This study discussed on production, procedures of collection, accessibility, copyright of archival records for designing oral history archive information system, and aimed to suggest practical standards by developing guidelines for evaluation and building of web oral history archives. For this, based on evaluation framework, guidelines for evaluation designed by researchers were applied to five domestic and foreign web oral history archives as case study analysis. Base on the results of the analysis, some possible suggestions were made for building successful web oral history archive information system in Korea.

Accidents of HAZMAT transport vehicle are generally dealt by unskilled firefighters. As a result, firefighters became 2nd victims of accidents in some case because of this reason, and it is required to prepare an accident response guidelines against HAZMAT transport vehicle accidents. In this study, risk assessment methods and making methods of guidelines were investigated to make accident response guidelines of HAZMAT transport vehicle accidents. and It identifies hazards and combines with guideword for making guideline items. At last, we determine criteria or detailed methods by referring survey regulations and existed methods.

VR 기술 및 활용에 대한 다양한 연구와 장밋빛 전망에도 불구하고, 현재 우리 법 제도는 VR 산업 활성화의 걸림돌이 되는 규제들을 완전히 제거하지 못한 상태이다. 특히, 의료 및 게임 분야에서 VR 콘텐츠의 특수성을 고려한 맞춤형 규제설계가 필요하다. 먼저, 현행 규제상 의료용 VR 콘텐츠 및 소프트웨어는 의료기기 수입 제조허가와 신의료기술평가를 모두 거쳐야 하는데, 특히 신의료기술평가의 경우에는 의료용 VR 콘텐츠 및 소프트웨어에 대한 대비가 충분하지 않아 이의 활용에 상당한 장애가 될 수 있다. 그러므로 정부가 가이드라인 등 적절한 해석기준을 통해 의료기기의 범위를 불필요하게 확대하지 않도록 하고, 아울러 신의료기술평가에 있어 '선 진입, 후 평가' 제도를 활용할 수 있도록 개선이 요구된다. 다음으로, 게임의 경우에는 현행 게임산업법상 게임물의 정의가 너무 광범위하여 양방향성이 있는 VR 콘텐츠들이 게임물로 분류되어 불필요한 규제를 받을 가능성이 있으며, 여기에 더하여 최근 세계보건기구에서 '게임 이용 장애'를 국제질병분류에 포함시킴으로써 추가 규제에 대한 우려까지 더해지고 있다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해서는 법제처가 최근 발표한 "적극행정 법제 가이드라인"의 취지에 맞게 정부가 게임물 규제의 범위를 적극적으로 축소 해석하거나, 이러한 규제의 예외를 정하는 고시 또는 가이드라인을 제정할 필요가 있다. 또한, 현재 시행 중인 'ICT 규제 샌드박스' 제도를 잘 활용하고, 이와 별도로 국제질병분류의 국내 수용에 대해서도 보다 신중하게 접근할 필요가 있을 것이다.

ESG management is becoming a necessity of the times, but there are about 600 ESG evaluation indicators worldwide, causing confusion in the market as different ESG ratings were assigned to individual companies according to evaluation agencies. In addition, since the method of applying ESG was not disclosed, there were not many ways for companies that wanted to introduce ESG management to get help. Accordingly, the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy announced the K-ESG guideline jointly with the ministries. In previous studies, there were few studies on the comparison of evaluation grades by ESG evaluation company or the application of evaluation diagnostic items. Therefore, in this study, the ease of application and improvement of the K-ESG guideline was attempted by applying the K-ESG guideline to companies that already have ESG ratings. The position of the K-ESG guideline is also confirmed by comparing the scores calculated through the K-ESG guideline for companies that have ESG ratings from global ESG evaluation agencies and domestic ESG evaluation agencies. As a result of the analysis, first, the K-ESG guideline provide clear and detailed standards for individual companies to set their own ESG goals and set the direction of ESG practice. Second, the K-ESG guideline is suitable for domestic and global ESG evaluation standards as it has 61 diagnostic items and 12 additional diagnostic items covering the evaluation indicators of global representative ESG evaluation agencies and KCGS in Korea. Third, the ESG rating of the K-ESG guideline was higher than that of a global ESG rating company and lower than or similar to that of a domestic ESG rating company. Fourth, the ease of application of the K-ESG guideline is judged to be high. Fifth, the point to be improved in the K-ESG guideline is that the government needs to compile industry average statistics on diagnostic items in the K-ESG environment area and publish them on the government's ESG-only site. In addition, the applied weights of E, S, and G by industry should be determined and disclosed. This study will help ESG evaluation agencies, corporate management, and ESG managers interested in ESG management in establishing ESG management strategies and contributing to providing improvements to be referenced when revising the K-ESG guideline in the future.

구묶음은 문장을 겹치지 않는 문장 구성 성분으로 나누는 과정으로, 구묶음 방법에 따라 구문분석, 관계 추출 등 다양한 하위 태스크에 사용할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 문장의 키워드를 추출하기 위한 구묶음 방식을 제안하고, 키워드 단위 구묶음 데이터를 구축하기 위한 가이드라인을 제작하였다. 해당 가이드라인을 적용하여 구축한 데이터와 BERT 기반의 모델을 이용하여 학습 및 평가를 통해 구축된 데이터의 품질을 측정하여 78점의 F1점수를 얻었다. 이후 패턴 통일, 형태소 표시 여부 등 다양한 개선 방법의 적용 및 재실험을 통해 가이드라인의 개선 방향을 제시한다.

BACKGROUND: To assess and prevent the environmental impacts and risks by veterinary pharmaceuticals, Guidance on Estimating Soil Persistence and Degradation Kinetics from Environmental Fate Studies on Veterinary Pharmaceuticals for Environmental Risk Assessment was proposed. METHODS AND RESULTS: Proposed guidance was coined by VICH, EU guideline, OECD guideline and soil dissipation studies for the purpose of international harmonizing. Guidance was also modified from pesticide soil persistence testing guidelines of US, EU, and Korea, with practical approaches adopting in-use test guideline for Korea. CONCLUSION(S): Proposed guidance are consisted of three parts; Laboratory Soil Experiment, Field Soil Dissipation Study, and Estimation of $DT_{50}/DT_{90}$. Proposed guidance is to be available for the requirement for registration of veterinary pharmaceuticals with fit for purpose in Korea.

UML (Unified Modeling Language) is widely used to analyze and design target software. Developers also implement the target software based on the UML artifacts. However, it is difficult to validate whether the artifacts are generated to correspond to the modeling guidelines because the guidelines for UML modeling are described in natural language. This paper discusses rule based model checker focused on whether models are designed according to modeling methodology. We propose rules and their own checker, named GARDIAN, for UML model validation. The checkers are designed for COMET method for the real-time embedded system. We illustrate our checkers using Intelligent Robot system to validate our approach.

Recently, many studies have been conducted to analyze traffic or object recognition that classifies vehicles through artificial intelligence-based prediction models using CCTV (Closed Circuit TeleVision)or drone images. In order to develop an object recognition deep learning model for accurate traffic estimation, systematic data construction is required, and related standardized guidelines are insufficient. In this study, previous studies were analyzed to derive guidelines for establishing artificial intelligence-based training data for traffic estimation using drone images, and business reports or training data for artificial intelligence and quality management guidelines were referenced. The guidelines for data construction are divided into data acquisition, preprocessing, and validation, and guidelines for notice and evaluation index for each item are presented. The guidelines for data construction aims to provide assistance in the development of a robust and generalized artificial intelligence model in analyzing the estimation of road traffic based on drone image artificial intelligence.

지구 온난화와 무분별한 도시 개발은 농촌 및 자연 지역에 비해 도시에서의 수문 피해를 야기하고 있는 현실이다. 특히 우리나라의 6~8월에는 태풍과 강우가 집중적으로 발생하여 도시 지역에서의 위험성이 증가하고 있다. 1990년대 이전과 달리, 2000년대 이후에는 태풍과 강우로 인한 집중적인 호우가 도시 지역의 잠재적 내수침수 위험을 높이고 있는 실정이며 이에 대한 대책이 중요하다는 것은 현실로 다가왔다. 국지적인 호우는 최근 우리나라에 자주 발생하고 있어, 도시지역의 홍수 피해가 증가하고 있으며, 특히, 서울은 급속히 발전한 도시 중 하나로 2010년, 2011년, 2012년, 2022년에 홍수로 인한 도시 침수로 인명과 재산 피해가 크게 발생했다. 현재 우리나라는 도시 지역을 대상으로 개별 시설물에 대한 방재성능평가를 수행하고 있으나, 방재성능평가 기법 미흡에 따른 평가 결과의 신뢰성 부족으로 방재성능평가 수행에 어려움이 있다. 시설물뿐만 아니라 유역에 대한 방재성능평가 및 도시 통합적인 면적 개념의 방재성능평가 기법 개발이 필요하다. 도시 지역은 인구와 재산이 밀집되어 있어, 집중적인 호우에 의한 피해 노출 및 홍수에 대한 취약성이 증가하고 있어 지자체별 방재성능목표 강우량 설정에 대한 문제점을 검토하고, 지역 특성을 반영한 방재성능목표 설정 및 활용 개선을 위한 방안이 필요하다. 따라서, 각 시·군에 적용되고 있는 도시 방재 시설물의 평가에 대한 현재의 운영 상황과 문제점을 검토하고 이를 바탕으로 방재성능평가를 향상시키기 위한 개선 방안을 제시하였다.

의료용 기능성게임의 효과가 입증되면서 다양한 분야의 투자와 주목을 받고 있다. 이에 따라 사용자를 위하여 의료용 기능성게임의 품질평가가 중요한 이슈가 되었다. 품질평가는 객관적인 기준과 평가요소 개발이 중요하다. 기능성게임의 특성 상 품질평가는 기술적인 영역과 비기술적인 영역으로 나누어 진행된다. 본 연구에서는 의료용 기능성게임의 비기술적인 영역의 품질평가 요소를 개발하기 위한 방법을 제안한다. 제안한 방법을 사용하여 심리 치료와 헬스케어 및 재활치료 2개 분야에 대해 각각 5개의 평가 요소를 추출하였다. 추출 결과는 전문가에 의해 내용 타당도 검사로 신뢰성을 확보했다. 본 연구는 다양한 분야의 기능성게임 품질평가 모델 개발의 가이드라인이 될 것이다.
