모바일음악콘텐츠 구매의도에 영향을 미치는 요인 연구

  • 본 연구는 음악콘텐츠를 생산, 유통, 판매하는 기업의 입장에서 과연 소비자들의 어떤 인지요인들이 모바일음악콘텐츠 상품의 구매의도에 영향을 미치는지에 대해 초점을 맞추었다. 연구모델로는 모바일음악콘텐츠 상품을 정보기술이라는 측면에서 접근하고, 이러한 정보기술의 수용 요인을 추출하기 위하여 기술수형모형 (TAM: Technology Acceptance Model)을 주요 이론적 토대로 하였다. 또한, 구체적인 분석을 위해 모바일음악콘텐츠를 벨소리콘텐츠, 통화연결음콘텐츠, 음악 전곡 다운로드콘텐츠로 유형화하고, 각 분류에서의 구매의도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하고자 온라인과 오프라인에서의 설문을 실시한 결과, 첫째, 회귀분석을 통해 벨소리콘텐츠 구매의도와의 관계를 검증하여 최종 도출된 요인들은 이용경력, 차별성, 편재성, 신뢰성, 보안성, 맞춤성, 사용편의 지각, 유용성 지각으로 나타났다. 둘째, 통화연결음콘텐츠 구매의도와의 관계인 경우 최종 도출된 요인들은 이용경력, 차별성, 편재성, 신뢰성, 보안성, 맞춤성, 사용편의 지각, 유용성 지각으로 나타났다. 셋째, 음악 전곡 다운로드콘텐츠 구매의도와의 관계인 경우 최종 도출된 요인들은 이용경력, 복제가능성, 신뢰성, 맞춤성, 사용편의 지각, 유용성 지각으로 나타났고, 이는 모바일음악콘텐츠의 유형에 따라 소비자의 구매의도에 끼치는 요인에 차이가 있음을 보여주고 특히 이동통신기기 특유의 콘텐츠와 일반음악콘텐츠의 경우 큰 차이를 구매의도와 독립변수간의 관계에서 보여주고 있다.

  • 인터넷 기업에 있어서 콘텐츠는 회사의 자산이며 제조업의 생산물에 비유된다. 또한 모든 회사는 콘텐츠의 소비자이기도 하다. 회사 차원의 콘텐츠 구매는 비용에 해당한다. 따라서 콘텐츠의 구매는 회사차원에서 체계적인 관리와 투자가 필요한 부분이다. 나아가 미래 사회는 정보가 회사의 운명을 결정하는 사회가 될 것이기 때문에 콘텐츠 자산관리는 기업들이 지금부터 준비해야할 것이다.

  • 디지털 핑거프린팅(Digital Fingerprinting) 기술은 온라인상에서 멀티미디어 콘텐츠의 저작권을 보호하기 위한 기술의 하나로 워터마킹(Watermarking) 기술과 같이 콘텐츠에 저작권을 증명하기 위한 부가정보를 비인지적으로 삽입하고 추출하는 기술이다. 핑거프린팅 기술에서는 주로 구매자의 정보를 삽입하기 때문에 콘텐츠를 처음 유포한 구매자를 역추적 할 수 있는 기능(trace traitor)을 제공한다. 본 고에서는 핑거프린팅 된 콘텐츠에서 악의적인 사용자가 핑거프린트를 제거하기 위하여 같은 콘텐츠를 구매한 다른 구매자와 공모하는 기술과, 이런 공모 후에도 핑거프린트를 추출할 수 있도록 삽입 코드를 공모 허용하도록 설계하는 공모보안코드에 대해 고찰한다.

The Effects of Shopping Orientation of Students Majoring in Beauty On Satisfaction In Beauty Contents and Purchasing Behavior (뷰티전공 대학생의 쇼핑 성향이 뷰티 콘텐츠 만족도와 구매 행동에 미치는 영향)

  • This study investigated the effect of shopping orientation of college students majoring in beauty on satisfaction in beauty contents and purchasing behavior. For the study, a survey was made and with the use of Spss 21.0, a frequency analysis, an exploring factor test, a reliability test, a correlation analysis, and a linear regression analysis were conducted. The results of the investigation are presented: First, trend-pursuing, convenience-pursuing and pleasure-pursuing orientation had significant effects on satisfaction in beauty contents. Second, in respect to the effects shopping orientation had on purchasing behavior, pleasure-pursuing, trend-pursuing, brand-pursuing, convenience-pursuing and price-pursuing orientation had a positive effect on purchase behavior. Third, as for the effect of satisfaction in beauty contents on purchasing behaviors, the more satisfaction in beauty contents, the more purchase behaviors were found. Therefore, this study aimed to identify the cause and effects between purchase orientation, contents satisfaction and purchasing behaviors in beauty students and provide basic data for marketing strategies.

The Influence of Online Information on a Consumer's Purchase at Social Commerce Websites (온라인 정보가 소셜커머스 구매에 미치는 영향)

  • This study investigated how online information affected consumers' purchases at social commerce websites. In the online purchase process, consumers use two types of online information: user generated content(UGC) and vendor generated content(VGC). These information types may influence consumers'purchase intention differently because each information builds entity trust and content trust, which play mediation roles between online information and purchase intention. According to the analysis results, general transactional information and safe transaction information of VGC and reputation information of UGC significantly affected entity trust. But content trust was affected only from general transactional information of VGC. And entity trust significantly affected content trust as well as purchase intention. These findings imply that social commerce vendors should focus mainly on entity trust for enhancing consumers' purchase intention. To achieve this objective, in the short term perspective, they should endeavor how to enhance general transaction information and safe transaction information qualities because these information types are easily controlled and improved by vendors. In the long term perspective, they should focus on reputation formation because reputation takes long time.

A Study on Factors Affecting Customer Satisfaction and Purchase Intention of Digital Cultural Contents (디지털 문화콘텐츠의 고객만족도 및 구매의도에 영향을 미치는 요인들에 관한 연구 )

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of digital cultural contents characteristics, perceived values and perceived risks on customer satisfaction and purchase intentions for Chinese consumers, and contribute to the development of digital cultural contents. In addition, a total of 328 valid samples were obtained through an online survey and empirical analysis was conducted. The analysis results of the study are as follows. First, except for creativity, which are characteristics of digital cultural contexts, entertainment and interactivity also have a significantly positive effect on both customer satisfaction and purchase intention. Second, perceived value has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction and purchase intention, whereas perceived risk does not have this significant effect. Third, customer satisfaction has a partial mediating effect between the three factors(entertainment, interactivity, perceived value) and purchase intention. Therefore, to promote the development of digital cultural contents, we could promote consumers' purchase behavior by improving satisfaction through content entertainment, communication between content producers and service providers, and unity and value that customers actually feel during the consumption process.

  • Electronic commerce part is changing rapidly for more efficient service support according to customer's inclination and request which pass over the time and space. That is, It was considered in customer's side that process and management of content by various articles, and component base development was considered in side of developer and administrator to operate this effectively. So, electronic commerce system need component based development that can be coped with efficient and active it and goods contents management to customers various inclination. Thus, in this research we implemented goods purchase system based on EJB(Enterprise Java Beans) of sewer side component mode. That is, each function part from goods contents to purchase is implemented to component which is independent execution module. Accordingly, component which is independence function part can cope actively in process of contents that change variously.

  • Recently, The development of information and communication technologies is having a very strong effect on the agri-food industry. Especially, agri-food content utilizing social network services such as Facebook and Twitter led to direct communication with consumers stirred into a new distribution channel. The purpose of this paper is to provide way to successful utilization of agri-food contents and improvement of purchase intention. The results of analyzing the relation between the three characteristics of SNS-social presence, conversation and interaction frequency-, consumer satisfaction and purchase intention are summarized as follows. First, characteristics of SNS of social presence and conversation have a positive effect on consumer satisfaction. Second, the interaction frequency does not have positive effect on consumer satisfaction. Finally, the consumer satisfaction has a positive effect on purchase intention.

Impact of Information Contents on Information Service Satisfaction and Purchasing Intention at Online Purchase Sites of Movie Merchandise (온라인 구매사이트의 정보콘텐츠가 정보서비스만족도 및 구매의도에 미치는 영향: 영화상품을 중심으로)

  • The purpose of this study is to clarify the impact of information contents at online purchase sites of movie merchandise. The results of this study are as follows: 1) Movie-understanding information(synopsis, actors, reviews) has a meaningful influence on information service satisfaction irrespective of consumer involvement; 2) Movie-understanding and movie-going information(time, place, price, purchasing method) are alike in having a meaningful influence on online purchasing intention. However, movie-going information has a meaningful influence in case of lower consumer involvement, while movie-understanding information has a meaningful influence in case of higher consumer involvement.; 3) Information service satisfaction gives a strong influence on online purchasing intention irrespective of the level of consumer involvement. In conclusion, there is a need to improve diversity and quality of movie-understanding information to enhance consumer satisfaction. Also, it will be necessary to improve movie-understanding and movie-going information in order to enhance online purchasing intention. These results are expected to give an insight to build a creative marketing strategy of online purchase sites of movie merchandise.

A Study on Factors Affecting Chinese Users' Willing to Pay for Online Paid Knowledge Contents: Focusing on Theory of Planned Behavior (중국 온라인 유료 지식 콘텐츠 구매의도에 영향을 미치는 요인: 계획된 행동이론(TPB)중심으로)

  • In this paper, a research model was designed to investigate the factors affecting the purpose intentions to the online paid knowledge contents in China. The research model includes the contents characteristics, recognition of copyright, recognition of paid, the theory of planned behavior factors. In this research, the data was collected by online survey, and in final analysis, 457 users' questionnaires were used. The empirical paper proves research hypothesis by using SPSS 25.0 and AMOS 23.0. The results of the study are as follows: the contents characteristics partially give positive effects to attitude. In addition, recognition of paid and planning behavior theory factors have positive effects to purpose intentions. This paper provides a useful scheme to promotion the purpose of purchase for paid online knowledge contents.
