The main purpose of this study is to delimit the boundary of central business district and to describe the internal structure of CBD in Seoul. To delimit the CBD boundary, we used the locational matrices of main CBD functions, which were ofganized through fieldworks. CBD functions are classified into 20 categories. They are retail sales, corporation managements, administration managements, business, and unclassified services, customer(personal)services, and manufacturings. The core area of CBD in Seoul is at Chongro and Chung Gu area that shows the locational consistency comparing to 1970s. Although the boundary is slightly expanded into west, south and east, the extent of horizontal expansion in CBD can be negligible comparing to the remarkable growth of Korean economy after 1970s. The reasons why CBD showed little expansion can be found out from the process of restructuring in Seoul metropolitan area, such as the growth of subcenters, decentralization of central functions, construction of highrise buildings, redevelopment in central area and so on. Internal structure of Seoul's CBD shows 5 specialized functional subdistricts. They are CBD core area, subdistrict of department and office functions, retail sales, customer services and light manufacturings.

In most countries, public libraries play a role as a knowledge and information hub for local communities, a complex cultural space, and a third place for meetings and communication. Among the work of public libraries for this purpose, the key point is systematic collection development, and the established collection is essential for all knowledge and information services. In particular, local representative libraries must perform legal duties as a comprehensive knowledge information center for metropolitan governments, and develop, preserve, and service specialized collections that are difficult for other public libraries. Therefore, we analyzed the development cases of specialized collections of public libraries in large cities in foreign countries and local representative libraries in Korea, surveyed the degree of awareness of specialized collections for employees of public libraries and the cultural to geography in Gyeongbuk region. Based on the background information, this study proposed the development plan and establishment strategy of the Gyeongbuk Library specialized collection, which was named "Gyeongbuk Knowledge and Cultural Heritage."

Background: Competition among hospitals has intensified, because hospitals and beds are oversupplying and the global medical market has opened in Korea. Method: we developed questionnaires of the patient's satisfaction about 20 items. We surveyed 297 out-patients and 302 in-patients. We analyzed the descriptive statistics and regression by SPSS(Version 17) and Excel. Results: The relations with the patient's loyalty and the specialized hospital service are 1) Recommend to other person: FHR use and the assistant for follow-up treatment were related positively for out-patient and PHR and FHR use were related positively for out-patient. 2) Revisiting: PHR use and the need of an assistant for follow-up patients were related for them and the PayTV were negatively related. Conclusion: FHR, PHR and assistant system for follow-up patient's condition were very useful factors to increase patient's loyalty.

Along with global interest, drones are expanding the base of utilization such as transportation of goods, forest protection, and safety management, and cluster flights are being applied in various fields such as military operations and environmental monitoring. Currently, specialized networks such as e-UM 5G for services in specific industries are being established in Korea. In this regard, drone systems are also moving to establish specialized networks to provide services that are fused with AI and autonomous flight. As drones converge with various services, various security threats in various environments are also subordinated, and in response, requirements and guidelines for drone security are being prepared in Korea. In this paper, we propose a technology method for peer identification and safe information provision between cluster flight drones by utilizing a cryptographic module equipped with wireless LAN and quantum entropy-based random number generator in a cluster flight system and a mobile communication network such as e-UM 5G.

유비쿼터스(Ubiquitous) 환경은 인간이 생활하는 각종 기기들이 컴퓨팅 능력과 네크워킹 능력을 가지고 상호간에 정보를 교환하며 서비스를 제공하는 것을 말한다. 이러한 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 환경에서 사용자의 감정, 상태 또는 의도에 기반하여 특화된 서비스를 지능적으로 제공하기 위해서 사용자의 컨텍스트-인식(Context-Awareness)이 필수적이나 이와 관련된 연구가 아직은 미흡한 상황이다. 본 논문에서는 인식된 여러 가지 상황정보를 체계적으로 표현할 수 있고, 최종 컨텍스트를 활용하여 사용자의 감정이나 의도를 분석하고 개인화된 서비스를 능동적으로 제공하는 지능형 에이전트 구조를 제안한다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the contributions and limitations of an independent internet newspaper dedicated to disability affairs. The materials analysed in this study were articles on personal assistance service conflicts between users and assistants by Ablenews. This study used inductive content analysis, responsibility frame analysis, and disability paradigm analysis. First, in general Ablenews appeared to report personal assistance service conflicts as they were. Second, the results showed that Ablenews tended to attribute the causes and solutions of the conflicts to the users and assistants. Third, nearly half of content units of Ablenews articles conveyed the perspective of rehabilitation paradigm though personal assisstanc services are closely related to independent living model. Based on the results this study suggested that Ablenews needs to improve specialty in reports on disability affairs using editorial staff, professional reporters, guests reporters with specialties.

In this study, we propose the establishment of a specialized comic and webtoon library within the newly constructed library in Cheongju City. The aim is to create the library as the ultimate multi-cultural space, contributing to the enhancement of local residents' information utilization skills and future competencies. To achieve this, we conducted a foundational survey and current status analysis of a comic and webtoon specialized library, based on which we put forward a plan for its development. The research results yield the following outcomes: First, we provide concrete justifications and feasibility for the establishment of a comic and webtoon specialized library in Cheongju City. Second, we offer specific proposals for the vision, mission, roles, and functions of the comic and webtoon specialized library. Based on these research findings, if a comic and webtoon specialized library is constructed in Cheongju City, it has the potential to become a local landmark and serve as a unique cultural and tourist resource. Furthermore, by providing facilities and resources for various information services related to comic and webtoon creation and experiences, it can contribute to nurturing talents that lead the way in future industries.

The purpose of this study is to discuss the developmental direction of public library specialization by investigating the library specialization and the perception and opinions on the theme specialized librarians. A total of 69 directors have responded to the survey, and the main result was that while there are difficulties in terms of manpower and budget in providing the specialization services, they have been fully aware of the need and value of the libraries' specialized services and were willing to maintain and develop the services in the future. In addition, more than half of the respondents said that the provision of specialized services and the placement of theme specialized librarians at the public libraries are essential. The qualification for the theme specialized librarians was said to be higher than a master's degree and 4 to 7 years or longer of relevant work experience and must be managed as a national qualification system. Based on these results, suggestions were made that the discussions of the specialization service comprised of the training system for specialized librarians, the establishment and operation of the theme specialized librarian qualification system, and the cooperation with the theme related organizations for the qualitative improvement of the specialization service, among others.

TV 시청 도중 세컨드 디바이스로 멀티태스킹하는 시청패턴과 더불어 방송과 시청자가 상호작용하는 양방향 서비스 요구사항의 증대에 따라 KBS는 시청자 참여 서비스를 위한 티벗 서비스 플랫폼을 개발하였다. 티벗 서비스 플랫폼은 모바일에 특화된 시청자 방송 참여 서비스 플랫폼을 지향한다. 이러한 티벗 서비스 플랫폼 개발 결과의 핵심은 '손쉬운 시청자 참여 서비스 적용 프로그램 확대'가 가능하다는 점이다. 본 논문에서는 시청자 참여 서비스 플랫폼인 티벗이 더욱 강화된 참여 서비스를 위해 사용자와 제작자의 요구를 반영하여 개선한 기능을 제안한다. 제안한 기능은 시청자와 소통하는 최근 제작 트렌드에 맞추어 TV 프로그램 제작에의 활용성과 시청자의 편의성을 개선시켰다. 또한, 개선된 기능을 적용한 방송 프로그램 사례에 대해 살펴본다.

최근 E-Service의 기술 촉진이나 적용 범위는 점차 확대되어가고 있으나, 이에 반해 E-Service의 이론과 실행은 여전히 초기 단계이고, E-Service상의 서비스나 서비스 경험에 대한 정의가 부재인 것으로 확인되고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 전통적 서비스와 E-Service의 차이점을 도출하여 E-Service만의 특화점을 학문적으로 확인하여 보고자 한다. 이를 위하여 E-Service의 정의를 우선 설명하고, 전통적인 서비스의 주요 특성 5가지를 활용하여 E-Service와의 특성을 비교한 후, 5가지 특성에서 각각 전통적인 서비스와 E-Service간에 어떤 차이점이 있는지를 밝혀보고자 한다. 마지막으로 E-Service의 가장 큰 특징인 기술과 정보의 만남을 통해 가치의 창조가 포함되는 점을 추가하여 E-Service가 기존 상품이나 오프라인 서비스에 대한 보완재나 대체제가 아닌 E-Service 만의 고유 핵심 가치를 보유하고 있다는 점을 이용하여 명백한 E-Service만의 우위 요소를 정의한 후 학문적으로 명확한 차이점을 밝혀내 보고자 한다.
