Because it is difficult to respond to a constantly changing environment with individual ability and creativity alone, many organizations are forming teams and seeking ways to make the teams more active. Team learning behavior allows team members to and create better performance based on such accumulated knowledge and experience within a team. In particular, the process of team learning not only explicit and formalized knowledge but also implicit and informal experiences is important from the perspective of knowledge management. However, there were limitations in utilizing research results on team learning behavior because the concepts were fragmented and the measurements were different for each researcher. In this study, an integrated model was presented by examining concepts related to team learning behaviors. Moreover, the measurement model of team learning behaviors was validated for the Korean context. The measurement model consisted of five factors: sharing and elaboration, constructive conflict, team reflection, team activity, and storage and utilization. This tool was confirmed through exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis. The results of this study are expected to have implications for team researchers and practitioners who diagnose and improve the level of team learning behavior within an organization.

Successful industries that have maintained their competitiveness are characterized by well-established skills framework system. Skills framework establishes the agreed-upon, industry-identified knowledge, skills and abilities required to succeed in the workplace. Skills framework forms a solid foundation for the development of outcomes-based instruction and assessment, thus it benefits industry, students, educators and government. Each group has a major stake in the education of our students and in the efficient development of a productive workforce. Particularly in fast-changing fields like information security, relevant data that accurately reflect current and future knowledge and skills enable timely direction of resources, development and revision of industry-relevant curriculum, and efficient development of career information and job profiles. Skills framework occupies an indispensable position in any dialog concerning education or training in technical fields. In this study, we develop the skills framework for information security professionals.
Data scientists are new knowledge workers representing the knowledge economy era. Knowledge workers perform unstandardized works that solve ambiguity-intensive problems. Therefore, self-leadership, which emphasizes self-motivated, autonomous judgment and execution, significantly influences their work-related outcomes. Even knowledge workers have high occupational commitment, they usually show low organizational commitment. Knowledge workers' intention to leave is also relatively high due to this reason. This study focused on data scientists' self-leadership, predicted that self-leadership would increase an organization's commitment and intention to leave. Based on the trait activation theory(TAT), the author also confirmed how perceived job autonomy enhances self-leadership influences. Results showed that data scientists' self-leadership significantly lowered intention to leave through organizational commitment and this mediating effect was moderated by perceived job autonomy. This study broadened the theoretical understanding the effects of knowledge workers' self-leadership and presented practical implications for managing data scientists.
