This work focuses on reducing claims by improving the existing receipt process, and proposed an executable Claims solving method used QR code. We propose a effected claim process methods after introduced claim process based on bar code, RFID. Also, we illustrated proposed claim solving method to M company and verified the useful and effectiveness by a survey.

제품의 사용환경에서의 고장데이터는 일반적으로 보증기간 동안 발생하는 클레임을 처리하거나 A/S를 하는 과정에서 얻어지게 되는데 이러한 현장데이터를 적절한 방법으로 분석하여 제품의 신뢰도에 대한 올바른 정보를 얻고 품질개선에 활용하는 것은 기업에 있어서 매우 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 사용현장 데이터의 수집방법 연구와 현장 데이터의 신뢰성 분석 방법의 연구 흐름을 살펴보고 이후 사용현장데이터의 신뢰성 분석 방법연구에 도움을 주는 것이 목적이다.

Noise reduction processes that reduce or eliminate noise (caused by a variety of reasons) in noise contaminated image is an important theme in image processing fields. Many studies are being conducted on noise removal processes due to the importance of distinguishing between noise added to a pure image and the unique characteristics of original images. Adaptive filter and sigma filter are typical noise reduction filters used to reduce or eliminate noise; however, their effectiveness is affected by accurate noise estimation. This study generates a distribution of noise contaminating image based on a Dirichlet normal mixture model and presents a Bayesian approach to distinguish the characteristics of an image against the noise. In particular, to distinguish the distribution of noise from the distribution of characteristics, we suggest algorithms to develop a Bayesian inference and remove noise included in an image.

3차원 모델 재구성 방법 중 하나는 평행한 2차원 영상위의 외곽선들을 이용하여 본래의 기하정보를 복원하는 것이다. 표면 재구성 과정은 크게 대응관계 결정, 타일화, 분기처리로 이루어진다. 단순한 외곽선의 쌍인 경우에는 간단한 방법으로 기하정보를 생성할 수 있으나, 하나의 외곽선이 인접 슬라이스의 여러 외곽선으로 분기되는 경우는 처리가 쉽지 않다. 본 논문에서는 분기가 있는 복잡한 외곽선의 쌍으로부터 본래의 형상을 재구성하는 알고리즘을 제안한다. 먼저 외곽선의 각 정점에 대응하는 인접 외곽선의 최단거리 정점들을 찾아서 기본영역을 타일화 하고 남은 부분(클레프트)들은 대응하는 잔여 정점들의 중점을 찾아 타일화 한다. 이렇게 함으로써 여러 개로 분기된 외곽선을 본래의 형상으로 재구성 할 수 있으며 이를 실험을 통하여 확인하였다.

In prepaparation of the high performance polymer/clay nanocomposite, it is essential to modify the hydrophillic $Na^+$-MMT to hydrophobic alkyl ammonium-MMT via organic surfactant. The organic surfactant, VDAC (vinylbenzyldimethyl-dodecylammonium chloride) was synthesized from two primary chemicals and $VDA^+$-MMT was prepared from $Na^+$-MMT through a cation exchange reaction between $Na^+$ and $VDA^+$ (vinylbenzyldimethyl-$dodecylammonium^+$) cation. $VDA^+$-MMT was then dispersed in styrene and polystyrene/$VDA^+$-MMT nanocomposite was fabricated by in-situ polymerization reaction. The clay dispersion and barrier property of the nanocomposite were investigated. From the investigations, it was confirmed that dispersion of the $VDA^+$-MMT was enhanced compared with that of $Na^+$-MMT and as a consequency of better dispersion, barrier property of organic solvent was improved in a great extent.

The study is concerned with doing research on the plan to prevent the dispute occurring between contract parties regarding the additional cost generated when the construction period is shortened during construction work. After the review of the claim cases and the judgment cases of the court regarding the additional cost caused by the shortened construction period, the representative problem is the incomplete regulations on calculating the additional cost. In the 1st stage of the results of the research on the problem, the procedure handling the additional cost is presented, and the process of planning and approving the shortening of the construction period is gone through in the stage of the procedure to prevent the dispute on the additional cost between contract parties. In the 2nd stage, the plan on enacting and revising the regulations on removing the incomplete problems of the current regulations relating to the calculation of the additional cost. The basis for the advanced contract management is provided by resolving the incomplete problems of the current regulations relating to the shortening of the construction period with the prevention of a dispute and the resultant loss.
