The Unified Wireless Control System for the Vibration Control of Bridge (교량의 진동제어를 위한 통합 무선제어 시스템)

  • This paper aimed at the development of a unified wireless control system in order to control various forms of vibration of bridges. This unified wireless control system unified all different systems each of which functioned for difference purpose such as measurement, analysis, judgement, and control of data acquired from the movement of structure. It was designed to control structures with feedback which was returned according to each different situation after analyzing various signals measured about the structure. In this system, every information in each step from measurement to control was wirelessly transmitted to its central system so that a manager was able to effectively monitor the whole process. Just for the case when any system control need to intervene occurred, a graph user interface was designed for better access. In order to evaluate its basic performance, an experiment was carried out to see how signal input and output were done by comparing its results with those of a wired system. On the basis of the experiment, a vibration control experiment was performed on a model of cable-stayed bridge to see if the unified wireless control system worked well in realtime. This was carried out under four conditions, and the graph and quantitative result under each condition were compared each other. All experiments proved that the unified wireless control system functioned as well as the wired one in terms of its basic performance and vibration control.

  • Many large-scale enterprises have developed software systems to build management information system for their business. However, it is hard to maintain share ability of data, compatibility of operation methedology, and interoperability among subsystems when the development project progresses since each distributed team prepares a development plan for its subsystem and must have poor communication problem among those teams. We must apply software configuration management to the whole life cycle of the software system in order to solve those Problems. We need a model and a repository in order to execute configuration management on configuration products like document, data, and source code which are generated through the life cycle of software development. In this paper, we suggest a model for configuration change control where cross- referencing among life cycle Phases and data-sharing are highlighted, and define ER model to use IRDS(Information Resource Dictionary system) and IRD schemas.

  • 소프트웨어의 품질을 향상시키기 위해 결함을 찾고 시정하는 것을 통제하는데 가장 중요한 요소가 바로 오류/장애/실패(통칭하여 결함(defects)를 효과적으로 추적하는 것이며, 결함을 추적하기 위해서는 효과적인 결함 추적시스템(Defect Tracking System)의 도입이 필요하다. 기존의 결함 추적 시스템은 고객/사용자로부터의 문제보고, 테스팅 기간 중의 결함보고, 변경관리 기능 등을 통합적으로 제공하고 있지 못하다는 점과 테스팅을 포함한 개발과정의 정량적 통제를 위한 데이터를 효과적으로 축적 제공하지 못하고, 더욱이 결함의 근본적인 원인을 찾아 해결할 수 있도록 하기 위한 정보를 효과적으로 제공하지 못하고 있는 문제가 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 기존의 결함 추적 시스템의 문제점을 해결하고자 설계/구축되어 현재 사내에서 활용되고 있는 결함관리 시스템인 Promise System을 소개하고자 한다. Promise 시스템은 고객의 불만 및 요구사항, 인스펙션 및 테스팅 시의 결함 및 요구사항에 대하여 각 담당자별로 업무를 할당, 추적할 수 있게 하고, 결함 및 요구사항에 관한 각종 상태정보와 통계 정보를 제공하여, 각 개발 및 테스팅 단계별로 결함 제거 목표의 수립, 정량적 통제, 결함 원인 분석을 통한 프로세스 개선 등을 지원하는 시스템이다.

A Study on the Network Organization Design (네트워크 조직설계에 대한 연구)

  • As business environments rapidly changing and becoming more competitive, manager begin to realize the needs of the network organization structure reflecting the newly emerging internet environments. This paper, therefore, attempt to provide managers with a framework that can be used to design an effective network structure. The framework described here shows three important characteristics of network organizations: First, staffs need to be knowledge workers, rather than rule follower. Second, managers need to emphasize the empowerment, rather than exercising hierarchical power and control. In order for managers to support the design of network organizations they need to implement information systems that can integrate staffs, tasks, and information technologies.

정보 시스템 통제 아키텍처를 이용한 정보자원 관리에 관한 실증적 연구

  • Advent of the distributed computing has contributed to the rapid distribution of information technology throughout the organization. While powerful and user-friendly information technology are more available to end users, managing the distributed, heterogeneous IT environment has become a serious problem for corporate IT managers. Integrated Control Architecture (ICA) enables the monitoring and controlling of the dispersed information resources for effective enterprise-wide information resource management. This paper empirically examines the propositions that the level of information resource control is positively related to IS effectiveness measured in user satisfaction. Measures are developed and validated for the control of information resource object such as data, application, platform, and control of relationships among such objects. Results from a study of 130 organizations support that the organizations with high information resource control exhibit user satisfaction.

  • 새 정부는 국민의 행복실현을 위해 안전의 중요성을 강조하고 있다. 이에 해양수산부에서도 해양사고 30% 감소를 목표로 해양안전실천운동본부 발대식 및 해양안전헌장 선포, 선박안전관리자협의회 출범 등 민 관이 함께 해양에서의 안전 확보에 노력하고 있다. 그러나 안전관리의 주체인 해운선사의 안전관리 수준을 객관적으로 평가하기 위한 평가지표 및 안전관리 평가시스템 등은 없는 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 도로, 철도, 항공 등 타 분야의 안전관리 정보시스템 구축 및 운영사례를 조사 분석하여 시사점을 도출하였다. 또한 해운선사의 안전관리 수준을 평가하기 위해 해양사고정보, 항만국통제 점검결과, 안전관리체제 심사결과 데이터를 분석하여 이들 데이터를 통합 관리할 수 있는 데이터베이스의 구축, 평가프로그램을 개발하였다. 본 연구에서 개발한 안전관리 평가시스템을 이용하여 해양안전 우수사업자 평가업무, 우수 선박관리사업자 인증업무 등에 활용할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

  • Recently, as shown demands and the need for Cloud dig data, large-scale data centers, as well as factory unit's have also vigor. This study focuses the system design that can integrate various facilities on the data center build upon of the factory and the midsize group. Because the integrated facilities management of midsize groups should have variety of sensors and devices requires integrated monitoring system that can manage them as a whole. In this study, it constitutes a integrated model protocol interface of the various facilities, it suggests ways to avoid the errors that may occur during design to study the development and systematically carried out. For this purpose, this study provides the analysis of a failure information delivery time and integration scenario for efficient analysis and evaluation of an integrated monitoring system.

Integrated Security Management System with Multi Agent (다중 에이전트를 이용한 통합 보안 관리시스템)

  • As the internet environment has been rapidly changed, the scale of internet network that needs to be managed has been magnified. In this way, the recognition for the importance of security became extensive, and numerous security systems for the protection of internal information were introduced. But decentralized security systems because of there use of different user interfaces undergo difficulties in effective security management as well as prompt coping when an obstacle happens causing a corpulence of in the security management part. In this paper, I propose an integrated security management system which can grasp the situation of each system and manage every system in the center so that we can consistently and integrally manage every system. Integrated security management system with multi agents has the advantages of prompt coping with obstacles, and the minimization of weaknesses that different security solutions have, and of consistent control and management for decentralized security systems.

  • 현재 기업의 정보시스템으로 각광 받고 있는 ERP 시스템은 인사, 회계, 물류, 제조, 서비스 등 기업 활동의 전 부분을 효과적으로 관리하고 통제하기 위한 통합 정보시스템으로 ERP 패키지를 이용하여 최신의 정보기술을 지원하는 비즈니스 시스템을 말한다. 기존의 정보시스템 개발에서는 명확한 사용자 요구사항을 기반으로 하지만 ERP 패키지 개발에서는 사용자 요구사항을 정의하는데 어려움이 많다. 따라서 기존의 시스템에 적용되는 방법론과는 달리 ERP 패키지 개발을 위한 방법론이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 고품질의 ERP 패키지를 효율적으로 설계할 수 있도록 마르미-II에 기반한 ERP 패키지 개발 프로세스를 제안한다.

  • 본 논문에서는 TFT-LCD공장의 통합 생산계획 수립과 조정을 수행하는 통합생산계획 시스템의 구조 및 방안을 제안한다. 제안된 통합생산계획 시스템은 고객 주문에 대한 적량·적납기 만족과 공기 단축을 통한 생산성 향상을 목적으로 하며, 공장의 능력을 정확히 파악하여 생산계획을 수립하여 줌으로써 제조현장의 측면에서는 효율적인 통제를, 제조업체 측면에서는 현실성 있는 주문 수주가 가능하도록 하였다.
