증기발생기(SG : Steam Generator)는 다수의 세관으로 구성되어 원자로에서 발생한 열을 이용하여 발전기 터빈을 구동시키는 원동력인 증기를 생성해 주는 기능을 하는 원자력발전소의 핵심 설비이다. 증기 발생기 세관의 건전성을 확보하기 위해 매주기 계획예방 정비, 즉 가동중검사마다 정기적인 와전류검사를 수행하고, 검사결과에 따라 전열관 보수 등과 같은 제반 조치를 취하고 있다. 현재 검사데이터 DB 구축은 일부 발전소에 개발되어 운영중에 있고, 세관 DB와는 별도로 통계정보만을 관리하는 증기발생기 성능관리시스템이 운영되고 있으며, 또한 각 발전소마다 수질을 계측하여 수화학 성분을 감시하는 수질관리시스템이 운용되고 있다. 이러한 이원화된 DB 및 시스템을 통합하고 연계하여 전 원전의 증기발생기를 종합적으로 관리 할 수 있는 시스템의 필요성이 대두되었다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 현장에 보관되어 있는 모든 세관 검사데이터를 취득하여 대용량 데이터베이스를 설계 및 구축하고 이기종의 분산된 수질관리시스템 DB를 연계하여, 증기발생기의 설계/제작부터 검사결과 Mapping, 추이 분석을 통한 수명평가에 이르는 전 과정을 통합 관리한 수 있는 시스템을 개발하고 그 구현방안을 제시한다.

Human bio-monitoring (HBM) data is a very important resource for tracking total exposure and concentrations of a parent chemical or its metabolites in human biomarkers. However, until now, it was difficult to execute the integration of different types of HBM data due to incompatibility problems caused by gaps in study design, chemical description and coding system between different sources in Korea. In this study, we presented a standardized code system and HBM knowledge model (KM) based on relational database modeling methodology. For this purpose, we used 11 raw datasets collected from the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety (MFDS) between 2006 and 2018. We then constructed the HBM database (DB) using a total of 205,491 concentration-related data points for 18,870 participants and 86 chemicals. In addition, we developed a summary report-type statistical analysis program to verify the inputted HBM datasets. This study will contribute to promoting the sustainable creation and versatile utilization of big-data for HBM results at the MFDS.

Through the rapid economic growth, modern society have achieved the industrialization but needed to respond to climate change and low-carbon green growth on a scale of urban area. Many studies about the low-carbon city and the green city are on going, but most of them are not integrated but go along in each area(construction, transportation, energy, etc) In this paper, we surveyed the current status of researches about information system to design low-carbon city or green city, and define the method to integrate the outcomes from the each area. As a result integrated model of 'Low-carbon Urban Planning integrated System' in the paper, Individual system is developed by way of C/S form because web system raised problems for data load in analysis. The integrated system was decided to develop by way of Web form, and integrated system was developed by can use the analysed DB in the individual system. We expect this study can help future researches to develop more economical and efficient integrated information system model to design the low-carbon city and the green city.

IRWMS(Integrated Real time Water Management System)은 우리나라의 수자원 운영환경에 부합하도록 하천유역에 수자원 통합관리 개념을 도입한 실시간 물관리 의사결정지원 시스템이다. 국내 기술로 개발하여 실무에 적용함으로써 수자원 이용 효율을 극대화하고 선진국 수준의 수자원 관리기술을 확보하기 위한 방안으로 개발되어졌다. 이러한 물관리 시스템 구축을 위해서는 통합 유역에 적합한 모형의 선택과 이수, 치수, 수질 관리 모델의 통합 방안, 해당 유역특성을 반영한 시스템 구성 방법, 각각의 모형의 입,출력 자료의 관리 및 실무에 적용하기 용이한 GUI 구성 등을 고려하여야 한다. 물관리 시스템은 GIS 기반의 해석모형과 웹기반의 정보, 지식 전달 시스템, 수문자료 관리를 위한 DB시스템 등으로 구성되어져 있으며 SOBEK, RIBASIM, MIKE BASIN, WEAP 등 다양한 물관리 시스템들은 각각의 개발 시기나 쓰임에 따라 해석모형과 DB의 사용유무 등 여러 기능들을 차별화하여 구성하고 있다. RIBASIM(RIver BAsin SIMulation)의 경우 다양한 해석모형 들을 각각의 과정에 따라 사용하고 있으며 CMT(Case Management tool), CAT(Case Analysis Tool)라 불리는 기능들을 통하여 각각의 과정을 순차적으로 진행하고 분석하고 있으며 자사의 수문DB관리 프로그램, 수질, GIS도구 등과 연동하여 사용되고 있다. MIKE BASIN의 경우 ArcGIS의 EXTENSION으로 강력한 GIS기능과 비쥬얼한 화면 구성을 그 특징으로 가지고 있다. IRWMS는 강우유출모형과 댐군 저수지 연계 운영모형, 수질모형으로 구성되어져 있으며 DB와의 연동을 통하여 실시간으로 의사결정자들이 의사결정을 지원하며 실무진 중심의 GUI구성을 통하여 실용성을 중심에 두었다. IRWMS는 금강, 낙동강의 구축사례에서 보듯이 실시간 운영으로 수자원 관리 실무진의 사용에 그 주안점을 두었지만 차후 범용화와 상기에서 언급한 여러 국내외 시스템들의 장점을 받아들인다면 각각의 유역특성에 맞는 다양한 활용으로 수자원기술의 선진화에 크게 기여를 할 것이다.

National Knowledge and Information Resources of KADO(Korea Agency for Digital Opportunity and Promotion) were distributed to the several data centers. The metadata for the resources was the conceptual level recommended standard. It was not for the integration, but the retrieval. So it is not easy to integrate to the central metadata DB or connect metadata among the data centers. In this paper, we analysed the metadata of the several data centers and provided the integrated standard model for the central metadata DB.

본 논문에서는 사이버공격의 주요 대상인 웹 애플리케이션의 보안을 위하여 취약점진단 및 제거, 이행점검의 웹 통합보안관리 플랫폼을 제안한다. 이 플랫폼은 동적진단엔진, 취약점제거보안모듈, UI를 제공하는 통합관리시스템, 진단 결과를 저장하는 결과 및 통계 DB, 와 진단을 위한 관련 정보를 저장하는 진단 및 보안정보 DB로 구성되며, 동적진단결과에 대한 상관관계분석 기능과 취약점 개선 활동 시 스마트 보안모듈을 통해 빠르고 손쉬운 취약점 제거수정, 완화할 수 있는 통합플랫폼 연구를 통하여 웹 애플리케이션보안을 효율적으로 할 수 있다.

일본 행정기관에 구축된 데이터베이스(DB)를 유형별로 보면, 업무 처리형, 행정 지원, 공공 이용형 등이 있으며, 관청간 DB를 이용하는 것이나 사회적 활용을 적극 추진하고 있다. 데이터베이스 구축을 구체화 하기 위한 방책으로는 관청 내에서의 기획조정 기능의 충실, 관청내에서 데이터베이스 구축의 계획적 추진 등이 있다. 관청간 공통추진 사항을 위해서는 관청간 조정 기능의 충실과 행정 정보의 통합 이용을 위한 시스템의 정비, 사회적 활용을 위한 체제 정비가 요구된다.

In this study, the establishment strategies of Military Standardization Information System and Integrated Database(DB) based on standardization information are provided. The establishment strategies introduced here are based on the appliable common(commercial and military) classification of specifications/standards. The common(commercial and military) classification of specifications/standards adapted in this study can be constructed through mapping by 'grouping' between the MS(Military Specification/Standards) and KS(Korean industry Standards) to increase efficiency. In detail, the establishment of Integrated Database(DB) based on standardization information provides the various channel of interactive communication among specifications/standards. Additionally, standardization information systems provide the basis of the integrated specifications/standards converged between the commercial and military sector.

본 논문에서는 정보체계 간 상호운용성 개선을 위해 공유 데이터 환경(SHADE) 기반의 DB 세그먼트 구현절차를 제안한다. 먼저 공유 데이터 서버의 개념과 특성을 제시하고 DB 세그먼트 네이밍 및 패키징에 대한 정의 및 형식 등을 분석한다. 그런 다음 SHADE 기반하에 DB 세그먼트 개발환경 및 개발자 역할을 제안하고 DB 세그먼트를 효율적으로 구축할 수 있도록 세그먼트 등록, 개발, 제출, 통합이라는 4단계 개발절차와 설치 및 사용절차 등이 포함된 구현절차를 제안한다. 향후 제안한 DB 세그먼트 구현절차를 소프트웨어 재사용과 연결성 향상을 통해 정보체계 간 상호운용성 개선에 도움을 줄 것으로 기대한다.
