An Empirical Study on China's Logistics policy development direction (중국의 물류정책 발전방향에 관한 실증 연구)

  • Since 1990s, more and more enterprises outsource the logistics to reduce the cost and improve core competence, which bring the prosperity of 3PL, industry in China. However, some data shows that the service quality of 3PL is not good enough, there is only a few companies that can provide systematic service, and the satisfaction of the customer is very low. Besides, many enterprises choose 3PL service provider mainly based on the price. Although there are many papers on the logistics service quality, they mainly research on single part, Studies on the relation between the service quality and the partnerships of outsourcing are scarce. Therefore, this study tries to research the service quality, partnership and the relationship between them in China's 3PL industry systematically. On the foundation of the service quality and partnership theories by former researchers, taking present situation of China's 3PL industry into consideration, this paper constructs service quality and the partnership evaluation system and develops LSQ-PP model to examine the relation between the service quality and partnership. and then use the Structural Equation Model (SEM) to analysis the full sample of collected questionnaires. Finally, the thesis summarizes the conclusion and offers suggestions for practice and future research.

  • This study researches on the two types. First, Researched into important perception, relationship maintenance perception, relationship improvement, relationship recognition between franchisor and franchisee, Seconds, Researched into correlation between franchisor and franchisee at function achievement and relationship maintenance, conflict resolve and relationship maintenance, function achievement and compare with competitor. If franchisor with to experience the benefits of a strong franchise partnership, they must be willing to work on behalf of the partnership, perform roles that may extend beyond their traditional boundaries, and resolve their disagreement to the benefit of the partnership rather than to their own benefit. Strong partnerships require sacrifices on the part of both the franchisees and franchisors. However, These sacrifices have substantial payoffs in terms of franchisor performance as well as the performance of the relationship as a whole.

  • Franchisors court additional franchisees as marketing partners for continued growth in sales revenue. Competitive climate, potential franchisees have their choice of suitors and are likely to scrutinize them carefully. As this research makes, franchisors affiliated with chains that forge strong partnerships are to achieve superior performance. The chain that promises a strong partnership is more have its choice of prospective franchise partners. Developing strong partnerships can use to recruit high quality franchisees. If franchisors with to experience the benefits of a strong franchise partnership, they must be willing to work on behalf of the partnership, perform roles that may extend beyond their traditional boundaries, and resolve their disagreement to the benefit of the partnership rather than to their own benefit.   • 오늘날 아웃소싱의 사상과 전략은 여러 형태의 새로운 정보전략 및 비즈니스 전략을 창출해 내고 있으며 그 적용 영역에 있어서도 특정 정보시스템 분야에서 일반 경영 측면으로까지 확장되어 가는 추세이다. 본 논문은 이와 같은 다양한 범위의 아웃소싱 스펙트럼 모두에 적용되는 성공 요인으로 파트너쉽을 도출하고 이것과 아웃소싱 성공과의 관계를 살펴본다. 특히 파트너쉽의 다섯가지 속성인 신뢰도, 협력도, 의사소통, 계약조건의 명확도, 갈등정도 등이 아웃소싱 성공의 여러 차원인 전략적 이익, 경제적 이익, 업무 만족도 등에 어떻게 영향을 미치는 지를 살펴보았다.

Study on US regional human resource development and labor-management-government partnership (미국의 지역 인적자원개발과 지역 노사정 파트너쉽 연구)

  • Developed nations are increasingly seeking to secure competitiveness in the international market through the development of human resources of workers in high value-added industries. And what is especially important in this process is the fact that workers, employers, and concerned government agencies are participating together in building and improving workers' skills through partnerships. This is based on the perception that workers training programs conducted according to the interest of one side are difficult to bring desired results. For the past decades, Korea has focused mostly on labor-management-government partnerships and strategies for developing the human resources of workers in developed nations in Europe. Related case studies show labor-management-government partnerships in European countries established through powerful trade unions, and interested parties actively cooperate and participate in employment and training programs that benefit both workers and employers. In contrast, studies on human resource development participated by workers and employers are relatively rare in the US, the reason being the lack of a mechanism for establishing labor-management-government partnership due to the country's strong tradition of decentralization and the emphasis on market principles. However, while it is difficult to find such channels for dialogue between workers, employers, and the government in th US on the federal level, there are many regional-level or industry-level programs that tackle common problems through partnerships between interested parties. This study analyzes how the regional labor-management-government partnerships in the US work and examines the types of programs operated by investigating the One-Stop Center based on the Workforce Investment Act and the Wisconsin Regional Training Partnership. While the One-Stop Center is a regional labor-management-government partnership model that is institutionally executed in each state according to the Workforce Investment Act, the WRTP is a regional labor-management -government partnership model led by the private sector. The two examples are introduced in the OECD as best practice examples of regional partnerships, and are key references to Korea's current human resource development policy.

An Effect of Concreteness and Fairness of Service Contract on Performance of Service Provider in Logistics Outsourcing (물류계약 조항의 구체성과 공정성이 물류기업의 성과에 미치는 영향)

  • Even though logistics service outsourcing becomes widespread in manufacturing and service industries, logistics service providers encounter fierce competition and lower profit. Decreased profit has negative impact on service providers' competitiveness, which in turn threats successful relationship with shippers. In this paper, we investigate the factors which influence the performance of service providers. Factors related to service contract are examined and we test an effect of concreteness and fairness of service contract. PLS (Partial Least Square) modeling method is applied and validated using data from logistics service providing companies in Korea. In the model, service contract clauses are classified into two categories including cost and risk sharing terms. PLS analysis shows that partnership and performance of service relationship is improved when contract clauses are specified in detail. This study will contribute in providing an operational direction in effectively establishing a positive relationship between the logistics service provider and the shipper.

  • This study is intended to examine how strategic nature of the alliaTnce, characteristics of input resource, communication activities will affect the strategic partnership(trust/commitment) and performance in the strategic alliance between internet shopping mall and the third party logistics. The variables affecting the partnership(trust/commitment) between internet shopping mall and the third party logistics produced the result to prove what I intend to suggest in this study, in verifying four hypotheses such as strategic importance, complementation of resource, quality of communication, share of information. It was found that the partnership have a significant positive influences on the performance of strategic alliance. As most of the domestic Internet shopping malls employ the third party logistics strategically, the implications from this study are as following: First, this study attempts to find out factors influencing partnership(trust/commitment) and the performance of strategic alliances. Second, the results that strategic partnership can build up based on the long term thrust and commitment implies operation and management are important during operation of strategic alliance. Third, this study provides the model of determinants of partnership and performance in the strategic alliance for logistics services which is one of the factors consumers in the Internet shopping mall are most sensitively response to, and quantifies the model through the empirical analysis.

권한관리를 위한 기반기술

  • 기업간 파트너쉽이 e-비즈니스 네트워크로 발전하면서 사용자에 대한 안전하고 효과적인 인증은 물론 인증된 사용자의 특정 서비스에 대한 접근권한의 관리요구가 크게 대두되고 있다. PKI 기반 기술로 사용자 인증, 데이터 기밀성 및 무결성 서비스는 가능하지만 사용자 및 자원에 대한 권한 관리는 별도의 기반기술이 요구된다. 웹 사이트들을 파트너 쉽으로 연결해주는 크로스 도메인간의 단일인증, 보호 대상 자원에 대한 접근제어, 파트너간의 상호연동성 및 이기종 연동 등의 요구사항을 만족시키기 위한 권한관리 기반기술이 필요하다. 본고에서는 PMI 표준, 접근제어, RBAC, SAML 및 XACML 기술에 대한 소개와 권한관리 시스템 구축 모델에 대하여 설명한다.
