This study focuses on the proposal of the basic data for the design guideline on the coming design, through the comparison analysis of the community facility's layout type inside housing complex, the space configuration and the characteristic of space program for the achievement and improvement of the physical space to cultivate the sense of community. This study investigate interviews with designers, administrators, residents, and site survey. The result of study shows that the community facilities in the public rental apartments have changed to include various programs and to increase the area like the public sales apartments, but there are spacial transformation if the community facilities do not apply the residents characteristic.

Recently, Orthotropic steel deck bridges, which have long span decks, have been regarded as one of economical as well as durable bridge types. However, Orthotropic steel deck bridge is used by a lot of welding, which may cause welding defect and deformation of connections. This kind of system happens some damages by the fatigue cracks of welding. The cross-connection of longitudinal rib and transversal rib is one of the weakest point because of the fatigue. The secondary stresses which are from the out-plane deformation of transversal rib and the torsion of longitudinal rib make the topical stress concentration phenomenon. But, it is principle that a Bulkhead Plate is not established in the domestic design standard. Therefore, it is estimated that a study for the installing of Bulkhead Plate is needed. This study with considering these circumstances proves efficiency of Bulkhead Plate and will be presented optimal design details through finite element analysis according to change the geometrical system of Bulkhead Plate and the cross-connection area of longitudinal and transversal rib

It is well known that urban environment affects climate, as we can see in the quality of bio-climate. However, climate has not been recognised properly in the urban planning process. The role it flays needs to be examined for better urban environment. The main objective of this study is to investigate the climate-ecological priority area which produces cold fresh air and thermal induced wind circulation between rural and urban areas. The objective is also to improve the quality of bio-climate and wind circulation at blocked urban areas. This paper uses the measurement and analysis method of wind direction and wind speed in order to investigate the climate-ecological priority area and cold fresh air corridor. In this study, local climate conditions i.e. wind speed, wind direction, temperature, humidity etc., were measured at nine fields and analyzed. On the basis of the climate measurement, the climate ecological priority areas were delineated; These will be assigned as climate-ecological conservation areas.

본 저자들은 활로씨 4징증을 동반한 완전방실중격결손 환자에서 완전교정수술을 시행하였다. 술전 검사로 심초음파, 심도자검사, 심조영술을 시행하였다. 수술은 체외순환을 시행하여 두 개의 첩제를 이용하여 방실중격결손을 폐쇄하였고, 우심실절개와 폐동맥판교련술을 통해 우심실 누두부 절제술과 경판륜 첩제를 사용하여 우심실유출로 확장술을 시행하였다. 술후 시행한 초음파 검사상 경도의 승모판과 삼첨판의 폐쇄부전이 나타났으나 혈역학적 이상소견은 없었다.

Currently, there is a wave of second startup companies in Korea as well as within the global market, and the role of accelerators have become highly important at the center of changes. In the early 2000s, Y-Combinator has made Airbnb and Dropbox grow into a global company, and its start-up support model has begun to gain worldwide attention, and further became the beginning of the "accelerator" industry. The accelerator industry has been expanding rapidly throughout the United States, Britain and Israel, as well as China and Southeast Asia in recent years. As of the end of 2018, more than 130 accelerators have been operating in Korea, starting with Primer in 2010, and the scope of its activities has been expanding into specialty fields such as Pintech, bio industry, and Block chain, as well as Game. The purpose of this study is to study the role of the accelerator through the phenomenon of these accelerators and their step-by-step support services.

센서 데이터의 발전에 따라 자율주행 자동차 산업도 급격히 성장하고 있다. 미국 우버(UBER)는 2015년부터 자율주행 자동차 산업에 뛰어들었고, 국내에서도 '판교 자율주행 셔틀'이 시범운행 되었다. 따라서 자율주행 자동차는 앞으로 우리 삶에 보다 많은 영향을 끼칠 것이 분명하나, 아직 자율주행 자동차가 완벽하게 개발되지 않은 만큼 우리가 예상하지 못한 교통사고 등 새로운 문제가 나타날 위험이 있다. 따라서 본 논문은 자율주행 자동차에 대해 살펴보고 사고 사례를 분석하여 앞으로 나타날 수 있는 사고 유형을 예측하는 것에 목적이 있다.

In recent years, prices have risen sharply, and housing has become an object of investment. Accordingly, the expansion of the supply of public rental housing with publicity and the conversion of pre-sale are emerging as an alternative to stabilize the housing market. However, the method of calculating the pre-sale price applied for each rental period has a problem that there is a large difference from the construction cost at the time of construction As an improvement measure, there is a method of applying a conversion price for 5-year public rental housing and the price control. Each has its strengths and weaknesses, and we apply the most appropriate improvement measures in consideration of present and future values.

고속도로의 도시부 구간에서는 IC간 구간의 길이가 짧아 단거리 통행 차량의 많은 이용으로 지 정체 현상의 원인이 되고 있다. 그리고 중앙버스전용차로가 시행되고 있는 고속도로는 버스가 버스전용차로에 진출입을 하면서 일반차로 차량 흐름에 방해를 주며 차량 간의 상충으로 위험한 상황을 초래하기도 한다. 이에 본 연구의 목적은 고속도로의 도시부 구간에서 효율적으로 운영하기 위한 새로운 차로운영 방안으로 버스전용차로를 활용한 Express Lane을 제안하고, 경부고속도로의 판교-한남구간을 대상으로 구축한 Express Lane에 대한 효과를 분석하는 것이다. 본 연구에서는 VISSIM 5.4를 활용하여 시나리오 설정에 따른 효과 분석을 실시하였다. 효과를 평가하기 위한 지표로 평균지체시간, 통행속도, 총 통행시간 등을 사용하였다. 분석 결과, 대상구간에서는 Express Lane의 수를 1개 설치할 경우에 가장 좋은 효과를 나타나고, 전체교통량 중 장거리 교통량이 25%를 차지할 때 가장 이상적인 교통상황이 구현되는 것으로 판단된다. 따라서 버스전용차로를 활용한 Express Lane 구축은 도로의 소통을 원활하게 할 뿐만 아니라 안전적, 비용적 측면에서도 긍정적인 효과를 나타내므로 의미있는 연구라고 판단된다.

본 연구는 복합상업시설이 인근 아파트 가격에 미치는 영향을 헤도닉 가격모형으로 실증분석하였다. 연구의 공간적 범위는 수도권 2기 신도시 중 판교에 위치한 H 백화점의 도보 생활권역으로 하였고, 시간적 범위는 2020년, 1년간으로 하였다. 종속변수는 아파트 실거래 가격이며, 독립변수는 주거 특성과 단지 특성 및 지역 특성으로 하였다. 분석 결과, 전용면적과 거래 층, 고속도로 진입로와의 거리는 아파트의 가격에 정(+)의 영향을 미치며, 경과년도는 부(-)의 영향을 미쳤다. 그러나, 대단지 여부는 아파트 가격에 거의 영향을 미치지 않았고, 복합상업시설에서의 거리는 아파트 가격과 부(-)의 관계로 나타나 복합상업시설에서 멀어질수록 아파트 가격이 감소함을 보였는데, 그 영향력이 지하철역과의 거리가 아파트 가격에 미치는 영향력에 비하여 훨씬 크게 나타났다. 이는 아파트 가격 영향요인과 그 영향력의 크기가 신도시 지역과 기존의 대도시 지역에서 서로 다르게 나타난다는 점을 확인해준다.

A multi-level design synthesis (MLDA) algorithm for efficiently optimizing orthotropic steel deck bridges is proposed in the paper, because it is usually very difficult to optimize orthotropic steel deck bridges using a conventional single-level (CSL) algorithn since the bridges have a large number of members and show complex structural behaviors. In the proposed MLDS algorithms a coordination method is introduced to divide the bridges into main girders and orthotropic steel decks and decomposition method is also used to reduce the number of design variables of the decks for system level optimization. For efficient optimization of the bridges the MLDS algorithm incorporates the crucial approximation techliques such as constraints deletion and stress reanalysis. The constraint deletion technique for deflection is found to be very useful for the optimization problem of the bridges, since a deflection constraint is usually inactive in the design. Considering the complex system of the bridges, the proposed the efficient stress reanalysis technique may prove to be a very effective method, since it does not require expensive design sensitivity analyses. The applicability and robustness of the MLDS algorithm is demonstrated using various numerical examples and compared with other algorithm presently available so far.
