The purpose of this study is to examine semantic interoperability in terms of metadata elements and content designation in context of digital libraries. This study analyzed 78 digital libraries implemented using Greenstone application with respect to metadata elements and their content designation. Using crosswalks of digital libraries' metadata elements, and comparisons of content designation in elements. this study identifies three aspects which can impact semantic interoperability. First, there were less than 25% core metadata elements even within homogeneous information communities. Second, discrepancy exists between element names and their usage. Third, different levels were identified when assigning content to designated elements in terms of integrity and completeness.

It is no longer special for the gaming industry to provide a community to promote their games. Much prior research related to the community also focuses on the spread of community influence and its importance. In particular, the user community in the gaming industry is having a big impact on the company's revenue creation beyond the simple level of information provision and promotion of friendship. Therefore, providing a community at the same time as the game is released is becoming a common trend in the gaming industry This study attempted to explore factors influencing the design of more effective communities under the assumption that the user community will influence the loyalty of mobile games. The design elements of the community suggested in this study are the provision of interaction tools between users, the provision of information, and communication between the game maker and the users. This study aims to confirm that these design factors affect customer loyalty by reinforcing user empathy and trust in the game within the user community. After collecting data from 251 users active in the mobile game user community, the model presented in this study was empirically analyzed. As a result, the design elements of the game community suggested in this study were found to affect customer loyalty by strengthening the empathy for the game and the trust in the game developer.

The purpose of this study is to develop community design evaluation factors for sustainable urban regeneration and to suggest considerations for sustainable community design by analyzing excellent community design cases. Through literature review, previous studies on the concept and core items of sustainable urban regeneration, and the concept and components of community design were considered. In addition, evaluation indicators for sustainable community design were developed in the socio-economic, physical, environmental, historical and cultural dimensions through the analysis of the linkage with the evaluation factors of community design through the analysis of previous studies. The evaluation index consists of 3 evaluation items and 9 items including social performance and participation at the social level, economic feasibility at the economic level, environmental characteristics at the physical and environmental level, accessibility, contextuality, locality at the historical and cultural level, identity, and artistry. Includes dog evaluation factors. Reliability and effectiveness are secured through the developed evaluation index and detailed description and expert verification. Exploratory factor analysis and expert interviews were conducted through the survey, and as a result of the analysis, the stability and Cronbach'α coefficients were verified, and the validity of the community design evaluation index considering sustainable urban regeneration was recognized through expert interview. The results of this study are considered meaningful in that they can provide basic data for the improvement of community design for sustainable urban regeneration in the future.

도시농업 및 커뮤니티에 대한 사회적 관심에 편승하여 근래 도시의 커뮤니티가든(Community Garden)이 주목받고 있다. 북미의 커뮤니티가든은 농작물 생산 위주의 개인텃밭을 포괄한 지역사회의 구성원과 함께 만들어가는 오픈스페이스의 형태로, 화훼 등을 포괄하는 개념으로 간주되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 커뮤니티가든의 발상지인 북미 중에서도 가장 선진적인 사례로 손꼽히고 있는 미국 워싱턴주 시애틀(Seattle)시의 피패치(P-Patch)를 대상으로, 85개의 현장 전수조사를 통하여 공간설계 및 디자인요소를 추출하여 시사점을 도출하였다. 분석결과, 첫째 시애틀 피패치의 일반적인 디자인 구성요소는 기반시설, 지원시설, 휴게시설, 특수시설, 친환경시설 등 다섯 가지 기능으로 대별할 수 있는데, 지원시설로는 공구함(Tool Shed)이나 수전시설(Spigot)이, 친환경시설로는 도마(Cutting Board)나 퇴비함(Compost Bin)이 대부분 설치되어 있다. 둘째, 피패치의 공간구성 및 디자인적 특징으로는 이용자 수요 및 입지적 특성을 반영한 유연한 정원 설계를 들 수 있다. 셋째, 피패치는 다목적형 기능을 겸비한 복합적 공공장소로서 공공의 제도적 지원과 시민운동을 연계하는 기회를 제공하고 있다. 넷째, 지속가능성을 담보하기 위해 다양한 이해관계자(이용자, 코디네이터, 운영진, 전문가, 지역주민, 자원봉사자 등)와의 파트너십 구축, 다양한 재원 조달 방안 모색, 체계적인 모니터링 시스템 구축 및 운영을 지속하고 있다.

The new paradigm of urban regeneration, would promote the comprehensive communal view. Therefore, the community role has become an important and necessary for regeneration of communities. It is necessary for urban regeneration which should be matched with the regional characteristics, to develop an evaluation framework that can objectively and accurately diagnose the status of community; so it can be an integrated prescription. A new alternative, asset-based approach may be an alternative to build the community based on opportunities and strengths, which focuses on community inside and things that community have. In this study, a community asset is defined as the tangible and intangible components in the community. A community asset evaluation system is developed through the content analysis related to previous studies of several researchers who investigated the asset-based approaches. Community assets are classified into seven types: human, social, cultural, natural, physical, economic, and political property. Each type is classified into components and establish as a framework with 3 levels in order to set the indicators which can be measured concretely.

본 논문에서는 근래에 폭발적인 성장을 하고 있는 1인 미디어의 대량의 데이터 가운데서 양질의 정보를 집중적으로 관리하고 효과적인 검색기능을 지원하는 그룹형 커뮤니티 시스템을 구축하기 위하여 메타데이터를 활용하는 것을 제안한다. 이를 위해 특별히 교육정보 만을 대상으로 하여 여기에 사용될 메타데이터 기술 요소를 개발하고 교육용 데이터에 적용 가능한 적정 카테고리를 개발하였으며 이를 검증하기 위하여 그룹형 교육 커뮤니티 EduLOG(Educational blog) 서비스를 구축하였다. 이 시스템은 새로운 교육용 커뮤니티를 개설하는 것이 아니라 기존의 많은 사용자층을 가지고 있는 1인 미디어를 활용하여 유용한 정보를 생성해 내고 공급하는 것이 가능하다는 것과 나아가 메타데이터 요소의 활용에 의해 인터넷 상에서 정확성과 신속성을 지원하는 검색 시스템 구축이 가능하다는 것을 보여준다.

컴퓨팅 환경이 점점 분산되고 협업의 필요성이 점점 증대되고 시스템간에 상호작용(interaction)이 동적이고 복잡해지면서 기존의 협업 시스템 패러다임을 벗어난 커뮤니티 컴퓨팅을 구성하는 요소를 정의하고 커뮤니티 모델의 에이전트들의 상호작용 유형을 프로토콜의 형식으로 모델링 하는 방법과 지정된 프로토콜들을 실행하기 위한 방법으로소 에이전트 플랜(plan)을 이용하는 방안을 제안한다. 커뮤니티를 구성하는 요소들은 역할(role), 정책(policy), 구성원(member), 프로토콜(protocol)등이며 각각의 요소는 BDI 구조를 가지는 에이전트와 플랜, 목적(goal), 사실(fact)등의 결합으로 표현이 가능하다. 에이전트들은 프로토콜에 나타나는 유형을 서술한 플랜을 통해서 상호작용을 하게 된다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 프로토콜을 실행 가능한 플랜으로 변환하기 위한 4가지 유형을 파악하여 각각의 유형을 플랜으로 변환하는 방법을 제안한다. 제안된 방법은 시뮬레이션을 통하여 완전성과 유효성을 보인다.

최근 1인 가상커뮤니티가 성숙화 단계에 들어서면서, 이에 대한 많은 연구들이 이루어지고 있다. 특히, 사이버 커뮤니티는 일반 사용자에게 고립감을 벗어나 사회적 관계(social network)를 맺을 수 있는 기능을 포괄적으로 확장시키고, 이용자들에게는 공동의 관심사와 관계 형성의 공간을 제공한다는 점에서 기존 오프라인 커뮤니티와 같은 역할을 한다고 할 수 있다. 더욱이 '카페' 나 '클럽' 중심의 키뮤니티에서 개인형 커뮤니티 추세로 급변하고 있는 최근에는 블로그 사용자가 급증함에 따라 다양한 초점에서 많은 연구가 필요하다. 이에 본 연구에서는 최근 새로운 미디어로 각광받고 있는 개인형 커뮤니티인 블로그 사용자를 새로운 정보기술의 사용자로 파악하여 기술수용모형(TAM)을 기본모형으로 하여 선행연구로부터 도출된 개인특성 변수들에 대하여 실증분석 한다. 본 연구의 학문적 시사점은 기술수용모델이 블로그 사용 환경에서도 적용 가능한지를 검증한 것이고, 기술수용모델 이외의 요소인 주관적 규범, 인지된 즐거움 그리고 자기 유능감이 블로그 서비스 사용에 미치는 영향력을 알아본 점에서 의의가 있다.

This paper reviews the strategy of activating spatial data community and its impacts, focusing on the Cooperative Agreements Program(CAP) of National Spatial Data Infrastructure(NSDI), established by Federal Geographic Data Committee(FGDC) in U.S. to facilitate cooperative data sharing. After thoroughly reviewing the 20 research categories followed by 350 cases, supported by CAP for the last decade, it turned out that since NSDI issued "Future Directions Initiative" in 2004, the CAP adopted all components of NSDI as CAP categories in attempting to reinforce the partnership rather than mainly deploying standardized meta-data. Also, CAP has been utilized as a means to enforce the role of NSDI as spatial data user and provider as well, recognizing that the spatial data community is essence for expandable and sustainable NSDI. Implementing CAP resulted in the sound structure of spatial data marketplaces increasing spatial data demand and promoting the relevant business due to diverse users.

국내 병원들은 의료서비스 시장 개방을 눈앞에 두고 있다. 의료서비스의 시장 개방은 의료 공공성을 유지하면서 의료서비스의 질 향상을 기대할 수 있는 반면, 의료비의 상승과 의료의 양극화 우려를 동시에 내포하고 있다. 의료산업에서 가장 중요한 것은 물론 의료서비스의 품질이다. 그러나 이제 글로벌 경쟁에 대비해야 하는 국내 상황에서 다양한 경영전략이 필요한 때이다. 여기서는 급변하는 병원산업에서 향후 허용될 것으로 예상되는 의료기관의 다양한 광고전략 중에서 정보기술을 기반으로 하는 브랜드 커뮤니티에 관련하여 병원이 대비해야 할 활용전략을 제시한다. 여타 산업에서의 브랜드 커뮤니티 성공요인과 사례를 바탕으로 병원종사자 뿐만 아니라 의료서비스 이용자들을 위한 의료산업에서의 온라인 커뮤니티 구축에 초점을 두었으며, 본 연구에서 제시하는 병원의 브랜드 커뮤니티를 활성화하는 6가지 요소는 운영자의 역량, 프리미엄 가치의 제공, 독특한 컨셉, 보안과 확장성이 보장된 장, 오프라인 모임, 그리고 다양한 홍보루트이다.
