유량은 기후적 요인과 인간활동 요인에 의하여 변동된다. 특히 우리나라는 지난 30년 동안 전지구적인 기후변화와 특정지역에서의 인간활동의 변화가 급격하게 진행된 바 있으므로, 합리적인 수자원 계획을 수립하기 위해서는 두 가지 요소들로 인한 유량의 변동량을 정량적으로 분리하여 분석할 필요가 있다. 또한 우리나라와 같이 연강수량의 대부분이 특정 계절에 집중되는 국가나 유역에서는 월별, 계절별 및 년별로 구분된 수문분석을 시행하여야 보다 실질적인 수자원 관리계획을 수립할 수 있다. 그러나 유량의 변동량을 특정 원인별로 구분하여 분석하고자 하는 연구는 기존의 홍수나 가뭄 자체에 관한 연구에 비해 미미한 형편이며, 다양한 시간단위를 이용한 원인별 유량 변동량의 산정에 관한 연구는 더욱 찾아보기 힘들다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 기후변화로 및 인간활동으로 인한 유량 변동량을 정량적으로 분리하기 위하여 수문모형(hydrological model)을 이용한 방법과 수문학적 민감도 (hydrological sensitivity) 분석 방법을 소양강 상류유역 및 섬강 유역에 대해 적용하고 유량 변동량의 결과를 월별, 분기별 및 년별로 구분하여 제시하였다. 먼저 두 유역에 대한 기후변화 및 인간활동의 양상을 강수, 온도, 유량, 인구변화, 불투수층 변화의 추세를 통해 파악하였으며, 인간활동으로 인해 발생되는 급진적인 변동점을 탐색하기 위해 이중누가곡선, Pettitt 검정 및 베이지안 변동점 (Bayesian change point) 분석을 시행하였다. 탐색된 변동점을 활용하여 수문모형에 의한 유량 변동량을 정량화하기 위하여 변동점 이전 구간에 대해 보정 및 검증된 SWAT모형을 사용하였으며, 6가지의 Budyko 곡선 함수들로부터 각각 유량 변동량을 산정하여 수문모형에 의한 유량 변동량을 검증하였다. 최종적으로 수문모형을 이용한 방법을 통해 두 유역에 대한 기후변화 및 인간활동으로 인한 유량 변동량을 정량화하였다. 소양강 상류유역은 기후변화로 인한 유량 변동량이 인간활동으로 인한 유량변동량보다 상대적으로 크게 산정되었으며, 섬강 유역은 소양강 유역과 반대의 결과를 보이는 것으로 분석되었다. 특히 본 연구에서는 해당 분석결과를 월별 및 분기별로 구분하여 제시함으로써, 향후 특정 지역 및 시기에서의 합리적인 수자원 관리계획의 수립에 활용될 수 있는 기초적인 자료를 제공하였다.

This study aimed to research marathon club activities experience of women intellectual disabilities through qualitative research. This study selected five women intellectual disabilities and five information providers as the participants. The data collection consisted of field observation records and interview data. The collected data analyzed through coding method. The result were as follows as. First, personal dimension appeared as exciting of running, inner freedom, assimilation with nature. Second, relationship dimension appeared as communication and participation of the family, relationship with peers, comprehension and coexistence. Third, lifelong education dimension appeared as expansion into life, growth without a stop, the process of becoming a social worker. In conclusion marathon club activity appeared to contribute to personal growth, relationship with surroundings and social inclusion.

This study focused on elderly caring issues and proposes Information Technology (IT) as the complementary tool of care activities, and it was aimed to identify application and feasibility of complementary IT for elderly care activities. Focus Group Interview (FGI) was conducted with current and potential caregivers respondents to explore caregivers' opinions and needs of care activities, and to suggest roles of IT which are helpful for elderly caregiving. The results showed that caregivers desire to check elderly care receivers' health, safety, and location whenever and wherever they want, and these caregivers' needs can be satisfied with IT by supporting caring ubiquitously. Moreover, this article provided more specific guidelines of IT applications for elderly caring services, so it expected positive roles of IT for elderly caring activities. However, this paper consequently emphasized IT must focus on only supporting and complementary roles of caregiving activities rather than alternative roles to enhance caregivers' caring efficiency and reduce their caring burden.

탐색회의는 조직이나 지역사회의 사람들로 하여금 그들의 가장 바람직한 미래를 규정하고 참여에의 책임감을 강조하는 과업수행을 위한 전략을 만들어낼 수 있도록 하는 참여적 계획 방법이다. 참여자들은 가능한 한 다양한 배경을 지닌 사람들이며, 그리하여 그들이 지니고 있는 지역사회에 대한 자신들의 지식과 과정을 변화시킬 수 있는 기술을 가지고 지역사회 개발에 기여할 수 있다. 탐색회의는 이루어져야만 하는 특별한 활동들을 규정하고 필요한 변화를 만들어낼 책임을 지니는 사람들에게 힘을 부여함으로써 표준적인 전략 계획보다 훨씬 더욱 유용한 결과를 산출한다. 계획과정에의 전체 지역사회의 참여는 바람직한 결과를 지역사회 전체가 소유할 개연성을 증가시키는 데, 이는 과업을 수행하는데 필수불가결하고 지역사회가 희망하는 목표를 성취하는데 중심적인 조건이다. 효과적인 지역사회 개발 계획을 위한 탐색회의의 성공적인 수행을 위해서는, 중앙정부가 지방정부의 탐색회의와 관련된 교육프로그램을 제공해야 하는데, 이는 탐색회의가 참여자들을 조직하고 관리하는 따위와 같은 얼마간의 기술을 필요로 하기 때문이다.

Measures of exploration and exploitation fall into three categories, patent-based measures, survey-based measures, and press-based measures. Such variety stems from the lack of consensus on definitions of exploration and exploitation. Given a dynamic nature of exploration and exploitation, I suggested how to improve existing press-based measures by suggesting strategies and procedures for constructing valid and reliable press-based measures in a single industry context. I illustrate my arguments through a study of the worldwide optical disk industry.

This study explored the influence of failure experience of Korean pharmaceutical industries on the innovative activities of corporations from the perspectives of R&D and knowledge search. Previous studies have defined the cause of the failure or studied the reasons for the decline. However, studies analyzing the influence of failure on the innovative activities of corporations are rare. This study set a research period of 10 years for the Korean pharmaceutical industry to conduct a longitudinal analysis of the influence of the influence of failure on innovation activities and the influence of innovation activities on radical innovation. A summary of the research results is as follows. Firstly, failure of corporations induce exploratory innovation activities, and the extent differs greatly from the size of financial slack resource. Secondly, experiences of corporations' failure were not significant from the perspective of knowledge search. Thirdly, the interaction between the corporation's exploratory innovation activities and knowledge search had a positive (+) relationship with radical innovation performance. This study is significant in that it suggested empirical evidence by verifying the positive influence of failure to learning and innovation unlike previous researches viewing failure negatively, and suggested the direction of future studies based on these research results.

This study explores the meaning of life insurance planner's job experiences achieving job security, high performance and high income. After 6 of life insurance planners working in the field were chosen as the study participants, we use narrative approach to studying the meaning of their job experiences. The study shows that perception about job competency of planners depends on the level of experience: candidates who had no experience at all feel that anyone can perform planner's job, new employees after introduction training program see planners can do with product knowledge and consulting competency, and experienced people admit they can perform successfully only when they have good attitude towards customers and do all their work in a conscientious manner. Also, the meaning of planner's job experiences is identified as awareness of work value and serving customers with their commitment. The anticipated factors that make planner's job performed successfully are playing a role as a teacher, doctor, and angel, being regarded as happiness preacher for economic stability of individuals and families, and displaying their performance as experts.

This study searched for the status of medical Systematic Review(SR) publications in Korea and elsewhere for last 10 years, closely analyzing SR research papers by co-authors of Korean librarians. Through interviews with Korean librarians participating in SR, the activities, roles, and difficulties of these librarians were identified, and the results of the interviews helped explore new ways to promote collaboration in SR research. The result of the studied showed that the number of domestic and foreign SR studies has recently increased, and the number of cases where Korean librarians participated in SR research being officially credited as a co-author or acknowledgment source was also grow. The SR librarians in the Korean medical libraries were not only search experts, data collectors, and reference writers, but also did various activities such as designing search strategies, SR search records with complete reproducibility, and DB search tutorship. To promote SR support librarians participated in the interview suggested recruiting new librarians, retraining current librarians, and reformation courses in library and information science. As it is expected that the level of information demand of users and expectations for librarians would also increase in near future, SR librarians' activities and contributions seem to offer a guideline for academic library services that the others should pursue.

This study was conducted for the purpose of exploring the experiences of workers with disabilities on job change according to the COVID-19 situation. To this end, the data from the 2020 survey on economic activity for the disabled and data from the National Statistical Office were used, and the analysis was conducted using a literature study method. The results were as follows. First, COVID-19 had caused a change in the working pattern of wage workers with disabilities. Second, the degree of employment security for the disabled had deteriorated after COVID-19. Third, non-wage workers were experiencing difficulties in business operation due to COVID-19. Fourth, it had affected the resignation due to COVID-19. Fifth, there were difficulties in finding a job due to COVID-19. Through this, it was found that the economic activities of the disabled were being greatly restricted due to COVID-19. Accordingly, a proposal for a solution was made. This study is meaningful in that it explored the instability of the domestic disabled people's labor market due to COVID-19 based on data.

The government introduced a free semester in 2013, current targets middle school education as a core policy for nurturing creative talent, the year 2016 has been carried out in front of all middle school. This purpose of this study was to develop and spread the library-based reading culture program model for free semester. In this study, for which students, teachers, parents, conducted a survey of the reading culture program requirements librarian. A library-based reading program of free cultural self-semester course four areas according to the configuration (career exploration activities, group activities, arts and sports activities, theme activities select) was developed.
