this study aims to analyze causality on the effect of job satisfaction on vocational adaptation of ex-prisoners through empirical study and to verify the moderated effect of self-esteem and the Moderated Mediation effect of the job stress. According to the analysis, job satisfaction have a static effect on Vocational Adjustment and the self-esteem have a mediated effect in this process. also, the indirect effects of job satisfaction on vocational adaptation by self-esteem are moderated by job stress. advanced researchs study that job-related emotions affect vocational adaptation and maintenance, but psychological factors affecting vocational adaptation is not dealt with in depth, and what factors actually moderate this process is not explored in detail. also, becausea there are few studies related to the job of ex-prisoner, this study carried out full-fledged exploration and verification of it.

This is a methodological triangulation study to investigate of adjustment to college life in associate nursing college students. Participants were 139 associate nursing students. Data were collected from September 15 to November 17, 2012. Quantitative data were analyzed using PASW 20.0. Qualitative data were analyzed using open coding and categorization. Mean value for adjustment to college life was 2.96. It was significantly different according to nursing major (F=6.23, p=.003), study loading (F=4.47, p=.013), and perceived learning achievement (F=6.87, p=.001). 'Burden on study loading', 'Burden on job finding', 'Securing diverse support', 'Diverse extra-curricular', and 'Qualified practicum education' were extracted from the qualitative data. Results suggest diverse program development to decrease study loading, increase chances to connect with supporters, provide various extra-curricular activities and guarantee qualified practicum education are important in associate nursing college students' adaptation to college life.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of group home adolescents' depression on school resilience with focusing on mediator effect of self-esteem. Data were collected from nationwide 64 group homes by mailing questionnaire survey between August 19th to September 13th, 2013. One hundred seventy two adolescents were responded. The major findings were as follows: First, group home adolescents' depression had negative effect on school resilience. Second, their depression had also negative effect on self-esteem. Finally, self-esteem proved to have a mediating effect on the effect of depression on school resilience overall. Based on the results, the implications for social work practice and policy were suggested.

The purpose of this study is to compare the intention to stay, field adaptation, and educational demands between the new nurses and reemployment nurses. This research was done to create a base for a program that will improve field adaptation, and to prevent dropping out or moving. The followings are the results; There was a significant difference in the intention to stay of the 48 new nurses and 48 reemployment nurses (t = -2.10, p = .038), but there was no significant difference in field adaptation between the two groups (t = -1.48, p = .142 ). Finally, the subjects responded with the topics they would most like to learn about emergency patient care. Through the above results, this study provide basic data for developing a program that can enhance the intention to stay in hospital.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of interpersonal relationships and communication skills of nursing students who received blended learning classes on adjustment to college Life. The subjects of this study were 133 first and second year nursing students. The survey was conducted from november 22th to december 3th. 2021. The data was analyzed with the SPSS/WIN 26.0 program. Descriptive statistics and meen differences were analyzed using an t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient, Multiple regression. The result adjustment to college life of interpersonal relationship, communication competence it was found that there was a significant positive correlation between. The factors of communication competence, interpersonal relationship, Nursing and admissions motivation were impact on the adjustment to college life level of nursing students. The explanatory power of this was 44.3%. In conclusion, a strategy for improving communication skills and smooth interpersonal relationships is needed so that nursing students who have received blended learning can adjustment to college life.

Lately the usage of multimedia equipment with small LCD displays is rapidly increasing. Although many people use devices like this, videos intended for TV or HDTV are sent to these mobile devices. Therefore cases where it is hard for the user to view the desired scenes are growing more frequent. Currently, most services simply reduce the size of the content to fit the screen when they offer it for mobile devices. However, especially with sports broadcasts, there are many areas that cannot be seen very well because it was simply reduced in size. We therefore consider this weakness and are researching how to let the user choose an area of interest and then sending it to the user in a way that fits the device. In this paper, we address the problem of video delivery and personalization. For the delivered video content, we suggest the UP-SAM User Personalized Context-Aware Service Adaptation Middleware) model that uses the video content description and MPEG-21 multimedia framework.

Wireless multicast service can be used for video streaming service to save the network resources by sending the same popular multimedia contents to a group of users at once. For better multimedia streaming multicast service, we propose a quality-aware rate adaptation (QARA) scheme for scalable video multicast in rate adaptive wireless networks. In QARA, transmission rate is determined depending on the content's type and users' channel conditions. First, the base layer is transmitted by a low rate for high reliability. That means we provide basic service quality to all users. On the contrary, the transmission rate for enhancement layer is adapted by using channel condition feedback from a randomly selected node. So, the enhancement layer frames in a multimedia content is sent with various transmission rates. Therefore, each node can be provided with differentiated quality services. Consequently, QARA is capable of serving heterogeneous population of mobile nodes. Moreover, it can utilize network resources more efficiently. Our simulation results show that QARA outperforms utilization of the available transmission rate and reduces the data transmission time.

DRM을 적응하는데 있어서, 온라인 콘텐츠 저작자, 포털이나 이동통신사 등의 저작인접권자, 콘텐츠 소비자, MP3 플래이어나 PMP 등의 재생기기 제작자, 심지어 DRM 솔루션 개발회사 등 많은 이해 관계자들의 이해관계가 얽히게 되며, 따라서 DRM 현황을 이해하고 이슈들을 다루기 위해서는 현재의 비즈니스적인 현황과 기술적인 현황을 함께 고려할 필요성이 있습니다. 또한, 특정 유형의 콘텐츠, 예를 들어 온라인 음악 mp3 파일에 적용된 DRM 현황을 이해하는데 있어서, 다른 콘텐츠에서는 볼 수 없는 해당 콘텐츠 만의 시장 상황과 기술적인 요소들을 좀 더 세부적으로 다룰 필요성이 있습니다. 본 논문에서는 '온라인 음악 콘텐츠 DRM의 비호환'이라는 한정된 주제를 가지고 이에 대한 시장 현황, DRM 적용 현황 및 문제점, 기술 접근 유형 등에 대한 분석을 종합적으로 다루고자 합니다.

유비퀴토스 환경에서 차세대 LBS(Location-Based Service) 서비스를 위한 콘텐츠를 제공하기 위해 각 단말기와 환경 및 사용자의 취향에 맞게 콘텐츠를 리퍼포징(Repurposing)해야 한다. 콘텐츠 리퍼포징이란 유비퀴토스 환경 구축에 필수적인 핵심 기술로서, 하나의 원본 콘텐츠를 사용자의 선호도, 단말기 특성, 네트워크 특성 등에 따라 최적의 상태로 적응/변환하여 제공함을 말한다. 본 논문에서는 다양한 사용자에게 차세대 LBS 서비스를 위해 콘텐츠의 사용자 정보와 콘텐츠 관련 환경 정보 등을 분석, 전달하기 위한 방법론을 제안하고, 또한 리퍼포징된 콘텐츠의 다양한 정보 분석 방법을 제공하기 위한 미들웨어 아키텍처를 설계한다. 이는 학문적으로 새로운 최첨단의 이론과 기술을 창출하고 이를 기반으로 차세대 LBS 서비스 분야에 혁신적인 역할을 할 것으로 기대된다.

The purpose of this study was to provide basic data to help premedical students better adapt to college life by analyzing the relationship between their self-leadership, self-esteem, interpersonal competence, and college life adjustment. The subjects of this study were 131 premedical students in a C city. The results of this study were as follows: The mean score for self-leadership were 3.86(±0.61). For self-esteem and interpersonal competence, college life adjustment mean score were 3.86(±.61), and 3.44(±.48), 3.78(±.52), and with no gender difference(p>0.05). Significant positive correlation between college life adjustment, self-leadership, self-esteem, and interpersonal competence(p<0.05). Self-leadership indirectly effects it through the mediation of self-esteem and interpersonal competence, while self-esteem and interpersonal competence directly effects college life adjustment, self-esteem indirectly effects it through the mediation of interpersonal competence. This study provided information on the factors effect college life adjustment, and confirmed that self-esteem is an essential educational content. It is hoped that this study will contribute to the development and activation of educational programs to help college life adaptation.
