웹 문서는 일반 문서들과 달리 자유로운 형식으로 기술되어 있고, 원문에 태그나 코드 등 불필요한 내용들을 많이 포함하고 있어 언어 처리에 바로 사용하기에 적합하지 못하다. 본 논문은 인덱싱 대상 문서로 사용되는 웹 문서를 자동으로 수집하여, 문장 단위로 정렬된 문서로 제작, 관리하는 통합 전처리 시스템인 Web Tagger의 구조와 전처리 방법을 소개한다. Web Tagger는 문서 정제, 문장 분할, 띄어쓰기의 과정을 거쳐 웹 문서에서 표준화된 정보를 추출하고, 형태소 분석기를 포함한 응용 시스템의 목적에 맞게 XML 형식의 원문 코퍼스를 자동으로 생성하고 관리한다. '정규문법(Regexp)', '휴리스틱', '품사 인덱스 참조', 'C4.5를 사용한 학습 규칙' 등의 다양한 전처리 기법은 형태소 분석 정확도 향상과 시스템 안정성 보장에 기여한다.

The environment of education has been undergoing dramatic developments in recent years with the development of information technology such as digital information transfer, storage and communication methods. Education and training technology is constantly evolving and growing. Because we continually meet the new and interesting advances in our world. The evolution in education and training at a distance can be characterized as a move from traditional learning to u-learning. This paper concerns with the application of u-based education methodology for people with disabilities targeting to empower them. Instead of the classic educational support such as extended time to take exams, a reader and/or scribe to assist with exams and note taking services. In this paper, we introduce the definition of inclusion and disabilities which does not been fully understood what they mean and then possible implementing materials which can empower the students with disabilities with accomplishments. We would like to point out that we concentrate on the aspects of instructional science particularly related with inclusive classes.

웹 기술 기반의 컨텐츠 개발 및 운영으로 다른 환경에서의 컨텐츠 활용을 토대로 교육자원의 정보들을 통합 운영할 수 있는 관리 중심체인 e-learning 시스템의 중요성과 필요성이 대두되고 있으며, 교육용 어플리케이션은 현재 표준화되지 않은 개발 프로세스를 기반하여 개발하고 있는 실정이다. 따라서, 교육 컨텐츠의 재사용을 높이기 위해 국제적 학습 표준인 SCORM (Sharable Content Object Reference Model)을 기반으로 하나의 플랫폼에 있어서 시스템 개발 중 다른 플랫폼으로의 재사용이 가능한 핵심자산을 이용하여 조립, 생산할 수 있는 방안으로 체계적인 교육자원을 개발하고 지원하기 위한 교수-학습지원 시스템 개발에 초점을 둔 연구가 요구된다. 따라서, 본 논문에서의 교육적 도메인으로 접근하여 MDA(Model Driven Architecture)상의 교수-학습지원 시스템을 정의한다. 또한 학습컨텐츠 표준 메타데이터를 이용하여 컨텐츠저장소에 관한 분석 및 설계를 하고 MDA 자동화 툴을 이용한 핵심자산을 통해 실제 교수자가 필요로하는 컨텐츠를 제공할 수 있는 교수-학습지원 시스템을 개발하고자 한다.

This study investigated a total of 529 integrated science teachers' implementation and changes to apply the curriculum-instruction-assessment. Data was collected through online survey on scientific competencies and skills, teaching-learning and assessment methods, changes of teacher's preparation, topics/materials, teaching-learning, and assessment to apply the curriculum-instruction-assessment as teaching integrated science. The results of the study were as follows: first, in the integrated science class, teachers implemented more on scientific communication and scientific inquiry among scientific core competencies, and analysis and interpretation of data collection and communication among scientific skills. Teachers often taught in lectures and used multiple choice items and short essay for evaluation. Teacher groups with less than 10 years of teaching experience appeared to be less active in teaching scientific core competencies and skills than those with more than 10 years. Second, Teachers have increased more time and efforts to search and to organize various materials in addition to textbooks, and try to integrated concepts in various fields to prepare learning topics and textbooks. Third, even though teachers made little change in implementing the process-oriented assessment, they used instructional strategies to increase student engagement in the integrated science class, restructured the instruction to provide immediate feedback after conducting the assessment. It is necessary to build a system that ensures fairness and credibility of evaluation while respecting the autonomy and professionalism of teachers.

초고속 통신망이 발달함에 따라 대기업은 물론, 학교와 중소기업에도 네트워크로 연결되어 업무 및 학습과 행정업무를 처리하고 있다. 인터넷을 이용한 재택근무, 재택교육 등이 발달하고 있는 시점에서 안정적이고 효율적인 네트워크환경을 제공하기 위해서는 네트워크상에 존재하는 다양한 자원들을 모니터링하고 제어하는 네트워크의 관리의 개념이 필요하게 되었다. 하지만, 대부분의 기업체나 학교에서는 구축비용측면에서 이를 투자하기를 꺼려하고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 중소기업 및 학교업무에서 일반적으로 사용되고 있는 MRTG(Multi Graphic Rotor Grapher)를 연계하여 웹을 이용한 손쉽게 망을 관리할 수 있는 툴을 perl을 이용하여 구현하였다. 장애의 대부분이 네트웍 자원관리와 실시간 로그관리를 이용할 경우 대부분의 장애를 미연에 방지할 수 있다는 점에 착안하여 텍스트를 처리함에 있는 탁월한 기능을 가진 perl을 이용하여 로그처리 데몬프로그램을 작성하였고, 자원관리와 이력관리를 위해서는 MySQL을 이용하였다.

본 논문은 기존의 단순 감지 센서형 양식장 관리 시스템을 벗어나기 위해 IoT와 AI기술을 이용한 무인 양식장 관리 시스템 개발에 관한 것이다. 국내 양식장 상황에 맞는 유해 조류와 한국형 어선 이미지를 학습시켜 실시간 카메라 영상을 통해 유해 및 무해 물체를 판단하도록 하였으며 이에 따라 적절한 퇴치 기능을 수행하도록 하였다. 또한 현존하는 양식장 관리 시스템이 환경 관리 시스템과 감시 및 퇴치 시스템으로 이분화 된 경향을 보여 하나로 통합하는 과정의 필요성이 대두되었다. 따라서 감시 및 퇴치 기능 수행뿐만 아니라 양식장 내 환경 데이터를 실시간으로 받아오고 사용자가 단말기를 통해 양식장 상황을 확인 및 관리가 가능하도록 구현하고자 하였다.

ICT 기술이 발전함에 따라 다양한 분야에서 사물 인터넷을 활용한 서비스들이 구현되고 있다. 그중에서 비콘을 이용한 위치기반서비스(Location-Based Service)는 산업분야에서 활용성이 높다. 스마트 팩토리에서 비콘을 제품이나 박스에 부착하여 통합 물류관리를 시스템을 구축하고, 병원에서는 환자의 상태 혹은 위치를 모니터링하기 위해 비콘을 활용한다. 위치기반서비스를 구현하기에 있어 비콘의 위치를 파악하는 기술이 선행되어야 하고 본 논문에서는 신경망 학습(Neural Network)을 활용하여 RSSI(Received Signal Strength Indication) 기반 비콘의 위치를 추론하는 기법에 대해서 연구한다. 신경망 학습결과 94.89%의 위치 정밀도를 보였다.

At present, the whole world is characterized by openness, cooperation and integration as a society with information and the world, and it requires creative talents for this. The competitiveness of the nation depends on the cultivation of creative talents. It demands anthropological value by improving the competitiveness of the nation through cultivating creative talents to share and care, not to cultivate creative talents for personal desires and accomplishments. The purpose of this study is to develop a teaching - learning process to develop integrated creative talents by applying the characteristics of integrated education curriculum at the base of the 2015 revised curriculum. To do this, we first extracted the content elements of the Clothing Life area of the revised curriculum from the 1st to 2015 and the contents of the Clothing Life area of the technology and home Economics textbooks to which the 2009 revision curriculum was applied. Five topics were extracted according to content selection criteria And The Theme of 'The selection and management of clothing' was selected. Researcher developed a integrated thematic instruction Home Economics Education Clothing Life teaching - learning process (hereinafter referred to as "the process") focused on the theme of 'selection and management of clothing'. The Process was composed of 5 basic classes [basic inquiry - content 1 - content 2 - depth study - application]. The process considers integration within the curriculum and interdepartmental integration, and aims to improve the personality, creativity, and problem solving ability of consideration and sharing in the course of the integrated class. In detail, the curriculum goals of the home Economics Education curriculum and ITI goals are presented separately in the curriculum developed for each process. At the stage of the class, the element of creativity and the element of personal education were exposed and applied to the class. In Korea, new curriculum has been revised and announced from time to time, making it difficult for the teacher to carry out the class in accordance with the paradigm of change. Home curriculum is closely related to real life, so it is an appropriate subject for an integrated subject. It has the educational significance of the subject in that it allows students to integrate the creative and personal elements that are limited in other subjects. ITI process will be helpful to teachers who need to implement the 2015 revised curriculum in which the theme-centered integrated home Economics education teaching-learning process is newly introduced. It is necessary to follow - up research to verify the effectiveness of how to improve students' problem - solving ability and cultivate creativity.

From the beginning of the digital age, the need for cultural heritage institutions to share information resources and integrate services has increased, causing many countries to make efforts for cooperation and integration. In line with this, this study examines the similarities and differences between the National Diet Library of Japan and the National Archives of Japan, seeking ways for further cooperation between the two organizations. Their websites, articles, and legislations were reviewed to analyze their histories, systems, laws, policies, and services. In conclusion, building an integrated database for materials in history and an archive for disaster information, as well as conducting joint exhibitions and learning programs, were drawn as viable ways for collaboration.

The purpose of this study was to analyze reports from research middle schools based on the criteria for process-focused assessment to find out how the characteristics of process-focused assessment were being implemented in middle school science classes. The analysis criteria for the characteristics of process-focused assessment (integration of lessons and assessments, evaluation elements and methods, content and timing of feedback, and learner growth management) were extracted. Using the analysis framework, the result reports of seven research middle schools for process-focused assessment were analyzed. In terms of integration of lessons and assessments, when the process-focused assessment was operated, the class and evaluation plan were well implemented based on the curriculum achievement standards, but the process-focused assessment was recognized as a performance evaluation. In terms of evaluation elements and methods, the evaluation element for knowledge was the main component, and competency was presented in the planning stage, but competency was not dealt with in class execution. The evaluation method was biased toward teacher-centered observation evaluation and written test, and the setting of scoring criteria for each evaluation element was insufficient. In terms of the content and timing of feedback, feedback was mainly provided based on achievement confirmation, but no case was found in which scaffolding was provided at an appropriate time for insufficient parts in the learning process. In terms of the learner's growth management, the competencies cultivated through science classes were included in the detailed subject specialties of the school record. However, little was shown in the report on how to systematically manage the process of developing learners' competencies and reflect the evaluation results to teachers' class improvement.
