Complex school facilities are being considered to meet increased public demands for culture and welfare in Korea, given the decreasing population. In this context, Gyeongi-do Hwaseong City's E-umteo is recognized as a relatively well-operated school complex. Therefore, this study considered seven E-umteo branches as case studies to examine the operations of educational programs and understand the techniques employed in the spatial configuration of E-umteo. To this end, field observations and interviews with facility operators were conducted. The case analysis results revealed that educational programs could be classified into three types: learning sharing , community communication, and lifelong learning. Furthermore, the learning sharing type was classified into education and physical education while the community communication type was classified into the community and convenience types. Meanwhile, lifelong learning was identified as the most actively used type by differentiating specialized programs. With regard to the spatial composition between the school and the "pitcher," only the connection and independent types were observed, and no integral type was discovered. Therefore, integrated future studies are mandated.

Settled lifestyle as important to health and healing to medical tourism and wellness tourism in the 21st century has emerged as the best promising service industry. Jeju Island has a variety of local resources, and the directions was considered to spa industry promotion application it. Jeju Island has a variety of local resources which can be used for spa industry promotion. Jeju Island's beautiful natural environment, mineral resources, water resources, biological resources, agricultural products, traditional folk remedies available in Jeju's spa treatments. Using the local resources of Jeju, 'Jeju specialized spa treatments' can develop of 12 kinds of spa treatments. Namely, thalssotherapy, stone therapy, black sand poultice, hot-floored therapy using volcanic soil, thalassotherapy, drinking therapy, hydrotherapy, herbal/medicinal plants poultice, forest therapy, Spa cuisine, facial beauty, diet therapy. 12 kinds of Jeju specialized spa treatments development and service to the local resources of basic research on the physical and chemical characteristics, product development, clinical trials, efficacy studies should precede. In addition, customized spa services programs should be developed considering the propensity of customers, customer needs, and a spa type. And standardized program of spa services and need a manual painter. Medical tourism and wellness tourism in conjunction with efforts to be considered in order to increase the competitiveness of the spa industry in Jeju.

Today, interest in health information has risen overall due to the aging society, increased public interest in the quality of life, and the increased state's interest in reducing medical costs. Accordingly, efforts have been made across the library and information science in terms of academic research, libraries in terms of providing health specialized services, and the state, yet policies and strategies for providing the health related information in an integrated and systematic manner through the libraries have not been proposed with clarity to date. Thus, this study aimed to propose a method to provide the health information in an integrated manner by the libraries through the previous studies, policy studies, and case studies. Consequently, it proposes to build a system to integrate the health information, build an overall database of the health related information, develop and operate a health specialized library program, operate a general support center for the health information service, and build a cooperative network among the related departments and institutions for the health information service. The details proposed by this study is likely to contribute to developing services for improving the health of the citizens of this country.

This research was conducted as a part of research project entitled 'A Fact-finding Survey of Management of Vocational Training Institutes and the Development of Training Program Model for their CEO'. The purpose of this paper was to investigate developing strategies for vocational training institutes in three sector; public institute, private institute and private academy for life long education and to develop practical and professional programs based on competencies model of CEO. The major subjects of this paper were developing strategies of three type of vocational training institutes, exploration of competencies of CEO, and training program for CEO. Delphi method was applied two times. The panel consists of 30 experts who relate to vacational training. The panel of experts emphasized the different own mission and function among three type of vocational institutes. Public institutes support the government policy and private institutes and academy. Private institutes develop specialized training programs that reflect the regional demand. Private academies focus on short-term service training. To recognize changing vocational training policy, to develop vision of institute, ethical mind and sense of mission and so on are presented as competencies of CEO.

The past quantitative analysis of the demand for job skill training had mainly focused on personnel shortage and oversupply, so it has the problems of the qualitative discrepancies called skill mismatch. As a supplementary study relating to specific industries and occupations, a discussion to improve the job skills training programs through a qualitative analysis is needed. This study provide the analysis of urgency evaluation using the relative importance and gap of the job skill elements in the display industry. And renewal possibilities of the training program based on this qualitative bottom-up approach will be discussed. We carried out a job skill demand survey in the display industry as research methods. Industry related jobs and each job task, the qualitative demand for each job skills, and procurement methods for each job skills were analyzed. Adequate supply of vocational training programs have tried to find ways by illustrating some related training courses.

In this paper, a computer simulation program was developed to interpret the results measured by photoreflectance spectroscopy. The developed program is implemented so that the user can easily change the factors required for optical modulation characteristic interpretation, and the result of the value can be checked simultaneously with the actual measurement result. The results obtained by photoreflectance spectroscopy are obtained by mixing a third derivative function form (TDFF) modulated around a bandgap with a Franz-Keldysh oscillation (FKO) signal due to an electric field at a surface and an interface higher than the bandgap. Through the computer simulation program, the optical characteristics that appear in the GaSb Epi layer formed as a single layer were analyzed, and very useful results were obtained by specializing in optical modulation analysis. In addition, a Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) analysis tool was added to facilitate frequency characteristics analysis of FKO.

Since big data platform services for the public library began January 1, 2016, libraries have used big data to improve their work performance. This paper aims to examine the use cases of library big data and attempts to draw improvement plan to improve the effectiveness of library big data. For this purpose, first, we examine big data used while utilizing the library big data platform, the usage pattern of big data and services/policies drawn by big data analysis. Next, the limitations and advantages of the library big data platform are examined by comparing the data analysis of the integrated library management system (ILUS) currently used in public libraries and data analysis through the library big data platform. As a result of case analysis, big data usage patterns were found program planning and execution, collection, collection, and other types, and services/policies were summarized as customizing bookshelf themes for the book curation and reading promotion program, increasing collection utilization, and building a collection based on special topics. and disclosure of loan status data. As a result of the comparative analysis, ILUS is specialized in statistical analysis of library collection unit, and the big data platform enables selective and flexible analysis according to various attributes (age, gender, region, time of loan, etc.) reducing analysis time. Finally, the limitations revealed in case analysis and comparative analysis are summarized and suggestions for improvement are presented.

The personal workspace consists of user- specified computing environment such as user profile, applications and their configurations, and user data. Mobile computing devices (i.e., cellular phones, PDAs, laptop computers, and Ultra Mobile PC) are getting smaller and lighter to provide personal work-space ubiquitously. However, various personal work-space mobility solutions (c.f. VMWare Pocket ACE[1], Mojopac[2], u-PC[3], etc.) are appeared with the advance of virtualization technology and portable storage technology. The personal workspace can be loaded at public PC using above solutions. Especially, we proposed a framework called ubiquitous personal computing environment (u-PC) that supports mobility of personal workspace based on wireless iSCSI network storage in our previous work. However, previous u-PC could support limited applications, because it uses IRP (I/O Request Packet) forwarding technique at filter driver level on Windows operating system. In this paper, we implement OS-level virtualization technology using system call hooking on Windows operating system. It supports personal workspace mobility and covers previous u-PC limitation. Also, it overcomes personal workspace loading overhead that is limitation of other solutions (i.e., VMWare Pocket ACE, Mojopac, etc). We implement a prototype consisting of Windows XP-based host PC and Linux-based mobile device connected via WiNET protocol of UWB. We leverage several use~case models of our framework for proving its usability.

Social enterprise is an organization which use business activities as a means to achieve of social purposes. It has grown sharply since 2007 in Korea. However, now it is time had to pursue qualitative growth through the development of specialized business model. This study aims to identify business components using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) with experts and to develop a tailored business model for social enterprises in the fields of culture, performance, and the arts associated with the tourism based on regional demand within Gwangju. The analysis shows that job creation should be set as the main objectives to create value, and programs that offer hands-on experience with that fields can be the core competency. Cooperation among private corporations, local governments and agencies related to that fields is essential, as are programs provided through on- and off-line platforms. To develop a value proposition, customers must be segmented among a variety of the market participants.

This study was conducted to identify the operation status of Dobong-gu public libraries in order to establish a mid- to long-term development plan for Dobong-gu libraries, and to analyze local residents' perceptions of libraries by factors through user surveys to suggest specific development plans for Dobong-gu libraries. Overall, the satisfaction level of Dobong-gu residents with library services was found to be high, and all libraries were analyzed to be providing high-quality services. From this, the following operational strategies for the mid- to long-term development plan of Dobong-gu public libraries can be derived. First, libraries need to continue to collect and provide books that meet the quantitative and qualitative levels to satisfy the needs of the community and users. Electronic and online materials, including e-books and audiobooks, as well as subject-specific materials should be expanded to provide relevant programs. Second, although Dobong-gu is an aging city, a wide range of age live there, so there is a need to promote communication and understanding between generations and promote integration of the community through a generational empathy program. Third, it is necessary to remodel and improve the space of aging libraries by organizing library facilities and environments into open spaces and creating makerspaces and multicultural spaces for direct experience and practice, reflecting the latest trends in library space organization.
