Musical Prior Knowledge, Audience Satisfaction and Word-of-Mouth: A Moderated-Mediation Analysis (뮤지컬 관람객의 사전지식이 관람만족 및 구전의향에 미치는 영향 - 트랜스포테이션의 조절된 매개효과를 중심으로 -)

  • The development of digital technology has made consumers more knowledgeable about products than ever before. In this regard, experts have defined consumers in the digital age as knowledge seekers and pointed out that they are proficient in acquiring and sharing product knowledge prior to purchase. For service goods such as musicals, product prior knowledge executes strong effect due to such characteristics as intangibility, inseparabilit y,and heterogeneity. Prior studies in the field of performing arts, including musicals, have revealed that the prior knowledge of the audience has a positive effect on the satisfaction of the audience and WOM(word-of-mouth) intention. However, studies in the marketing field argue that consumers' high prior knowledge may have a negative impact on customer satisfaction and product evaluation depending on conditions, as they are more likely to compare, review, and expect products more closely. Therefore, in this study, we tried to identify under what conditions the musical prior knowledge enhances audience satisfaction and WOM intention. According to the results of previous studies, a mediating effect model was established in which the musical prior knowledge enhances the WOM intention through the mediation of the audience satisfaction. Then, Transportation was introduced as a mediation variable and it was verified whether the level changed the audience satisfaction and WOM intention. The reason for the introduction of the transportation construct reflects the results of previous research that the story is important component of musical. The results showed that the musical prior knowledge has a significant effect on WOM intention through the mediation of audience satisfaction. The moderating effect of transport was also significant on the relationship between musical prior knowledge and audience satisfaction. Lastly, through moderated-mediation analysis, it was confirmed that transportation moderates the mediating effect that prior knowledge affects on the WOM intention through audience satisfaction. Based on the results, we demonstrated that a musical story is fairly important to satisfy audiences with high prior knowledge. This study could contribute to the related filed in that it introduced the transportation construct for the first time, thereby broadening the understanding of the musical audiences in the era of smart consumers.

  • 스마트 그리드(Smart Grid) 사업 분야에 속해있는 스마트 트랜스포테이션(Smart Transportation)사업은 전기자동차 운영에 주 초점을 맞추고 있는 실정이다. 전기자동차를 운영하기 위해서는 전기자동차 충전 인프라 구축이 필수적으로 필요하며 전기자동차 충전 인프라는 크게 전력망, 충전소, 급 완속 충전기, 과금 및 정산, 운영 시스템 등으로 구성되어 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 스마트 트랜스포테이션 사업의 충전 인프라 구축을 수행함에 있어 주차장이나 아파트 등에서 사용할 완속 충전 스탠드와 그에 따른 충전 시스템 구성을 소개하고자 한다.

  • This study attempted to examine how Personalization Advertising and Customization Advertising strategies affect consumers' Aad among AI-based Programmatic Advertising strategies that have been actively conducted recently. To this end, the relationship between two advertising strategies, the transportation, the overall emotional experience that occurs when acting, and Aad was examined structurally. As a result of a survey of 110 general people, Personalization Advertising had a negative influence on consumers' transportation, and the Customization Advertising strategy had a positive influence. In addition, transportation had a positive influence on the Aad. These results suggest the needs to actively induce consumers into Customization advertising situation, rather than the company's mechanical analysis and exposure-oriented advertising strategy.

  • 국내에서 활발히 진행중인 스마트 그리드(Smart Grid) 사업분야에 속해 있는 스마트 트랜스포테이션(Smart Transportation) 사업에서는 전기차를 이용한 운영에 중점을 두고 진행이 되고 있다. 그러나 실제적으로 전기차를 운영하기 위해서는 운영에 충분한 충전 인프라가 구축되어야 하며 충전 인프라를 구축하기 위해서는 그에 맞는 충전 시스템을 갖추어야 한다. 충전 시스템에는 현재, 완속 충전기와 급속 충전기가 주를 이루고 있으며 본 논문에서는 완속 충전기의 표준화의 일환으로 미국자동차기술학회에서 제시하는 SAE-J1772 규격에 맞추어 개발한 자사의 완속 충전기에 관하여 소개하고자 한다.

  • For handicapped person who have a handicap in moving, vehicles are indispensible, especially in the viewpoint of handicapped person's participation for social life by rehabilitation, the freedom of movement equaling to nonnal person is a important factor for improving the quality in being complete growth.In the purposese of positively social participation of handicapped person, this study investigated the general problems about using a means of transportation in the users of wheelchair and for solving these problems and approached, in the viewpoint of styling, vehicles were considered from character of self-supporting in getting on and off a car. For that first, this study was progressed by suggesting invigorating convenience facilities in already established vehicles for the user of a wheelchair and the part of moulding of modified vehicles in a structure. Moreover, making a selection of domestic vehicles arbitrarily, analyzing a internal structure of a boarding of a wheelchair, and suggesting the modified model of vehicles by the sketch.

  • In the era of the 4th Industrial Revolution, manufacturing is the implementation of smart factories through digital transformation, and refers to consumer-centered intelligent factories that combine next-generation digital new technologies and manufacturing technologies beyond the existing factory automation level. In order to successfully settle such a smart factory, it is necessary to train professionals. However, education for smart factories is difficult to have actual field mechanical facilities or overall production processes. Therefore, there is a need for a system that can visualize and control the flow and process of logistics at the actual production site. In this paper, the logistics flow of the actual site was implemented as a small FMS, a physical system, and the production process was implemented as a digital system. In real-time synchronization of the physical system and the digital system, the location of AGV and materials, and the process state can be monitored to see the flow of logistics and process processes at the actual manufacturing site. The developed digital twin system can be used as an effective educational system for training manpower in smart factories.
