  • Hospitals store and manage personal and health information through the electronic medical record (EMR). However, vulnerabilities and threats are increasing with the provision of various services for information sharing in hospitals. Therefore, in this paper, we propose a model to prevent personal information leakage due to the transmission of patient information in EMR. A method for granting permission to securely receive and transmit patient information from hospitals where patient medical records are stored is proposed using OAuth authorization tokens. A protocol was proposed to enable secure information delivery by applying and delivering the record access restrictions desired by the patient to the OAuth Token. OAuth Delegation Token can be delivered by writing the authority, scope, and time of destruction to view patient information. This prevents the illegal collection of patient information and prevents the leakage of personal information that may occur during the delivery process.

  • Since Neural Machine Translation (NMT) uses only a limited number of words, there is a possibility that words that are not registered in the dictionary will be entered as input. The proposed method to alleviate this Out of Vocabulary (OOV) problem is Subword Tokenization, which is a methodology for constructing words by dividing sentences into subword units smaller than words. In this paper, we deal with general subword tokenization algorithms. Furthermore, in order to create a vocabulary that can handle the infinite conjugation of Korean adjectives and verbs, we propose a new methodology for subword tokenization training by separating the Jongsung(coda) from Korean syllables (consisting of Chosung-onset, Jungsung-neucleus and Jongsung-coda). As a result of the experiment, the methodology proposed in this paper outperforms the existing subword tokenization methodology.

  • Pretrained models with high performance in various tasks within natural language processing have the advantage of learning the linguistic patterns of sentences using large corpus during the training, allowing each token in the input sentence to be represented with appropriate feature vectors. One of the methods of constructing a corpus required for a pre-trained model training is a collection method using web crawler. However, sentences that exist on web may contain unnecessary words in some or all of the sentences because they have various patterns. In this paper, we propose a dataset construction method for filtering sentences containing unnecessary words using neural network models for corpus collected from the web. As a result, we construct a dataset containing a total of 2,330 sentences. We also evaluated the performance of neural network models on the constructed dataset, and the BERT model showed the highest performance with an accuracy of 93.75%.

  • NFT art is a new art formed based on NFT technology. This is attracting great attention in the existing art world and art market. Therefore, it is required to analyze whether NFT art can establish itself as a new area of art. Therefore, the formation and development process of NFT art is analyzed from the perspective of Actor-Network Theory of Science and Technology and Studies, and the case of NFT artist 'beeple' is a representative example. It also discusses the artistic value of NFT art and its relationship with traditional art networks based on the aesthetics of science and technology researcher Graham Harman. In particular, it analyzes the future and genre sustainability of NFT art through the case of NFT project "Cryptopunks" and "PUNKISM" advocating a new art genre. By analyzing NFT art with ANT, I would like to raise a technical, aesthetic, and philosophical questions and propose a positive prospect as a new art genre.

  • This study explores that how the logic of network power in the existing digital content distribution structure works against local media. The limitless citation of local media content, in particular, is becoming more common in order to profit from network traffic while not giving appropriate remuneration for local media content. This study tried to demonstrate how network media dominance alienates local media material by using YouTube network analysis of TV Maile Shinmun. According to the research result, it was found that major news media tends to take profits from the local media interview by not properly indicating the source video, or reporting the core content of the local media interview, making it unnecessary to look for the original video source. Despite the viewpoint that the digital environment presents opportunities for local media, the current network logic would not benefit local media, which calls for the need that the digital content distribution strategy of local media develops a new order such as NFT, one of blockchain-based monetary system.h the help of information technology.

  • Web 3.0 is also called the "next-generation Internet" and is a new concept that started in 2018 and is attracting attention as the beginning of the "distributed Internet era". As Web 3.0 became mainstream, non-fungible tokens (NFTs) serving as content as services were distributed, and companies started to introduce NFTs in their marketing campaigns. This is because NFTs can be used to promote brands to new consumers. In this study, using Japan's 「HARTi」 NFT Art as an example, we investigate a new method using urban infrastructure and spaces, not NFTs that exist only in the Japanese art market and online. By analyzing social issues following the introduction of a new digital marketing method based on NFT Art, we will discuss issues and countermeasures in the domestic NFT Art market and present a positive outlook.

  • This corpus-driven research expounded the compilation of the most frequently occurring academic words in the domain of syntax and compared the extracted wordlist with Academic Word List(AWL) of Coxhead(2000) and General Service List(GSL) of West(1953) to examine their distribution and coverage within the syntax corpus. A specialized 546,074 token corpus, composed of widely used must-read syntax textbooks for English education majors, was loaded into and analyzed with AntWordProfiler 1.4.1. Under the parameter of lexical frequency, the analysis identified 288(50.5%) AWL word forms, appeared 16 times or more, as well as 218(38.2%) AWL items, occurred not exceeding 15 times. The analysis also indicated that the coverage of AWL and GSL accounted for 9.19% and 78.92% respectively and the combination of GSL and AWL amounted to 88.11% of all tokens. Given that AWL can be instrumental in serving broad disciplinary needs, this study highlighted the necessity to compile the domain-specific AWL as a lexical repertoire to promote academic literacy and competence.

  • Digital content is difficult to distinguish between the original and the replica due to its nature. For this reason, NFT technology using blockchain technology is attracting attention because it can guarantee the proof and scarcity of the original digital content. However, the NFT buyer does not own the copyright to the digital content, but the ownership. In particular, since the minting process of issuing NFTs is possible for anyone, there is a copyright threat to the copyright holder. In this study, we propose a verification protocol based on DID for the process of issuing and transacting NFTs for copyright protection of copyright holders' digital contents. As a research method, the problems of research cases related to digital contents were analyzed and the safety was comparatively analyzed. NFT issuance can only be issued by copyright holders whose identity has been verified through DID, and only users who have completed authentication can participate in the transaction to prevent indiscriminate theft and use of digital content and form a safe and transparent transaction market.
