A Study on Influencing Factors of Continuous Use Intention by SNS Connection Type and User Psychology (SNS 접속형태와 이용심리에 의한 지속사용의도 영향요인 연구)

  • In this study, factor, is focused on user's psychology and SNS using style, of intention to use SNS continuously being affeted to who want to stop using SNS. This study utilized the foundational frame of PCM and TAM2 and indepednent variable and Mediating variable were based on previous research. I used statistical programs such as AMOS 18.0 and SPSS 18.0 to verify the practical examination of the hypothesis of this study and the questionnaire was distributed to the public and IT students who once used SNS, and made the 443 questionnaires to analyze on final except missing values and insincere responses. The result of study was that intention to use SNS continuously are affected by positive and negative psychological factors and will be helpful to provide a service plan for SNS and establish for marketing strategy.

The Blog Ranking Algorithm Reflecting Trend Index (트렌드 지수를 반영한 블로그 랭킹 알고리즘)

  • The growth of blogs has two aspect of providing various information and marketing. This study collected the rankings of blog posts of large portal using OpenAPI and investigated the features of blogs ranked through the exploratory data analysis technique. As a result of the analysis, it was found that the influence of the blogger and the recent creation date of the post were highly influential factors in the top rank. Due to the weakness of these evaluation algorithms, there was a problem of showing the search results which is concentrated to the power blogger's post. In this study, we propose an algorithm that improves the reliability of content by adding the reliability DB information which is verified by the experts and reflects the fairness of the application of the ranking score through the trend index indicating various public interests. Improved algorithms have made it possible to provide more reliable information in the search results of the relevant field and have an effect of making it difficult to manipulate ranking by illegal applications that increase the number of visitors.

A Study on the Effects of Intangible attribute of Hallyu in China on Korean National Image (중국에서 간접적 한류체험의 국가이미지 효과 분석)

  • The study aims to understand how indirect hallyu experiences in the Chinese market affect Korea's national brand image and willingness to purchase Korean goods from the perspective of "content consumption" and "recognition of Korea's." To that end, a total of 178 Chinese university students in the Beijing and Shanghai regions were analyzed. According to research and analysis, the perception of indirect hallyu experience has had a positive affection not only on the Korean national image but also on the willingness to purchase Korean products. Also, the halo effect came as Korea's national image had a positive effect on quite a lot of intentions to buy Korean merchandise. The recognition of South Korea can be enhanced by the spread of hallyu, which can be a decisive gauge of a favorable impression of the country in a short time.

Satisfaction of Foreign Patients on Hospital Use (외국인 환자의 국내 병원 서비스 이용 만족도)

  • This study aimed at analyzing and understanding medical tourism patients' pattern of different countries. For this purpose it followed up the international patients who visited W hospitals for spine treatment for last 3 years. In additon, it proposed key marketing strategies for attraction of more patients in the future. Satisfaction survey for 91 foreigner hospitalized patients were conducted from year 2010 to 2011. Each country of the patients showed slightly different motivations of visiting, consumer pattern and satisfaction of medical and non medical services. The current study analyzed factors, socio-demographic characteristics, purposes of visit, duration of stay in Korea, total number of visits to Korea, companions, plan of care, reasons for choice of W Hospital, expenses for medical care, total cost of staying in Korea. The results of this study showed that patients visited Korea more frequently were more satisfied with the medical care. Patients who planned to use medical care prior to visit Korea were more satisfied. Patients who thought he/she paid reasonable medical cost were more satisfied. Invitation to familiarization tour, clarification of medical cost, and provision of high quality medical care were recommended for the higher satisfaction of foreign patients. Fostering of specialized hospitals were recommended.

  • To date, the technology competence and design have been understood as the pre-requirements required in the midst of unlimited competition age. It is true that the most of the companies handle the practical or the aesthetic part of the product individually especially in the field of ceramic industry. Accordingly, it is difficult to create the identity of the company. However, the Rosental Co., Ltd in Germany had acquired the corporate identity already by means of the creative process and the design as well from the middle of 1900s and it has been reputed as a company producing the products through the unique design management. Especially, the identity of Rosental has been formed more uniquely with "jury system" verifying not the design results but the development process, independent brand marketing and the experimental mind such as the collaboration with the pure artists. Especially, the participation of the artists to the design development enables to evaluate the ceramic products not only as the simple products for daily life but also as the luxury goods for appreciation and collection. In addition, Rosental shows that the corporate identity may be created not only with the products simply but also completed with the internal external factors of the company through design management skill.

Why Do Consumers Resist Innovative Wearable Devices? The Case of Smartwatches (사용자 선호기반 웨어러블 디바이스의 수용성 연구: 스마트워치를 중심으로)

  • Despite consumers' increasing awareness and interests in innovative wearable devices, the sales growth has been stagnant. To analyze this phenomenon, we investigate consumer preferences for various innovative features embedded in wearable devices. Conducting conjoint analysis on smartwatches, we empirically show that the curse of innovation can occur when the consumer's expected utility from the smartwatch falls short of his/her psychological cost associated with behavior change from smartwatch usage. Therefore, our findings provide managerial implications on the R&D strategy for new technologies and more importantly on the marketing strategy easing consumers' resistance to highly innovative products.

  • The customer relation marketing in which companies can utilize to control and to get the filtered information efficiently has appeared. It is applying data mining to build the management that can even predict and recommend products to customers. In this paper, we proposed the adaptive customer relation management strategies using the association rules of data mining. The proposed method uses the association rules composes frequent customers with occurrence of candidate customer set creates the rules of associative customers. We analyzed the efficient feature of purchase customers using the hyper graph partition according to the lift of creative association rules. Therefore, we discovered strategies of the cross-selling and the up-selling about customers.

  • Recently mobile application providers and telecommunication companies went through a difficult time in a highly competitive mobile and its application market where we've seen a huge trend for diverse mobile applications occurring on smart phone. If there were a time when those of companies need to analyze factors affecting users' intention to download or recommend others applications more than ever, it is now. Based on UTAUT model, this research is to provide them with strategic implications by analyzing those factors according to application types with utilization and hedonic values. As a result, firstly trust and personalization have positive impact on Performance Expectancy and users' intention to use have been significantly affected by Performance Expectancy and Effort Expectancy. Secondly the result of path analysis has a different outcome according to application types with utilization and hedonic values. Therefore it is expected that the research gives practical and strategic implication for application developer, mobile companies and others helping application development, new service launch and marketing implementation.

  • 최근 국내시장에 판매되고 있는 막걸리의 종류는 매우 다양하며, 주류시장에서도 큰 수입원으로 부각되고 있다. 또한 국내뿐 만아니라 해외수출 비중도 높아지고 있으며, 주류관련 기업에서는 고급화 전략으로 마케팅을 하고 있다. 막걸리와 더불어 상품화 비중이 높아지고 있는 기능성 주류는 미용, 건강, 갈증해소 등 다양한 효능을 가지고 있으나, 일반적인 주류의 홍보에 비해 상대적으로 미비한 상태이다. 본 연구의 일부분으로 제작되는 막걸리는 피부미용, 면역력 강화, 뇌기능 개선 등의 효과를 갖는 감태를 주성분으로 하여 제조한 기능성 주류이다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 감태를 이용한 기능성 막걸리의 제조과정과 막걸리의 특성을 파악한 효과적인 홍보 방안을 위한 콘텐츠 설계 및 개발에 대한 제안한다.

The Effect of Emotional Labor and Emotional Dissonance on Burnout and Turnover Intention for the Hotel's Employee (호텔종사원의 감정노동에 따른 감정부조화가 소진 및 이직의도에 미치는 영향)

  • This paper is 1) to find out what make cause in the emotional labor and emotional dissonance on hotel employee, 2) to investigate relationship between burnout and turnover intention on the personal character, 3) finally to suggest strategical implications for hotel management decision-maker. The questionnaires are distributed 400 on hotel employees, then used for data analysis 351. The results are as followed. First, the higher surface acting, deep acting, and emotional deviance in the emotional labor, the higher emotional dissonance. But the higher expression of natural emotions, it was showed lowly in the emotional dissonance. Second, the higher emotional dissonance, it was revealed highly burnout and turnover intention.
