The purpose of this study was to develop a software system for computerized menu planning program by food exchange group. In this research, Powerbuilder 5.0 was used. This study provides food service manegers with more effective manegement system and scientific menu. Software programs developed in this study were summerized as follows : 1) Programs for outputing standard amounts of the exchange food groups fir calories. 2) Programs for inputing the cooking type code, the food code and the food amount of the menu. 3) Programs for outputing distribution of the exchange food groups of the computerized menu. 4) Programs f0r calculating the price of each food and menu. 5) Programs for calculating the nutrient contents of each food and menu. 6) Programs for calculating fatty acids of dietary intake. 7) Programs for calculating PUFA : MUFA : SEA ratio and $\omega$$_{6}$ : $\omega$$_{3}$ ratio and evaluating the status of dietary intake. 8) Programs for inputing the purchasing amount of food. 9) Programs for outputing the menu table. 10) Programs for inputing and modifing the cooking types in the cooking types file. 11) Programs for inputing and modifing the prices in the food prices file.e.

환경영향평가(Environmental Impact Assessment : EIA)는 대규모 개발사업에 관련된 의사결정의 효과성을 향상시킬 수 있는 제도이다. 알제리와 한국의 EIA 제도를 비교분석하여 특징 및 장단점을 파악하여 다른 계획관련 정부기관과 환경관련 기관과의 조정 및 협조 수준의 차이점을 연구하였다. 알제리와 한국의 EIA 제도는 의사결정 절차에 관련된 규정에서는 유사하지만 주민참여 수준에서는 한국이 발달되어 있다. 스크리닝 제도에서는 프랑스의 영향을 받은 알제리의 제도가 비교적 잘 발달되어 있다.

본 연구는 기존의 평가방법 및 평가시스템의 문제점을 지적한 후, 영리조직의 성과측정 방법론인 균형성과표(BSC: Balanced Scorecard) 접근을 채택하여 지자제 웹 사이트 성과측정 프레임워크를 제시한다. 또한 본 연구에서는 이 프레임워크를 지원하는 정보시스템을 설계하고, 프로토타입을 개발한 후, 군단위 지방자치단체의 사례를 보여줌으로써 본 프레임워크 및 시스템의 적용 가능성을 보인다.

원자력발전소(이하, 원전)에서는 운전, 보수, 점검, 검사, 변경 등 모든 활동을 절차서 형태로 정의하고 있으므로, 절차서는 원전운영의 안전성을 유지하기 위한 핵심적인 수단이다. 따라서, 원전에서 절차서는 신기술 및 설계, 설비 변경 결과를 반영하여 주기적으로 검토 보완되고 있다. 절차서의 내용은 안전성 측면에서 철저한 확인을 거쳐 작성된다. 그러나, 절차 및 절차서의 인적요소는 그러한 기술적인 측면을 무력화시킬 수 있으므로 별도로 관리되어야 한다. 절차서의 평가에서는 절차 내용의 기술적인 타당성과 함께 인적요소를 평가하여 안전성에 부정적인 영향이 없는지를 확인하고 있다.(중략)

u-Health 서비스의 시작으로 병원에서 단발성 치료에 국한되었던 기존 서비스가 이제는 가정 등 실생활 전 영역에서 평생에 걸쳐 제공되어 시 공간적으로 확대되었다. 본 연구에서는 ISO/IEC 9126과 ISO/IEC 12119를 기반으로 하여 보안성 평가모델을 제시하고 평가 과정에서 활용할 수 있는 품질검사표를 개발하였다.

Competition is now moving from between companies to between networked enterprises(NE). It's difficult to evaluate the outcome of NE because formalization of collaboration among partners is difficult. This paper introduces a performance-management model focusing on collaboration in NE. The model is an integration of BSC and EFQM model, but it is different from conventional researches as it links performance management with strategic management based on a comprehensive framework of collaboration. Theoretical and empirical researches are further required to validate the model. Studying cases of several Korean NEs, we have obtained some findings for further research and application.

The aim of this study is to develop a plan for university library evaluation with factors and their systems, and an evaluation process, based on the Korean University Library Promotion Act. This study adopts a consensus based method including open-ended interviews with various stakeholders around university libraries, a questionnaire survey, a public hearing, and numerous discussions with the stakeholders. Balanced Scorecard is adopted as a basic framework for the development of evaluation system, provides a balanced perspective on the whole aspects in the university library management, including factors and performances in the management, The proposed plan in this study is expected to help to examine whether the resources are used for reaching the goals in the libraries, and to contribute the growth of the university libraries.

This study aims to elevate the usefulness of the current annual Accreditation of Hospitals. To achieve this purpose, A modeling of an efficiency analysis based on DEA and AHP to the Accreditation of Hospitals Data from 2004 to 2008. By applying to AHP and DEA_AR to the scores derived from the various domains in data, An adequate prediction model about conversion factor in fee contract is made. By summarizing information derived from DEA, factor analysis and Generalized Linear Model, The linear functions combining conversion factor and efficiency index is successfully established. The factor analysis with AHP was used to merge diverse scores from the domains of evaluation. Not only the input and output initially introduced, AHP scores, dummy variables of hospital classification, geographical location are effective variables to forecast a conversion factor. If a predicted conversion factors from efficiency is used, It will be a great contributions to the annul doctor's fee contract.

This paper suggests a normative performance measurement model for B2B e-marketplace. The model is for the neutral and systematic sourcing B2B e-marketplace. It is based on BSC that is very powerful and sound tool among all the available performance measurement systems. In addition, we used AHP to make the model more structured and to draw weights of performance measures from experts. We derived main features and factors affecting performance of e-business companies and especially of B2B e-marketplaces based on literature. In order to make the model usefulness, we co-worked with some experts who are engaged in real Korean B2B e-marketplaces. They included venture capitalists, top managers of B2B e-marketplaces, and consultants. By their assistances, we could find important evaluating factors and define the hierarchical structure. After defining the hierarchical structure, the expert group decided weights of performance indicators through the designed questionnaires. The weight for each measure was calculated using geometric mean of the questionnaire response. We made the case studies of two real Korean B2B e-marketplaces to apply the suggested model with some adjustments. The results of the case studies were so satisfactory that the suggested performance measurement model for B2B e-marketplace is useful and applicable to the real world.
