According to explosive increasing of internet users, efforts and competitions for development of internet industry has been accelerated. In recently the VoIP service is on the rise with the best interesting field among the present internet application services. In this paper, we proposed a desirable VoIP service activation plan in the cases of technic, politcy and so on by considering on VoIP service and current VoIP service problems.

In this paper, proposed VoIP call quality Assessment model for Ubiquitous environment that apply the recency Effect and bust packet loss model. It is model that improved E-Model's problems for elaborate and reliable assessment. A new model makes the accurate VoIP call quality assessment possible by applying the burst packet loss and recency effect. Advanced E-model apply bust packet loss model potentialized elaborate and reliable assessment.

Key recovery has been the subject of a lot of discussion, of much controversy and of extensive research. Key recovery, however, might be needed at a corporate level, as a form of key management. The basic observation of the present paper is that cryptographic solutions that have been proposed so far completely ignore the communication context. IPSec is a security protocol suite that provides encryption and authentication services for IP messages at the network layer of the Internet. We propose example to provide key recovery capability by adding key recovery information to an IP datagram. It is possible to take advantage of the communication environment in order to design key recovery protocols that are better suited and more efficient.

IP기반 미디어 서비스는 대규모 사용자를 확보할 수 있고, 사용자 규모에 따른 수익을 올릴 수 있기 때문에 방송사에서는 중요 서비스의 하나로 인식하고 있다. 사용자의 지속적이고 빠르게 변화하는 새로운 서비스에 대한 요구사항들을 만족시키기 위해서 방송사는 보유하고 있는 관련 시스템들을 항시 새로운 서비스에 유연하게 대처할 수 있도록 해야 한다. 본 논문에서는 IP기반 미디어 서비스에 유연하게 대응할 수 있는 체계화된 방송콘텐츠 서비스 개방형 아키텍처 (OASIS: Open Architecture for Systematic IP-based Services)를 제안한다. 'OASIS'는 제작 시스템에서 자동으로 콘텐츠(예. 에센스와 메타데이터)를 수집하고 다양한 서비스에 맞게 수집된 콘텐츠를 제공할 수 있는 체계적이고 유연한 아키텍처이다. 더불어 OASIS는 방송콘텐츠 저작권 확보 여부를 확인할 수 있도록 하였기 때문에 최근 중요시되고 있는 저작권이 확보된 콘텐츠를 서비스할 수 있다. 제안하는 아키텍처는 시스템들 간에 콘텐츠를 교환할 때 표준화된 메타데이터와 ID를 사용하여 교환하게 함으로써 서비스 할 콘텐츠를 자동으로 시스템화하여 수집할 수 있다. KBS는 2년간의 작업을 거쳐 방송콘텐츠를 공유하는 데 필요한 메타데이터와 ID의 표준화 작업을 수행하였으며, 이를 기반으로 체계적으로 자동화된 수집 체계를 고안하였다. 다양한 서비스에 유연하게 콘텐츠를 제공하기 위한 측면으로는 openAPI(Application Programming Interface)를 활용하여, 서비스의 요구에 맞는 콘텐츠 내용을 제공할 수 있도록 하였다. 마지막으로 라이선스 관리 측면으로는 방송 콘텐츠 제작 시 수집할 수 있는 계약 정보 및 서비스 유통 가능 범위를 체계화함으로써, 제작 시에 저작권 정보를 수집하고, 해당 콘텐츠와 연동하여 서비스 가능 여부를 확인할 수 있도록 하였다. 제안한 아키텍처를 활용하여 다양한 서비스의 요구에 대응할 수 있는 콘텐츠 서비스 시스템을 구축할 수 있다.

불과 6년전만 하더라도 컴퓨터통신이 일반인에게는 생소했기 때문에 IP(정보제공자)를 사업으로 생각하기 힘들었다. 그러나 90년대 정보화시대에 발맞추어 컴퓨터통신의 중요성이 부각되면서 원하는 정보를 보다 정확하고 쉽게, 양질의 정보를 얻고자 하는 수요층이 급격히 증가하게 되었다. 이에 따라 각 대형 통신업체는 다양한 IP를 요구하게 되었고 각 분야에서 두드러지고 독특한 정보를 제공하는 IP들이 생겨나면서 IP가 주목받는 사업의 하나로 인식되고 있다. 반짝이는 아이디어로 소자본을 들여 사업을 펼 수 있는 IP사업에 대해 살펴봤다.

Routers should perform fast IP address lookup for Internet to provide high-speed service. In this paper, we present a hybrid parallel IP address lookup structure composed of four-stage pipeline. It achieves parallelism at low cost by using multiple SRAMs in stage 2 and partitioned TCAMs in stage 3, and improves the performance through pipelining. The smart distributor in stage 1 does not transfer any IP address identical to previous one toward the next stage, but only uses the result of the previous lookup. So it improves throughput of lookup by caching effects, and decreases the access conflict to TCAM bank in stage 3 as well. In the last stage, the reorder buffer rearranges the completed IP addresses according to the input order. We evaluate the performance of our parallel pipelined IP lookup structure comparing with previous hybrid structure, using the real routing table and traffic distributions generated by Zipf's law.

In this paper, a novel transmission system based on ATSC-M/H is proposed that enables free broadcast content services and pay subscription based content services. The proposed system is compatible with the existing systems and it does not use complex access restriction mechanisms such as CAS. In North America, many DLNA systems use set-top boxes with DVR as a digital media server. A method to enable the provision for ATSC-M/H free and pay subscription services on DLNA systems is presented. In addition, a data service processing method in DLNA systems is also proposed.

As digital convergence evolves, it is expected that the market of IP-based services like VoIP and IPTV will be expanded. In particular, IPTV market is expected to attract consumers' attention through various interactive services offering a variety of experiences to consumers. Interactivity sets apart old media from new one in terms of how to mediate effects of user satisfaction. The object of this study is to investigate (1) multi-dimensional Interactivities in an interactive medium based on IP and relationship among them, and (2) significant factors affecting cognitive absorption of interactive media users. This study aims to provide implications on how to develop strategies for IP-based media including e-learning system.
