Development of Integrated drone measurement system for Flood discharge measurement (홍수기 유량측정을 위한 통합 드론측정시스템 개발)

  • 홍수기 하천에서 유량측정은 예산, 인력, 안전 및 측정 시 편의성 등의 이유로 측정에 제한이 많다. 특히, 태풍 등으로 인한 호우사상 발생 시 위와 같은 문제로 홍수량 측정에 어려움이 따른다. 이러한 문제점을 개선하기 위해 Lee et al.(2021)은 드론과 전자파표면유속계의 기능을 융합한 DSVM(Dron and Surface Veloctity Meter using doppler radar) 측정방법을 개발하였다. 전자파표면유속계 측정의 제한 요소인 진동을 감소시키기 위해 댐퍼플레이트를 개발하였고 금강의 지류인 봉황천에 현장 적용을 통해 DSVM 측정방법의 실용성을 확인하였다. 기존 연구에서 DSVM 방법은 드론의 각 측선 이동을 위한 조종과 전자파표면유속계 측정의 제어를 측정자가 수행하였는데 본 연구에서는 통합 드론측정시스템(IDMS, Integrated Drone Measurement System) 개발을 통해 측정자의 조종 의존도를 줄임과 동시에 안전하고 정확한 유량측정을 위해 노력하였다. 기존 댐퍼플레이트의 상하 진동 흡수 기능뿐만 아니라 전자파표면유속계의 흔들림 현상 등 자세 제어 기능을 보완하기 3축 모터를 적용한 방수짐벌을 개발하여 측정 정확도를 향상시켰다. 미션컴퓨터 개발로 측정지점의 측정 임무정보를 DB화하여 각 측선별 헤딩, 고도, 이동 등 자동항법 기능과 기체의 안정화 이후 전자파표면유속계를 자동으로 제어하여 측정을 실시하는 기능을 구현하였다. 또한 통합 GCS(Ground Control System)를 통해 비행 및 측정에 대한 모든 정보를 확인하고 컨트롤 할 수 있게 하였다. 2022년 금산군(제원대교), 무주군(취수장), 경주시(서천교) 지점에서 홍수기 유량측정에 도입하여 중간단면적법, 지표유속법을 적용하여 통합드론측정시스템의 실용성을 검증 완료하였다. 2023년 현장에 18대의 통합 드론측정시스템을 도입하여 홍수기 유량측정에 활용할 계획이다.

  • Since the 20th century, automobiles, which are the most common means of transportation, have been evolving as the use of electronic control devices and automotive semiconductors increases dramatically. Automotive semiconductors are a key component in automotive electronic control devices and are used to provide stability, efficiency of fuel use, and stability of operation to consumers. For example, automotive semiconductors include engines control, technologies for managing electric motors, transmission control units, hybrid vehicle control, start/stop systems, electronic motor control, automotive radar and LIDAR, smart head lamps, head-up displays, lane keeping systems. As such, semiconductors are being applied to almost all electronic control devices that make up an automobile, and they are creating more effects than simply combining mechanical devices. Since automotive semiconductors have a high data rate basically, a microprocessor unit is being used instead of a micro control unit. For example, semiconductors based on ARM processors are being used in telematics, audio/video multi-medias and navigation. Automotive semiconductors require characteristics such as high reliability, durability and long-term supply, considering the period of use of the automobile for more than 10 years. The reliability of automotive semiconductors is directly linked to the safety of automobiles. The semiconductor industry uses JEDEC and AEC standards to evaluate the reliability of automotive semiconductors. In addition, the life expectancy of the product is estimated at the early stage of development and at the early stage of mass production by using the reliability test method and results that are presented as standard in the automobile industry. However, there are limitations in predicting the failure rate caused by various parameters such as customer's various conditions of use and usage time. To overcome these limitations, much research has been done in academia and industry. Among them, researches using data mining techniques have been carried out in many semiconductor fields, but application and research on automotive semiconductors have not yet been studied. In this regard, this study investigates the relationship between data generated during semiconductor assembly and package test process by using data mining technique, and uses data mining technique suitable for predicting potential failure rate using customer bad data.

  • Recently, in response to the Internet age, the demand for hardware devices has been increasing, centering on the rapidly growing smart home field, due to the growth and management of sensor and control technology, mobile application, network traffic, big data management and cloud computing. In order to maintain the sustainable development of the hardware system, it is necessary to update the system, and the hardware device is absolutely necessary in real time processing of complex data (voice, image, etc.) as well as data collection. In this paper, we propose a method to simplify the control and communication method by integrating the hardware devices in two operating systems in a unified structure to solve the simultaneous control and communication method of hardware under different operating systems. The performance evaluation results of the proposed integrated hardware and the cloud control system connected to the cloud server are described and the main directions to be studied in the field of internet smart home are described.

It was work that work that make standard of information electron catalogue system or EDI environment is very difficult before XML comes out and expense costs much. But, it became easy that make standard of information by XML's entrance on the stage that have advantages of SGML and HTML Specially, it is very suitable that electronic commerce inflects XML as field that heterogeneous system exists and standardization is required urgently. That is, XML is big advantage in side that make out side that is and normalized document because store information in standard form that is applied well under heterogeneous system environment because do web environment by basis interface and can be used efficiently to transmit. Treatise that see hereupon could assume beforehand in browser control using XSLT. And using dynamic DLL XML catalogue edit system design and implementation.

산소농도 측정을 위한 $UO_{2}$ 펠릿 공기산화로 장치의 갈바닉 센서와 지르코니움 센서의 특성 연구

  • ACP(Advanced Spent Fuel Conditioning Process)의 금속전환로에 $U_{3}O_{8}$을 공급하기 위하여 20 kgHM/batch의 $UO_{2}$ 펠릿(pellets)을 처리할 수 있는 공기산화로가 개발되고 있다. 그림 1은 산소농도 조절이 가능한 공기산화로이다. 공기산화로 이전의 공정인 슬리팅 장치에서 탈피복된 $UO_{2}$ 펠릿은 공기산화로로 운반되고, $500^{\circ}C$온도에서 공기를 공급하여 일정한 입도범위의 균질한 $U_{3}O_{8}$을 만든다. 그리고 다음공정의 금속전환장치로 이동된다. 본 논문에서는 모의연료의 산화에 대한 정확한 산소농도를 측정하고자 한다. 이를 위해서 갈바닉 센서와 지르코니움 센서가 사용되었고, 그 특성이 비교되었다. 14종의 금속 산화물이 혼합된 모의연료를 제조하여 산화실험이 수행되었으며, 시간변화에 따라 산소농도가 측정되었다. 산소농도 컨트롤러와 산소 센서를 사용한 공기산화로는 산소조절기에 의해 산소농도 100%까지 측정될 수 있다. 그림 2는 공기산화로의 산소농도를 조절할 수 있는 산소농도 측정시스템이다. 유량조절기(Mass Flow Controller)를 사용하여 질소와 산소의 혼합비를 변화시킬 수 있다. 또한 산소농도 측정시스템은 측정된 산소농도 값을 이용하여 $UO_{2}$의 산화시간을 계산하기 위하여 제작하였다. 산화시간 계산방법은 다음과 같다. 산소와 질소의 가스는 각각 40 L의 압력 봄베에 의해서 산소농도를 조절할 수 있는 공기산화로의 산소농도 측정시스템 안으로 유입된다. 유입된 산소와 질소의 배합은 컨트롤시스템 안에 있는 산소 유량조절기와 질소 유량 조절기를 사용하여 조절하며, 일정하게 혼합된 산소농도는 장치의 입구와 출구에서 산소 센서에 의해서 측정된다. 투입된 $UO_{2}$ 펠릿이 $500^{\circ}C$에서 반응하면서 공기산화로의 내부에 있는 산소농도가 감소된다. 이때 초기에 같았던 입력과 출력 농도가 시간의 흐름에 따라 감소되며, 펠릿이 완전히 산화됨과 동시에 출력 산소농도가 입력농도와 다시 같아질 때까지 소요된 구간이 산화시간이 된다.

Problems of Government Crisis Management System and Its Improvements: Focusing on Park Geun-hye Administration (정부 위기관리시스템의 문제점과 개선방안 : 박근혜 정부를 중심으로)

  • This study is intended to comprehend the level of Crisis management through the review of the government Crisis management system, to draw its problems and improvement methods, and to present implications on the establishment of effective Crisis management systems for the future. For this, the condition of operating Crisis management system was analyzed based on legal system, organizations and networks through the major disaster cases during Park Geun-hye administration period. The result of the study showed that there was lack of the interconnectedness among laws in the legal system, manuals and disaster preparation training. The Crisis management organizations had such problems as inappropriate response to crisis, perfunctory re-organization and lack of organizations' functions. The problems in the networks were relations between central and local governments, lack of cooperation and association among each division, and operation methods. The presented improvements for the above problems were the comprehensive revision of legal system, securing responsiveness of Crisis management organizations and the establishment of organic network system.

Design of Tone-Controlled CI/OFDM Communication System and Improvement of BER Performance by IMD Reduction (톤 제어 방식의 CI/OFDM 통신 시스템 설계와 IMD 저감을 이용한 BER 성능 향상)

  • OFDM(orthogonal frequency division multiplexing) is very effective forhigh data rate transmission system. However, communication performance becomes worse because of nonlinear distortion resulting from the PAPR. In this paper, we like to propose a tone-controlled CI/OFDM system including the TMD (inter-modulation distortion) reduction method in order to improve the BER performance. In this tone-controlled CI/OFDM system, control tone is additionally inserted in each data symbol of CI/OFDM system to make the CI/OFDM lower the PAPR and robust to nonlinear distortion. So, tone-controlled CI/OFDM using the IMD reduction method shows better BER (bit error rate) performance than methods based on PAPR reduction.

The Efficiency Evaluation of One Person Non-Prism Surveying System for Tunnel Measurement (터널계측을 위한 1인 무프리즘 측량시스템의 효율성 평가)

  • The tunnel measurement data such as deficiency quantity, outbreak quantity, inner displacement and crown settlement are very important elements in tunnel sites under construction and obtained mostly by displacement gauge and total station. However, it is difficult and dangerous to install targets or measurement equipments on the points in tunnel construction site and also we need several persons to work in the tunnel. Non-prism total station with remote control system which is developed recently has various efficient functions for tunnel measurement. Therefore, for efficient tunnel measurement, this study suggested one person surveying system which consisted of non-prism total station and notebook PC to control total station remotely, and we evaluated the suggested tunnel measurement system. In this study, the tunnel site under construction was chosen as the test field and tunnel surveying was done by existing surveying method and suggested method separately. As result of the test, we analyzed processing time and accuracy to demonstrate the superiority of suggested one person non-prism surveying system.

  • In this study, an automated cable non-destructive testing(NDT) system was developed to monitor the steel cables that are a core component of cable-stayed bridges. The magnetic flux leakage(MFL) method, which is suitable for ferromagnetic continuum structures and has been verified in previous studies, was applied to the cable inspection. A multi-channel MFL sensor head was fabricated using hall sensors and permanent magnets. A wheel-based cable climbing robot was fabricated to improve the accessibility to the cables, and operating software was developed to monitor the MFL-based NDT research and control the climbing robot. Remote data transmission and robot control were realized by applying wireless LAN communication. Finally, the developed element techniques were integrated into an MFL-based cable NDT system, and the field applicability of this system was verified through a field test at Seohae Bridge, which is a typical cable-stayed bridge currently in operation.

Development of Optimum Construction Lift Operation System using Sensing Information for High-rise Building (센싱정보를 활용한 초고층 건설용 리프트 최적화 운행 시스템 개발)

  • As recent buildings have been more higher and larger, construction vertical lifting planning and operation is a key factor for successful project in tall building. Although many studies have been trying to set up a construction lifting planning system at early stage, there's not existing a control real-time lift operation control system with respect to during construction stage. Therefore, In this study, we use the sensor device to collect the lift operating data for improvement of lift operation efficiency and develope optimum lift operating system which can perform real-time analysis. Finally, we verify the efficiency of proposed system through comparison between realtime operating data and simulated data using proposing system. In this paper, the proposed system show more efficient moving line compared with previous system. This can contribute to development of unmanned lift system.
