This study extends the Demand-Control model to the team level and examines the relationship between job demand and job stress to tests the moderating effect of the `team relationship climate' on the relationship between job demand and job stress. Data were collected from 34 teams across 19 organizations and analyzed using HLM. The results showed that job demand was significantly related to job stress. • A number of organizations have had big interests in studies concerning leadership and not only academia but also psychological areas do also. Until now, leadership has been accentuated by managers or team leaders especially. Recently, however, the concept of self-leadership directing one's own activities through self-control or self-management is being focused on in practices and in academia. This study is to investigate the influence between self-leadership strategies as predictors and learning performance in IT classes as dependents variables mediated by attitude of attendance focused on the social science students in two universities (Korea(116 samples) and India(36 samples)). And this research tried to compare difference between two university students. As a result of empirical analysis, Korean learners making an effort by themselves show a tendency to think constructively. Namely, even though the level of difficulty may be high, by positive self-talk, respondents usually make an effort to get high academic performance. In case of Indian respondents, students who are in behavior-oriented show higher academic performance. Research results can give us direction of task-taking attitudes in firms or learning attitudes in teaching organizations and implications to human resource managers who are in charge of improving learning performance or productivity.

  • This study analyzed the effect of Servant Leadership on leader trust and job engagement for the lower-level leader in airline crew occupations with the aim of identifying the possibility of establishing the theoretical framework of Servant Leadership in the service industry. As a result of the regression analysis, it was found that the social learning dimension of Servant Leadership has greater influence than the social exchange dimension on the leader trust, while the influence on job engagement is the opposite. The results of this analysis can be interpreted that trying to learn the words and actions of the Servant Leader is more effective in further consolidating the trust of the subordinates in the leader. On the other hand, the Servant Leader's words and actions for social exchange are inferred to have more influence on the job engagement. This study is targeted at air transport services, exposing limitations to the generalization of research results. Throughout leadership research and organizational research, including Servant leadership, further studies applying the social learning theory and social exchange theory presented in this paper are expected to produce theoretical results that will lead to the emergence of a new framework for research analysis.
