A Study on the Construction of Consulting Supervision Model and the Development of Evaluation Indicators in School Libraries (학교도서관컨설팅 장학 모형 구안 및 평가지표 개발에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to construct the school library consulting supervision model and to develop the evaluation indicators of school libraries in Korea. Individual School library should contribute from school educational objectives to national level educational objectives. When school libraries have accountability, consulting supervision and evaluation for the school library education is needed. School library consulting supervision model was developed with seven components. School library evaluation index is proposed with seventy-two indicators in six categories. Results of the evaluation will be able to take advantage consulting supervision.

  • 본 연구에서는 정보컨설팅시스템과 지식베이스 관리시스템을 이용하여 연구자에게 연구과제 단위로 정보를 제공해 주는 연구컨설팅시스템을 인터넷 웹상에서 구현하였다. 시스템 평가를 위해 먼저 정보컨설팅시스템에 대한 이용자의 만족도를 조사한 다음 본 시스템을 맨체스터대학의 NetEc와 문헌과 웹사이트 등을 조사하여 비교 분석해 보았다.

  • 기업 경영이 점차 글로벌화 되어가는 환경 하에서 중소기업의 경쟁력강화대책의 일환으로 경영컨설팅 지원사업이 시작된 지 10년이 되었다. 그동안 실증적인 사후자료에 의한 평가는 전무한 실정으로 본 연구에서는 중소기업 쿠폰제 경영컨설팅 사업을 통한 사업참여 중소기업의 재무적 상황을 중심으로 사업참여 전 후를 비교 분석함으로써 본 사업의 시행성과를 분석하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 2005년도 중소기업 쿠폰제 경영컨설팅 지원사업 참여기업 중 지원사업 중 지원예산의 규모가 가장 크고, 업체에 지원금액이 많은 사업 혁신과제컨설팅(II)부문의 컨설팅을 수행한 기업들을 대상으로 수집한 재무비율분석 자료를 활용하여 사업참여 이전 및 이후의 재무상황 변화를 분석하였으며, 2005년을 기준으로 이전 1년 및 이후 2년간을 비교하였으며, 2005년 중소기업 쿠폰제 경영컨설팅 지원사업 혁신과제컨설팅(II) 70업체 중 사업참여 이전 및 이후 2년간의 자료를 구할 수 있는 34개 업체를 대상으로 하였다. 각 년도별 표본의 재무비율 산출은 EXCEL 2007을 사용하였으며, 쿠폰제 경영컨설팅 전 후 두표본 집단간의 차이 검증은 SPSS win 15.0K의 Wilcoxon 부호순위검정을 실시하여 검증하였다. 검증결과 경영컨설팅 전 후 전반적으로 가설은 기각되고, 성장성지표의 매출액증가율 및 활동성지표의 경영컨설팅 후 2년 총자산회전율은 기각되지 않으나 역의 영향력(설명력)을 가진 것으로 나타나, 쿠폰제 경영컨설팅사업의 실질적인 효율성 제고가 필요하다.

  • This paper aims to identify the area of knowledge required for constructing test items by comparing the consulting contents with the area of MKT(Mathematical Knowledge for Teaching). This paper collects the consulting results by the consulting group of A provincial office of education from 2007 to 2009, and analyzes and categorizes the results. The knowledge for constructing test items are known by the analysis on the consulting contents. Training and consulting for teachers are necessary to enable them to recognize the importance of these categories and improve the quality of test items.

  • The certification scheme for best company has been implementing in order to stimulate the investment of private consulting company to reduce GHG emission. This study was conducted to set up the certification scheme, to suggest process, criterion, institute, committee which are necessary for the evaluation of certificate. Evaluation process for the introduction of the certification scheme is divided into 7 successive phases, (1) Certificate application(Applicant ${\rightarrow}$ Certification Institute), (2) Evaluation request(Certification Institute ${\rightarrow}$ Evaluation Institute), (3) Accept and document review(Evaluation Institute), (4) Site and document evaluation(Evaluation Institute ${\rightarrow}$ Evaluation committee), (5) Sending evaluation result(Evaluation Institute ${\rightarrow}$ Certification Institute), (6) Certification confirmation (Certification Institute), (7) Issue of certificate(Certification Institute ${\rightarrow}$ Applicant).

  • 정부기관의 대민서비스 제공 관점이 수요자 중심으로 전환되고 대국민 만족도 측면의 중요성이 강조되면서 정부기관 콜센터의 운영 및 서비스에 대한 표준화된 품질 평가에 대한 고려가 필요하게 되었다. 본 논문에서는 정부기관 콜센터 품질 평가 기준을 운영체계 운영서비스 운영성과 관점에서 제시하여, 정부기관 콜센터의 운영효율성 제고, 상담서비스 품질 확보 및 대국민 만족도를 향상하기 위한 평가 프레임워크를 제시하고자 한다.

  • This study applied the BSC performance consulting experience and diverse variable factors and whether there any differences in terms of satisfaction and the relationship between the support for the government consulting firm specializing in human resources by the resident of the innovation cluster area was investigated through empirical research. According to the study, a new high in recent local government support Consulting Consulting satisfaction by professionals residing in the area that applies to industrial clusters leads to practical consultancy, which was being evaluated as a significant boon to real performance of the company.

  • This research focused on the research on nonverbal communication among communication, an important trait of consultants, who provide knowledge for the clients. The aim was to investigate meaningful influence on the perceived evaluation of clients, as well as the influence on the consulting corporate trust. The research results can be summarized as follows. It was verified that consultants' nonverbal communication positively influenced perceived consultants' evaluation. Also, it was confirmed that clients' perceived consultant evaluation positively influenced service provision corporate trust and long-term relationships.

Curriculum Development for Agribusiness Management Consulting Competency of Agricultural Educator (농업인교육자의 농기업경영컨설팅능력 개발을 위한 교육과정 개발)

  • This study was aimed to find the agribusiness management consulting competency for agricultural educator, to find the teaching method and evaluation criteria for each competency group, and to recommend the subjects, contents of each subject, instruction method and evaluation criteria of each subject. Through the literature review, web searching of agricultural consulting company and 17 experts members' reviews as delphi methods, agribusiness management consulting competency for agricultural educator was found of 64 items in 90 items. After educability reviews, it was selected of 45 item in 64 items for necessary and educable competency. And it was selected to good teaching method and evaluation criteria in each competency groups. Finally, eight subjects, major contents of each subject, instructional method and evaluation criteria in each subject were recommended for agribusiness management competency, and some recommendations were presented.

A Study of Consulting Demands Analysis in Vocational Education and Training High Schools Participating the Apprenticeship System (산학일체형 도제학교의 컨설팅 요구 분석 연구)

  • The purpose of the this study is to analyze consulting demands in vocational education and training (VET) high schools participating the apprenticeship system in Korea. The results of the study are as follows. Firstly, there are 9 sections of consulting that teachers in charge of apprenticeship program in VET high schools demanded. Especially, the demands for the consulting that related with 'student evaluation', 'apprenticeship program development and organization planning of schools' curriculum', 'selection and management of enterprises', 'organization of apprentices classes and student management', 'teaching & learning activities and textbook development' were relatively high. Secondly, there were differences in demands of consulting by VET high schools' current management status. By the type of organization, demands for consulting of both 'training center in main school' of organization and 'training center in common' of organization were higher than 'independent school' of organization generally. By the type of apprenticeship program hours, demands for consulting of both 'above 1400 hours' and '1200 ~ 1400 hours' were higher than 'less than 1200 hours' generally. By the type of OJT operation, demands for consulting of 'a type of OJT that is operated in long term(more than 2 weeks)' were higher than 'a type of OJT that is operated weekly' generally. As a result from above, there are some pre-requisites for the stable operations of VET high schools. 1) The apprenticeship program shall be developed not to interrupt school's regular curriculum. 2) For the smooth management between apprenticeship program and school curriculum, the academic calender has to be established so as the type of OJT operation. 3) The cooperation among the participating schools in part of the organization is unavoidable.
