정보 기술 발전의 가속화와 더불어, 고객의 요구가 다양화되고, 고급화되어지는 가운데, 기술개발 경쟁력의 심화에 따른 기술환경에도 많은 변화가 일고 있다. 최근 들어 많은 제조업체들은 기업 내 외부적으로 직면하고 있는 여러 가지 환경 변화들로 인하여 통합생산관리시스템 구축의 필요성을 인식하고 있다. 통합생산관리시스템은 기업의 주요기능을 전사적인 관점에서 통합하여 수주에서 납품까지 일관된 정보흐름을 제공하는데 역점을 두어야 한다. 최근 많은 기업들이 보다 체계적으로 통합생산관리시스템을 구축하고자 노력하고 있으나 구축 경험 부족 및 체계적인 개발계획 방법론의 부족에 따라 많은 어려움을 겪고 있다. 본 연구에서는 기존 시스템의 진단, 개발계획 수립, 상세설계, 프로트타입 시스템 개발에 이르는 통합생산관리시스템 구축 과정을 프랜트 공장의 사례를 통하여 소개하려고 한다.

The museum, run by the archives, should show historical facts about the president through objective records that are not fully evaluated. The wartime atmosphere should maintain solemnity to highlight the evidential value of records about history, but include an interesting element that allows visitors to come comfortably. It would be possible to accommodate 360 viewers at the same time, and it would be an option to limit the number of visitors considering the operation of weekend events and the donor honor hall. In this study, we established and presented an image integration plan centered on the color plan and the signature plan. Although the real image integration plan is a case study that starts with symbols and logos and is conducted through an integrated and systematic system through the basic design and application design system, it is considered to be a meaningful study in terms of practical use.

Various basic information is required to scientifically and rationally utilize and manage national territory. For this, a variety of informatization projects have on developed from public sectors. However, there are a lot of problems including weak linkage between individual information systems and databases and lack of the coordinating function in promoting national territorial informatization projects. This study aims to provide policy alternatives on the integration and linkage of basic information within national territorial planning system. These results will be applied to the planned utilization and environmental friendly management of national territory.

Currently, the quality management, safety management and environment management of domestic construction work does not form a infrastructure for integrated control which have been developed according to the unique characteristics based on respective the law. In other words, the quality manager and safety manager of human resources is set to a legal arrangement personnel, but environment manager of human resources is not. In addition, quality management standard is to perform the work to PDCA(Plan-Do-Check-Action) system which is reflected in all of the requirements of KS A ISO 9001 standard, but safety management plan and hazard harmfulness prevention plan are not properly reflected P(Plan), C(Check) and A(Action) system and focusing on only 4 section Do(D) in KOSHA 18001 standard requirement. Moreover environmental management plan is not even established requirement. Through examining the operation practices of an advanced nation prior to building the integrated control standard for construction work qualify safety.environment, the possibility of applying domestic is reviewed, and then this study is going to research the operation practices of Singapore.

최근 선제적인 가뭄대응을 위하여 관계부처가 상시 가뭄 관리체계를 지속하고, 범정부적 가뭄예방 대처를 위한 가뭄종합대책이 수립되었다. 가뭄종합대책에는 통합적 가뭄 위기대응체계를 마련해 단계별로 가뭄에 체계적으로 대응하고, 극한가뭄에 대비해 선제적 용수확보와 가뭄 전문가 지역 협의체 운영 등을 통해 대응 역량을 강화하는 계획이 포함되어있다. 또한 국가재난관리체계에 따라 지자체는 지역별 재난안전대책본부를 수립하고, 현장조치 행동메뉴얼에 따라 단계별 제한급수대책 수립, 재난대응 단계별 행동요령 (징후 감지, 초기 대응, 비상 대응) 등을 수행한다. 이처럼 가뭄은 발생 후 해갈까지 많은 시간과 지속적인 관리가 필요하며, 사회전반에 걸처 영향을 주는 대형복합재난으로 국가적 차원의 통합적 관리가 필요한 재난으로 국가가뭄대응체계 및 비상대처계획 (Emergency Action Plan, EAP) 수립이 필요하다. 미국은 1998년 국가가뭄정책법(National Drought Policy Act)을 제정해 가뭄관리에 대한 법제도적 기반을 마련하였으며, 2006년 국가통합가뭄정보시스템법 (National Integrated Drought Information System Act)을 제정해(Public Law 109-430) 현재의 국가통합가뭄정보시스템 (NIDIS)이 설립되었다. 이후 국가가뭄회복력파트너십 (National Drought Resilience Partnership, NDRP)을 발족하여 2016년 장기가뭄 회복력을 위한 국가재해대응정책을 수립하였다 (Federal Action Plan for Long-Term Drought Resilience). 미국의 경우 1982년 콜로라도 주, 사우스다코타 주, 뉴욕 주를 시작으로 2020년 현재 48개 주에서 연방정부단위의 가뭄대응계획을 수립하였다. 본 연구에서는 미국에서 실행되고 있는 가뭄 적응 대책 및 비상대처계획을 조사, 분석하고, 향후 메가 가뭄 발생시 국가단위의 가뭄 재난위기관리 매뉴얼, 정부 및 지자체의 가뭄 대응 체계 및 대응 방안을 보완할 수 있는 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

우리나라는 지역별 및 유역별로 강수량의 편차가 심하고 홍수기에 강수량이 편중되어 내리는 특징을 가지고 있다. 최근 몇 년간 발생한 이상기후에 의해 연평균 강수량이 크게 감소하였고 이는 겨울철에서 봄까지 용수이용에 많은 어려움을 주었다. 연중 안정적으로 물을 공급하기 위해서는 대량의 물을 저장할 수 있는 대규모 저수시설이 필요하지만 사회 환경적인 이견대립으로 이를 실행하기란 쉽지 않다. 따라서 구조적인 대책이전에 지역 및 유역의 특성을 고려한 실행단위의 수자원계획 수립과 평가할 수 있는 기반이 요구된다. 현재 국가 수자원의 안정적인 확보와 하천의 효율적 이용 개발 및 보전을 목적으로 수립되고 있는 수자원장기종합계획은 국가의 수자원정책을 반영하고 있으나 하천의 건천화, 수질부문에 대한 검토가 미비하고 수자원과 관련된 하위단위의 실행계획과 연계가 미흡한 실정이다. 국외의 수자원관리는 안정적이고 효율적인 수자원관리를 위해 통합관리체계를 도입하고 있으며 이에 하위관리단위인 유역단위에서 물과 관련된 많은 부분을 고려하여 통합관리를 위한 지침을 마련하고 있다. 지속적이고 안정적인 수자원 확보와 효율적인 이용을 위해 수자원 관리정책과 제도적인 틀을 마련하여 국가 및 지역의 수자원개발 및 이용계획을 지원하고 있다. 이러한 변화는 지금의 수자원이 미래에 사회 경제적으로 상당히 중요한 가치를 가진다는 것을 의미한다. 본 연구에서는 국내의 기 수립된 수자원계획과 국외의 수자원정책적인 부분을 살피고 국가차원의 수자원 관리를 지원할 수 있는 지역(유역관리)단위 계획수립과 이를 지속적으로 이끌어 갈 수 있는 중앙 정부, 지방정부, 시민단체 등과 같은 지역거버넌스의 협력적 관계조성을 기반으로 세부적인 부분에서 출발하는 수자원관리계획에 대한 필요성을 제시하였다.

Through the rapid economic growth, modern society have achieved the industrialization but needed to respond to climate change and low-carbon green growth on a scale of urban area. Many studies about the low-carbon city and the green city are on going, but most of them are not integrated but go along in each area(construction, transportation, energy, etc) In this paper, we surveyed the current status of researches about information system to design low-carbon city or green city, and define the method to integrate the outcomes from the each area. As a result integrated model of 'Low-carbon Urban Planning integrated System' in the paper, Individual system is developed by way of C/S form because web system raised problems for data load in analysis. The integrated system was decided to develop by way of Web form, and integrated system was developed by can use the analysed DB in the individual system. We expect this study can help future researches to develop more economical and efficient integrated information system model to design the low-carbon city and the green city.

Line planning is an important step to determine the optimal frequencies of trains given the forecasted demand for each train type. The main input data for line planning is the leg traffic demand which can be derived using suitable traffic assignment models. However most assignment models require a line plan, in other words, train frequencies or headways, so that inconsistent results just by the procedural approach to find an optimal line plan after determining leg traffic can be avoided. This paper suggests a unified model that can consider the traffic assignment and line planning, simultaneously. We further provide an elaborated approximation algorithm and, finally, provide experimental results determined for the Korean railway network.
