With the development of digital satellite communication technology and the widespread use of smart devices, the demand for data communication in the maritime ship has increased. Recently, the communication between the maritime ship and the land is based on Inmarsat satellite service. The Inmarsat provides telephone, fax, data and telex service etc. However, since the satellite is payper-seconds billing service, the transmission of whole web contents to the maritime ship through the satellite causes high cost. In this paper, we propose web browsing system architecture that reduces the data traffic on the satellite link and retransmits the content selectively in order to solve these problems.

3상 4선식의 빌딩전기설비에서 개인용 컴퓨터, 프린터, 팩스 및 각종 시험설비 둥의 비선형 전자부하로 인해 전압 및 전류파형을 왜곡시킨다. 이러한 파형 왜곡은 고조파로 불리고, 중성선 과열 및 변압기 손실을 유발시킨다. 본 논문에서는 대형 빌딩전기설비의 전압 및 전류 고조파 크기, 전압 및 전류 불평형 등의 고조파 특성을 비교 분석하였다. 분석 결과 고조파에 의한 상및 중성선에서의 심각한 파형 왜곡 문제와 삼상에서의 단상부하의 부적절한 분배로 인한 전류불평형이 심한 빌딩이 조사되었다. 따라서 빌딩전기설비에서 고조파로 인한 피해를 줄이기 위해 우선적으로 단상부하의 적절한 분배가 필요할 것이다.

Recently, CTI (Computer Telephony Integration) technology has been widely applied to various area such as video conference, file transfer, voice mail, automatic message transfer and automatic redial, integrated messaging and network fax. In this paper, an administrative affairs supporting system using call control mode of CTI is designed. To improve inefficient processing of job due to heavy calling from entrance candidates during entrance examination of a college, the system is developed. The database of the system is desigend using object modeling technique. Also, the automatic calling and response system using CTI call control mode is implemented. Especially, to interface with voice of candidates who ask whether they pass or fail the entrance examination of the college, TTS(Text To Speech) module is developed.

As the rapid develoment of internet and information technology, the traditional library has been altered to the digital content service based on the world wide web. This paper proposes a design and implementation of an Artcle Union Catalog System(AUCS) based on metadata. The metadata set for the AUCS consists of twelve Dublin Core elements and one holdings element. The qualifiers of the proposed metadata elements are also represented. The AUCS system has an online cooperated cataloging system using the web interface or the 239.50 protocol, an union cataloging management system, and an integrated information retrieved system service. The integrated search and retrieval service of the AUCS displays not only the summary and detailed bibliographic information, but also the abstract, the table of contents, the digital content, and the copylfax service.

In the recent you, as the development of computer network and web, the amount of electric document exchange is dramatically increased through B2B, B2C, electric bid and et cetera. The medical world also needs to share and exchange good information for medical treatment like H2C(hospital to hospital), H2C(hospital to company). In this paper, we design medical information model using DTD and inplement medical information support system based on xml and xslt.

It is a very important to manage inventory quickly and accurately in Refrigerated commercial warehouses in which a lot of logistics are often shipping and receiving. Because most of systems for managing refrigerated warehouses consist of COBOL, it will be raised maintenance costs. There is no service for consignees who are consumer of refrigerated warehouses and they use only a fax or a phone for orders. In this paper, we design a web mobile middleware platform supporting legacy systems and based on SaaS which supports a variety of value-added services which are fit consignees, solving problem of outdated legacy systems and no services for consignees.

Despite the Korean Government's efforts, serious games industry still finds difficult to thrive in Korea. The purpose of this study was to analyze systematically why serious games industry is slow to grow in South Korea and to make future suggestions for policy by studying the case of FCPS program. For future suggestions, the government should support the ecology rather than the games themselves by building more infrastructures, suuporting more software, and considering human factors. Responsible play and digital citizenship must also be emphasized.

Caused by the development of IT environment, the frequency of using the embedded machines is increasing in our regular life. A typical example of these embedded machines is a Multi Function Copier and it has various functions; it is used as copier, scanner, fax machine, and file server. We would like to check the existence of and the way to abstract the data that may have been saved through using the scanner of the multi function printer and discuss how to use those data as the evidence.

Multi-functional devices was originally an equipment performing image processing, but function transmitting image data digitized by combining fax function and function of network are added and it was rapidly developed. Also, functions of internet application, application expansion, remote sharing and image treatment were added to multi-functional devices. But, multi-functional devices can cause security vulnerability such as data exposure, eavesdropping, etc. because of the threatening by network connection. Therefore, common criteria of multi-functional devices are necessary, but there is no protection profile for multi-functional devices now. Therefore, concrete standards of evaluation are not applied to evaluate secure for products, so it was difficult to maintain uniformity of evaluation quality. Therefore, this paper developed protection profile for multi-functional devices based on common criteria of evaluation so as to analyze threats of multi-functional devices and use secure multi-functional devices.
