Design and Implementation of Interactive Authoring Tool for Mobile Augmented Reality Content (인터랙티브 모바일 증강현실 콘텐츠 저작도구 설계 및 구현)

  • This study has developed a mobile AR contents Builder (MARB) featuring the augmentation of virtual objects, e. g. 2D images, 3D models and videos on user-preferred markers in mobile environment and with connected interaction events. The developed MARB is capable of augmenting multiple virtual objects on markers preferred by users, and selectively supporting many marker-specific interaction events. The MARB is also developed as a mobile App for convenience of use in the mobile environment. This makes users to implement AR contents by a GUI-based authoring procedure on the mobile device. The developed MARB allows App developers and general users to author mobile contents easily and can be applied to various field by those who wish to use diverse mobile AR contents. Moreover, the MARB will provide solutions for the expansion of mobile AR market, by overcoming the difficulties of mobile AR content development.

  • In the distance education system existing, change of content by the content provider has not been performed in real time. But current car model is changed quickly. So it must modifying by contents provider in real-time. In this paper, we implement contents authoring system for modifying E-training contents easily. Especially, it use HTML5 technology. Through it, contents providers can modifying contents in various platforms easily.

  • Recently, research on hologram, which can realize perfect 3-dimensional imaging, becomes more active. But hologram has the defect that it costs a lot in generation. Thus, this paper proposes a method to generate a new digital hologram contents by manipulating the existing digital hologram contents. That is, this paper proposes the method to manipulating the digital hologram contents by manipulating and/or synthesizing the depth information to get a new digital hologram contents. The proposed methods have been experimented with various depth informations and digital hologram contents. For each kind of depth information, it has been manipulated for its position and distance. The result was converted to a digital hologram by the computer-generated hologram method and the resulting hologram was reconstructed.

  • Digilog Book, the next generation publication material, supplies digitalized contents on an analog book by integrating digital contents into existing analog books. There are some studies related to authoring tools which are to authorize, and publish some books which provide digital contents by using VR or AR techniques. In this paper, a pen-type haptic user interface for Digilog Book authoring tool has been introduced. This haptic user interface is developed for more realistic and more effective authoring tasks. This haptic interface provides haptic effects for authoring tasks which are including translation, rotation, scaling, and menu selection. In this research, we designed a body, control circuits, vibration haptic patterns for haptic user interface, and a protocol for between haptic user interface and Digilog Book main control system. Also a simple user study has been done with a developed haptic user interface.

  • Authoring AR(augmented-reality) contents not only takes too much time and cost, but also needs the help of professionals in the areas of computer science, VR(virtual reality), AR, 3D computer graphics, computer vision, etc. In this paper, we analyze the difficulties(inherent to developing AR contents) into three problems and present a formalized authoring approach for AR contents. The proposed approach is based on the Statecharts, which was originally designed for modeling real-time embedded systems. In order to apply he Statecharts to modeling AR contents, we defined the semantics of the Statecharts and various events for interaction modeling.

  • Web development and digital technology enable users not only to consume contents but also to produce and share it through using various media. Thus, since personal needs for contents are increased, the interest in environment and technology for creating digital contents is growing. Because of existing digital contents technology such as writing tool or digital storyboard have focused on the individual creation, it is hard to induce participation and collaboration of other users and sharing and reusing contents. Therefore, we suggest a new form of collaborate digital storytelling using the concept of the collective intelligence through contest. Most of all, we develop writing tool and storyboard tool in order to facilitate participants to produce online contents. Also, distinguished from previous contest, this contest considers not only content output but also collaborative process for making it.

  • 국내 저작권법은 2003년 개정을 통해 창작성이 없는 데이터베이스에 대해서도 별도의 제한적 보호체계를 제공함으로써 상당한 인 적·기술적·재정적 요소를 투입한 데이터베이스의 제작자에게 일정한 인센티브를 제공해 정보산업의 발전을 도모하고자 했다. 이 번 호에서는 저작권법에 규정돼 있는 데이터베이스의 보호내용을 구체적으로 살펴보고, 그 밖의 보호수단으로서 기술적 보호조치와 ‘온라인디지털콘텐츠산업발전법’상의 내용도 간단히 알아보고자 한다. 그리고 데이터베이스의 보호를 둘러싼 뜨거운 논쟁의 단초가 됐던 ProCD 판례 및 편집저작물을 인정한 국내사례를 소개하고자 한다.

  • 본 연구는 2016년 1월부터 대구 경북에 소재하고 있는 저작기능장애가 있는 환자를 대상으로 구강건강행동지수와 치면세균막지수를 비교하였다. 연구결과 연구대상자들의 일반적인 특성과 교육 전 구강건강행동지수는 집단 간 유의한 차이가 없었다. 구강근기능훈련 프로그램 진행 후 QHI를 비교한 결과 진행후 통계적으로 유의하게 낮아지는 것으로 나타났다.

  • 본 논문은 시나리오를 입력하여 자동으로 애니메이션을 저작하는 기술에 관한 것으로서 시나리오 내용에서 매핑 되는 3D 데이터를 온톨로지 기법을 통해 추출할 수 있도록 한다. 또한 Flow Chart 그래픽 유지 인터페이스를 통한 직관적이고 손쉬운 입력방식과 애니메이션 분기 및 흐름 제어를 이용한 인터액티브 애니메이션을 제작할 수 있다. 본 기술을 활용하여 비전문가도 원하는 애니메이션 콘텐츠를 기존 애니메이션 콘텐츠 제작 방식보다 쉽고 간편하게 제작할 수 있도록 한다.

  • 본 연구는 저작기능장애자 56명을 대상으로 구강안면프로그램을 시행함으로 인해 이로 인한 구강위생효과를 알아보고자 하였다. 그 결과 구강안면프로그램을 이용한 집단과 대조군이 치면세균막지수, 구강건강행동지수의 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 향후 교육프로그램을 구강보건교육의 동기부여를 위한 도구로 활용가치가 있을 것으로 사료된다.
