가이드라인 개발 과정에 도움을 줄 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

The purpose of this study was to develop evidence-based practice guideline for rapid response to acute deterioration of hospitalized patients. The guideline was developed according to the Clinical Practice Guideline Adaptation Manual. and evaluated using AGREE II tool. The guidelines were checked content validation by an expert group, final 130 recommendations in 5 sections including management, recognition, activation, response, and evaluation. The average of the overall practical application to the guidelines was 4.41±0.78 out of 5, which showed high applicability in clinical work.

The increased competition in service development in various industrial sectors highlights the importance of producing high-quality services that provide a positive user experience. Although usability evaluation is recognized as an important method of verification of high quality service and utility, the general usability evaluation method has limitations of not taking the characteristics of various participants due to its uniform composition to account. As the following flaws can reduce evaluation efficiency, developing a new guideline seems to be the next step. Thus, this study focused on criteria on how to evaluate the usability for children and proposed non-face-to-face remote usability evaluation configurations and progress guidelines to increase the effectiveness. The following usability evaluation experiment was conducted based on the proposed guidelines and in this process, the effectiveness of the guidelines was verified and the items that needed to be supplemented were derived. It is expected that the non-face-to-face remote usability evaluation guidelines proposed through the study will be used as the basis for designing usability evaluations of services developed for children.

본 논문은 성인과 다른 기저를 가진 미취학 연령인 유아를 대상으로 하는 웹사이트들의 인터페이스 가이드라인을 제공하는데 목적이 있다. 가이드라인의 타당성을 검증하기 위해서 관련 연구를 통해 평가항목을 선정하고 현재 가장 많은 이용자를 보유하고 있는 유아사이트를 대상으로 사용 편의성을 평가하였다. 평가 방법은 평가 대상이 인지능력과 언어발달이 완전하지 않은 미취학 연령인 유아인 점을 고려하여 관찰 및 모니터링 방법으로 사용성 평가를 하였으며 평가결과를 토대로 인터페이스 설계 가이드라인을 제안했다.

ESG management is becoming a necessity of the times, but there are about 600 ESG evaluation indicators worldwide, causing confusion in the market as different ESG ratings were assigned to individual companies according to evaluation agencies. In addition, since the method of applying ESG was not disclosed, there were not many ways for companies that wanted to introduce ESG management to get help. Accordingly, the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy announced the K-ESG guideline jointly with the ministries. In previous studies, there were few studies on the comparison of evaluation grades by ESG evaluation company or the application of evaluation diagnostic items. Therefore, in this study, the ease of application and improvement of the K-ESG guideline was attempted by applying the K-ESG guideline to companies that already have ESG ratings. The position of the K-ESG guideline is also confirmed by comparing the scores calculated through the K-ESG guideline for companies that have ESG ratings from global ESG evaluation agencies and domestic ESG evaluation agencies. As a result of the analysis, first, the K-ESG guideline provide clear and detailed standards for individual companies to set their own ESG goals and set the direction of ESG practice. Second, the K-ESG guideline is suitable for domestic and global ESG evaluation standards as it has 61 diagnostic items and 12 additional diagnostic items covering the evaluation indicators of global representative ESG evaluation agencies and KCGS in Korea. Third, the ESG rating of the K-ESG guideline was higher than that of a global ESG rating company and lower than or similar to that of a domestic ESG rating company. Fourth, the ease of application of the K-ESG guideline is judged to be high. Fifth, the point to be improved in the K-ESG guideline is that the government needs to compile industry average statistics on diagnostic items in the K-ESG environment area and publish them on the government's ESG-only site. In addition, the applied weights of E, S, and G by industry should be determined and disclosed. This study will help ESG evaluation agencies, corporate management, and ESG managers interested in ESG management in establishing ESG management strategies and contributing to providing improvements to be referenced when revising the K-ESG guideline in the future.

In this study, crutch and crutch gait for the handicapped in the lower extremity were discussed, and the study was conducted as a part of long-term research that suggests a practical solution for a crutch design. Three axillary crutches were evaluated in the study by a set of design guidelines for crutches delivered from the advanced research. In this comparative study with axillary crutch design variations, 31 healthy subjects were participated and three crutches were evaluated by ten guidelines. The result showed that Mobilegs-ultra and In-motion Pro were significantly greater than KM Crutch. However, no statistically significant difference was found between Mobilegs-ultra and In-motion Pro. While analyzing with guidelines, Mobilegs-ultra and In-motion Pro were significantly greater than KM Crutch for 6-guideline, but no significant difference was found among three crutches for the guidelines related with Lightweight and Economical feasibility and marketability. The result of the study is expected to be used for a solid foundation to evaluate for the reasonableness of the guidelines with comprehensive analysis for crutch gait evaluation in the further study.

The purpose of this study was to investigate nurses' knowledge and performance of guidelines for evaluation of new fever in critically ill adult patients according to the level of evidence. The total participants were 145 nurses working for medical surgical unit and intensive care unit in two hospitals. The knowledge and performance mean scores of guidelines were $0.70{\pm}0.09$ and $3.08{\pm}0.31$ respectively. The evidence level 1 of guidelines had the higher performance score in high score group than low score group of knowledge groups(F=3.86, p=.023) and performance groups(F=163.14, p<.001), while the evidence level 3 of guidelines had the higher performance score in low score group than high score group of knowledge groups(F=5.99, p=.003). Knowledge and performance scores were significantly correlated (r=.25, p=.003). In Conclusion, these findings emphasize that clinical professions need to enhance both of knowledge and practice with evidence based guideline of new fever in critically ill patient.

This study discussed on production, procedures of collection, accessibility, copyright of archival records for designing oral history archive information system, and aimed to suggest practical standards by developing guidelines for evaluation and building of web oral history archives. For this, based on evaluation framework, guidelines for evaluation designed by researchers were applied to five domestic and foreign web oral history archives as case study analysis. Base on the results of the analysis, some possible suggestions were made for building successful web oral history archive information system in Korea.

This study purported to evaluate the usefulness and feasibility of "Guidelines for contracting-out of public library services (2011)." The Guidelines have been developed by the Culture and Library Forum to provide principles and standards for local governments considering the contracting-out of public library services in their district. The research data were collected by conducting in-depth interviews with 17 local government officers who are responsible for the contracting-out of public library operations and two focus group interviews with eight directors of public libraries contracted out. It was found that the interview participants in both government and library sides generally perceived the Guidelines useful, yet their perceptions of feasibility in outsourcing were largely pessimistic due to local politics and many other hindrances in society. The study suggested specific directions to further improve the Guidelines' usefulness and feasibility.
