With the recent development of IT technology, the existing contents have been digitalized through various distribution channels. Accordingly, a lot of studies have been done in order to figure out the distribution and features of digital contents, In these studies, however, categorical characteristics of digital contents were not considered ; most of the previous researchers saw digital contents as only a single item or focused on some contents within particular part such as movie, music, etc. So, this study divides digital contents into movies, music and texts. I was going to study which factors affect Customer Satisfaction in relation with the kind of contents. With SERVQUAL as independent variables, which affect the Customer satisfaction, I used five factors :Design Quality, Information Quality, Security Quality, Communication Quality and Transaction Quality. As for the detailed items, I corrected them with Open-End Question and Pre Survey Research, which are more fit into the features of digital contents. This research conducted Principle Component Analysis, Reliability Test, Correlation Analysis and Regression Analysis. I verified that each factor of Service Qualities has a positive effect on Customer Satisfaction. Moreover, the factors of the effect are different according to the kind of digital contents. This paper was added Exploratory Study to find the best distribute channel. For the study, I search the possible distribute channel in each digital contents and their characteristic.

In this study, we compared the perception of absolute purchase of equipment for broadcasting equipment purchasing demand according to the rapid change of domestic content production and distribution method, and the degree of information such as technical reliability and system stability of domestic broadcasting equipment perceived by consumer The effects were analyzed through a research model. Due to the lack of existing research data on broadcasting equipment demand, we conducted in depth interviews with surveys of broadcasting equipment and surveys. As a result of analysis, compared to foreign equipments, there are many cases of purchase of domestic equipments, systems, and block purchases. To improve the preference and satisfaction of Korean broadcasting equipment, which is recognized by domestic demand for broadcasting equipment, it is urgent to improve the technical reliability and to develop core key equipment and to expand the demand of domestic equipment limited to small power transmitter antenna and monitor equipment. It is urgent to develop in order to develop overseas and to support the domestic market to secure the domestic market.

Channel of distribution of contents of digitalised multimedia contents is changing in form passed directly to consumer from manufacturer through digital network of high speed. Together, diffusion of various digital equipment that do is changing Past multimedia consumption structure with the wonderful speed so that can consume easily digital contents. Specially, Multimedia Personal Computer and fast diffusion of a digital television are acting role such as catalyst that promote easy purchase and consumption of multimedia contents of good qualify. However, this system is no method that can sell digital contents and express right that original owner for the contents can insist nothing but consume. Because consumer can distribute to another person copying contents that buy because of and user can distribute producing ashes again according to necessary field by oneself as well as, can lose meaning for original contents. In this paper, Text editing system for XrML (extensible Rights Markup Language) that describe about integrity of message and entity authentication in addition to necessary rights, fees, condition etc. and this to do fetters XML (eXtensible Markup Language) for copyright protection for digital contents in treatise that see hereupon and use digital contents design and embody.

Global commerce is apparently here to bind Korean firms as well as Koreans. The advertising, buying and selling of goods and services recognizes no borders. As a result, enforcing territorially based trademark rights has become ever more challenging. Remote trademark owners who peacefully coexisted in a time before the internet and increasing globalism are now bumping heads. The internet also has made it easier for unscrupulous operators to deceive consumers and divert customers from established businesses by misappropriating trademarks on web-sites and in domain names. U.S. federal courts have been willing to help American businesses halt trademark infringements that reaches outside the United States. This is particularly true for e-business, via the internet, and the trend toward enforcement seems to be in favor of the trademark owner. This article discusses this trend as well as the extraterritorial enforcement of trademark rights by U.S. courts under the Lanham Act. It also offers suggestions for protecting valuable trademark rights worldwide. This paper will contribute to global Korean firms and Koreans who carefully read arguments in this valuable literature.

With the development of various devices and communication technologies, the production and distribution of various multimedia contents are increasing exponentially. In order to retrieve multimedia data such as images and videos, an approach different from conventional text-based retrieval is needed. Color and shape are key features used in content-based image retrieval, which quantifies and analyzes various physical features of images and compares them to search for similar images. Color and shape have been used as independent features, but the two features are closely related in terms of cognition. In this paper, a method of describing the spatial distribution of color using a complex color model that projects three-dimensional color information onto two-dimensional complex form is proposed. Experimental results show that the proposed method can efficiently represent the shape of spatial distribution of colors by frequency transforming the complex image and reconstructing it with only a few coefficients in the low frequency.

With the rapid development of the VR industry, many VR contents are produced and circulated, and the need for copyright protection is increasing. In this paper, we propose a method of embedding and extracting watermarks in consideration of VR production process. In embedding, SIFT is performed by selecting the region where distortion is minimized in VR production, and transformed into frequency domain using DWT and embedded into the QIM method. In extracting process, in order to correct the distortion in the projection process, the top and bottom regions are changed to different projection methods and some middle regions are rotated using 3DoF to extract the watermark. After this processing, extracted watermark has higher accuracy than the conventional watermark method, and the validity of the proposed watermark is shown by showing that the accuracy is maintained even in various attacks.

The Musical Instrument Digital Interface (MIDI) file format is a typical format for dynamic music that can be used not only for playing, but also for supporting dynamic music activity, such as musical instrument practice. However, almost all of the existing MIDI applications focus only on the playing features. In this paper, therefore, we implement a MIDI file play application that supports various dynamic features such as part-play repeating certain sections that the user wants, tone and speed control while playing a MIDI file, downloading MIDI files from a server, and lastly Digital Rights Management (DRM). By supporting these features, we are confident that our MIDI application will help users who wish to practice musical instruments to do so conveniently, while effectively protecting the copyright of their purchased MIDI files.

In these days, application cases of national or international standards in the field of geo-spatial information based on information technology are being increased. Especially, demands regarding distribution, dissemination and interoperability of contents using geo-spatial images and these information resources are also on the increasing stage, so that standards as core elements supporting these trends are getting to be emphasized. However, interests on standards of geo-spatial image information processing including remotely sensed images and efforts for development and application of these standards are not enough, domestically. In this study, international standards for geo-spatial image information in ISO and OGC as well as the domestic status were reviewed with the summaries concerned. Comparison with international and domestic standards shows that most national standards were partly modified and translated with international ones, but there are rare cases of application plans or studies concerned in this field. If these situations are continued, industrial stack or applications of technologies regarding standards are getting lesser. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze some problems and to study strategy to overcome them, and the result of this study could be used for the initial works.

The purpose of this study is to propose a plan to implement the comprehensive linking system centered on identifiers in order to provide seamless academic information services to researchers. To achieve this goal, interviews were conducted with 17 researchers from five centers and one secretariat belonging to KISTI. The contents of the interview are about the establishment and management status of the identifier of the academic information service DB. As a result of the interview, it was found that the identification rate for identifiers such as KOI was high in the case of domestic articles DB, but the identification rate for global identifiers such as ORCID was low in the case of foreign articles DB except for DOI. To solve this problem, this study proposes the council for joint use of a comprehensive linking system to build the comprehensive linking system model centered on identifiers. The joint use council will be organized around domestic academic information distribution institutions, and the council is expected to discover and implement new services through ID linkage by collecting foreign identifiers.

This study was started on the premise that it was necessary to analyze the users and their needs of the national bibliography in order to develop a new national bibliographic service strategy. Based on this premise, the main purpose of this study is to analyze the users' situation and needs on the Korean national bibliography, and to establish a new service strategy that reflects the user's perspective. In addition, it has a secondary purpose to find the basis for justifying the value and persistence of the national bibliography from user. To this end, first, identified the main user groups of national bibliography through literature and case studies. The data were collected from a interview with 51 people from 4 groups (librarian, researcher, publishing distributor, end user) that are expected to use national bibliography. As a result of the interview, it was possible to confirm very low awareness and utilization of the national bibliography. In addition, the interview results revealed that there is a need for improvement in terms of the method of operating the national bibliography, the content to be provided, and service.
