Discrimination between FRC-post and core according to the color difference (색상차이에 따른 FRC-포스트와 코어 사이의 구별)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to evaluate which FRC-posts were more distinguishable from core. Materials and Methods: Nine extracted single-rooted mandibular premolars with similar lengths (${\pm}0.5 mm$) and widths (${\pm}0.5 mm$) were endodontically treated and obturated. One specimen which the three roots were embedded in a cold mounting resin was made. 3 specimens were made by this method. Post spaces were prepared for the following post system: FRC $Postec^{(R)}$ Plus, MACRO-$LOCK^{TM}$ POST $ILLUSION^{TM}$ $XRO^{(R)}$, $Snowpost^{(R)}$. After three different posts were placed in the roots of a specimen, each three specimens received a direct core build-up: $Luxacore^{(R)}$ Dual A3, $Luxacore^{(R)}$ Dual blue, $Filtek^{TM}$ Z350 A1E. Digital images were taken of the post and core with and without air-blowing. We asked to fifty dentists and fifty dental college students which post was more clearly discriminated from the core. Results: In surveys, when core was $Luxacore^{(R)}$ Dual blue, among three types of posts people more easily discriminated the $Snowpost^{(R)}$ from core. When core was $Luxacore^{(R)}$ Dual A3, among three types of posts people similarly more easily discriminated $Snowpost^{(R)}$ from core. When core was $Filtek^{TM}$ Z350 A1E, among three types of posts people more easily discriminated distinguished MACRO-$LOCK^{TM}$ POST $ILLUSION^{TM}$ $XRO^{(R)}$ post from core. People more easily distinguished MACRO-$LOCK^{TM}$ POST $ILLUSION^{TM}$ $XRO^{(R)}$ post from core when temperature was lowered by air-blowing. Conclusion: Ability to discriminate between FRC-post and core is different according to color contrast. MACRO-$LOCK^{TM}$ POST $ILLUSION^{TM}$ $XRO^{(R)}$ posts are more discriminable when temperature is lowered by air-blowing.

  • Generally speaking, Rogowskii coil for magnetic flux change detection according to electric current is used for digital addition watt-hour meter, because it is not saturated at electromagnetic that not Current Transformer working by magnetic material but non-magnetic material. In this paper, we described sensitive quality an electric current coil sensor followed by the principal of Rogowskii coil on the low dielectric loss LTCC, change different line width, gap, line length at sensing parts and extinction parts.

  • With building structures becoming higher and longer-spanned, the need for high-strength and reliable steel is increasing. For this reason, the SM570TMC steel plate was developed. Despite its excellent mechanical properties, however, its welding properties, which are well-known to be superior to those of other equivalent steel plates, have not been verified yet. In this study, welding specimens fabricated via SA and FCA welding, with two domestic welding materials and one Japanese welding material in site welding conditions, were evaluated.

  • 유도전동기는 설계기술, 해석기술, 재료(코어, 마그넷 와이어, 절연재료 등) 제조기술 등의 개발로 그 특성의 향상, 소형$\cdot$경량화, 저소음$\cdot$저진동, 코스트다운 등을 도모하여 왔다. 그러나 최근에 지구환경 보호와 에너지자원의 고갈 등으로 인한 위기감에서 에너지절약과 고효율화의 움직임이 가속되고 있어, 유도전동기에 대해서도 보다 고효율화에 대한 요구가 높아지고 있다. 미국이나 캐나다에서는 규격과 법률에 의한 유도전동기에 대해서도 보다 고효율화에 대한 요구가 높아지고 있다. 미국이나 캐나다에서는 규격과 법류엥 의한 유도전동기의 효율 규제가 개시되고 있으며 유럽, 일본에서도 이에 따라가고 있는 경향이다. 이와 같은 요구에 응하기 위하여 신시리즈의 고기능$\cdot$에너지절약 모터 ''수퍼라인 에코시리즈''를 개발하였다. 수퍼라인 에코시리즈는 권선 및 슬롯의 설계최적화, 고자속 밀도 및 저철손 철심재의 개발, 슬롯 조합의 최적화 등에 의하여 동손$\cdot$철손$\cdot$표류손 등의 손실을 저감시킴과 동시에 고성능 바니시의 개발, 베어링 그리스 및 베어링 하우징 재료의 개량 등으로 다음과 같은 특징을 갖고 있다.   • 평면형 자심재료용으로 응용하기 위한 Mn-Zn 페라이트에서 저손실 조성의 전자기적 특성과 분위기 조건에 따른 특성변화를 관찰하였다. $Fe_{2}O_{3}$ : MnO : ZnO 의 물비가 53 : 36 : 11 일 때, 가장 우수한 특성을 나타내었으며, $SiO_{2}$와 CaO는 입계 저항층 형성을 통한 손실은 감소시키고, 이로 인해 성능지수는 증가하여 100kHz ~ 200kHz 범위에서 최대값을 나타내어 전자기적 효율이 극대화되었다. 산소분압의 제어는 승온과정부터 산소분압을 제어시켜주어야만 Zn-loss 현상의 증가와 $Fe^{2+}$이온 농도의 감소 및 $Fe^{2+}-Fe^{3+}$ 이온간의 호핑(hoping)현상 등에 의한 손실을 최소화 할 수 있으며, 높은 투자율을 얻을 수 있었다. 그리고 소결 또는 냉각 중 평형 산소분압이 유지되지 못하면 다량의 결함이 출현하게 되고, 특히 $600^{\circ}C$이하에서 스피넬 상의 분해-산화반응이 일어나면서 미세구조 상에 결함으로 남게 되어 전자기적 특성이 저하되었다.

Microstructure and Material Properties of Fibrous Al2O3-(m-ZrO2)/t-ZrO2 Composite Depending on the Volume Fraction of Core/Shell (코어/쉘 부피비에 따른 섬유상 Al2O3-(m-ZrO2)/t-ZrO2 복합재료의 미세조직 및 물성)

  • Fibrous $Al_2O_3-(m-ZrO_2)/t-ZrO_2$ composites having core/shell structure were fabricated by multi-extrusion process. The effect o volume fraction between core ($Al_2O_3-(m-ZrO_2)$) and shell ($t-ZrO_2$ was investigated to understand the relationship between microstructure and material properites, in which the volume fractions of core and shell were varied as 40:60, 50:50 and 60:40. The material properties o hardness and bending strength were increased as the volume fraction of core was increased, and their maximum values were about 1320 Hv and 750MPa, respectively. However, as the volume fraction of core increased, the values of relative density and fracture toughness were decreased from 97.1 to $96.5\%$ and from $6.5MPa{\cdot}m^{1/2}$ to $5.7MPa{\cdot}m^{1/2}$, respectively.

  • In this work, we synthesized alloy-core InZnP quantum dots, which are more efficient than single-core InP quantum dots, using a solution process method. The effect of synthesis conditions of alloy core on optical properties was investigated. We also investigated the conditions that make up the gradient shell to minimize defects caused by lattice mismatch between the InZnP core and ZnS is 7.7%. The stable synthesis temperature of the InZnP alloy core was 200℃. Quantum dots consisting of three layered ZnSe gradient shell and single layered ZnS exhibited the best optical property. The properties of quantum dots synthesized in 100 ml and in 2,000 ml flasks were almost equal.

The Effect of the Self-Healing Microcapsules on the Quality and Healing Properties of Cement Composites (자기치유 마이크로캡슐이 시멘트 복합재료의 품질 및 치유특성에 미치는 영향)

  • In this paper, it was evaluated that the effect of self-healing microcapsules on the quality and healing properties of cement composites. In the mixing of microcapsules, the plastic viscosity and yield stress of the cement composites decreased due to the particle properties of the microcapsules, and decreased in proportion to the mixing ratio. The table flow showed a tendency to decrease as the core material acted as a stimulant due to the loss of microcapsules, and the compressive strength could be supplemented through unit quantity correction. As a result of evaluating the effect of microcapsule mixing on the healing properties of cement composites, it was found that the unit water flow rate decreased by the healing reaction immediately after crack initiation. When more than 3% of microcapsules were mixed, it was found that there was a healing rate of more than 95% at 7 days of healing age.

  • In this study, self-healing hybrid capsules were prepared by mixing self-healing solid capsules and self-healing microcapsules using inorganic materials as core materials. Self-healing hybrid capsules were mixed with 3 % according to the composition ratio of 3:7, 5:5, and 7:3 based on the mass of the cement to prepare a self-healing cement composite material. The healing properties of crack self-healing hybrid capsules were evaluated through hydrostatic water permeability test and surface crack monitoring. It was found that the self-healing hybrid capsules prepared by mixing the composition ratio of the self-healing solid capsules and the self-healing microcapsules at 7:3 has a great effect on improving the crack self-healing performance.

Micro fluxgate magnetic sensor using multi layer PCB process (PCB 다층 적층기술을 이용한 마이크로 플럭스게이트 자기 센서)

  • To observe the effect of excitation coil pitch on the micro fluxgate magnetic sensor, two sensors are fabricated using multi layer board process and the pitch distance of excitation coil are $260\;{\mu}m$ and $520\;{\mu}m$, respectively. The fluxgate sensor consists of five PCB stack layers including one layer of magnetic core and four layers of excitation and pick-up coils. The center layer as magnetic core is made of a Co-based amorphous magnetic ribbon with extremely high DC permeability of ${\sim}100,000$ and has a rectangular-ring shape to minimize the magnetic flux leakage. Four outer layers as excitation and pick-up coils have a planar solenoid structure and are made of copper foil. In case of the fluxgate sensor having the excitation coil pitch of $260\;{\mu}m$, excellent linear response over the range of $-100\;{\mu}T$ to $+100\;{\mu}T$ is obtained with sensitivity of 780 V/T at excitation sine wave of $3V_{p_p}$ and 360 kHz. The chip size of the fabricated sensing element is $7.3\;{\times}\;5.7\;mm^2$. The very low power consumption of ${\sim}8\;mW$ is measured. This magnetic sensor is very useful for various applications such as: portable navigation systems, telematics, VR game and so on.
