A Study on the Effect of e-CRM on the Reuse Intention of e-Learning Service (이러닝 서비스의 e-CRM이 재이용의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구)

  • This study attempts to verify the effect of e-CRM on reuse intetnion of e-learning and to determine whether the presense mediates the relationship between e-CRM and reuse intetnion of e-learning through empirical analysis. The results of the study are as follows. First, The effect of e-CRM(e-marketing, e-service, e-communication) on the intention of reuse for e-learning services was significant. Second, it was found that the effect of e-CRM(e-marketing, e-service) on reuse intention of e-learning was significantly mediated by the teaching presence. Third, it was found that the effect of e-CRM(e-marketing, e-service, e-communication) on reuse intention of e-learning was significantly mediated by the cognitive presence. Finally, it was found that the effect of e-CRM(e-marketing) on reuse intention of e-learning was significantly mediated by the social presence.

  • Human beings have been leading their life and desirable social life through communication. Human communication has been changed and expanded through language, letters, printing media, broadcasting media, and more recently network communication media. Since the invention of characters, books have been the human beings' communication medium that have the longest history, and they have preserved and succeeded human spiritual world. Children's picture books are also a communication medium composed of the transmitter of the information, message, medium, and the receiver, and makes the process of communication. The sender: writer, illustrator, and editor, analyzes children, special receiver, symbolizes messages, make up contents and make communication come true by selecting media and effectively delivering them to children. Considering the developmental characteristics of the receiver, children and their desires, visual media such as the writings and illustrations. The writings and illustrations are the most appropriate for communication with children. The first, picture books are for the communication between grown-ups and children, and also that with society for helping children find their identity and perform their roles. The second, through the message of writings and illustrations young children acquire human communication ability of this age. That is, they experience and learn visual communication and letter communication

The Effect of Career Management Behavior on Turnover Intention: The Mediating Effect of Employability and the Moderating Effect of Work-Life Balance and Communication Climate (청년 직장인의 경력관리행동이 고용가능성을 통해 이직의도에 미치는 영향: 일-삶 균형과 커뮤니케이션 풍토의 조절 효과를 중심으로)

  • This study was designed to verify that the positive relationship between career management behavior and turnover intention is mediated by employability. Futhermore, investigation whether work-life balance and communication climate moderate this relationship was also the purpose of this study. The results from 300 office workers younger than 34 that (1) employability mediated the relationship between career management behavior and turnover intention, (2) the moderating effect of work-life balance about mediating effect of employability was not statistically significant, but when the level of work-life balance was high, the relationship between employability and turnover intention was reinforced, (3) the moderating effect of communication climate against mediating effect of employability was not statistically significant, and the moderating effect of communication climate between employability and turnover intention was also not found. Based on this non-intuitive results, researcher offered new interpretation which can be acquired from rejections of hypotheses, implications, limitations, and the proposal for future research.

  • This study examines how the features of communication on Social Network Service(SNS) affect building faculty trust and long-term orientation in professor-student relationships. The research model was developed based on the previous research about communication, SNS and relationship development. The researcher surveyed 210 students to collect research data, and 195 questionnaires were analyzed using SmartPLS. The results indicate that the quality, frequency, interactivity and openness of communication on SNS affect positively on faculty trust. Moreover, the quality, frequency and openness of communication on SNS affect positively on long-term orientation, whereas interactivity does not. This mean that faculty trust plays a mediating role between interactivity and long-term orientation.

A Field Experimental Study on the Effects of Coaching on Emotional Intelligence and Communication Competence (융합형 코칭이 감성지능과 커뮤니케이션 역량에 미치는 효과에 대한 현장실험연구)

  • The purpose of this field experimental study investigated the positive effects of coaching on emotional intelligence and communication competence. The experimental group(39 university students) had to two months of coaching education and four face-to-face coaching sessions. The control group(39 university students) did not have any coaching education and coaching sessions. To conduct ANCOVA, pre-measurement scores for each dependent variables, emotional intelligence and communication competence, were included as covariates and post-measurement scores were included as dependent variables. In control group, there was no difference between before and after measurement for each dependent variables. However, there was statistically significant difference between before and after measurement for each dependent variables in experimental group. This result confirmed that coaching caused increase in the level of emotional intelligence and communication ability.

  • 본 연구의 목적은 중소기업 CEO의 사내 기업가정신이 사업성과에 미치는 영향을 실증 분석하는 데 있다. 중소기업은 창업부터 성장하기까지 많은 위험요소에 노출되어 있으며 이러한 위험요소를 체계적으로 관리하고 극복하는 노하우를 쌓아 잘 활용하였을 때 경쟁시장에서 생존할 수 있다. 즉, CEO의 미래지향적이며, 창조적인 아이디어를 갖고 적극적으로 실행해보고자 하는 성향과, 위험 감수적인 기업가적 정신이 사업성과에 영향을 미칠 것이라는 가정하에 연구모형을 설정하였다. 이를 위해, 사내 기업가정신의 주요 구성요소를 '혁신성', '진취성', '위험감수성'을 독립변수로 하였고 사업성과를 종속변수로 설정하였으며, 선행연구를 기반으로 커뮤니케이션 스타일을 매개변수 채택하여 변수 간의 관계를 실증적 분석을 통하여 검증하고자 한다. 중소기업 CEO를 대상으로 하는 사내 기업가정신의 선행 연구 논문을 바탕으로, CEO가 강사인 대상으로 차별화하여 분석하고자 하였다. 또한 사내 기업가정신과 커뮤니케이션 스타일이 사업성과에 영향을 미치는지를 확인하여 사내 기업가정신의 중요성을 밝히고자 한다. CEO의 역량과 능력이 기업의 사업성과 향상에 미치는 영향요인을 분석하고, 강사가 CEO인 중소기업을 대상으로 강사의 커뮤니케이션 스타일이 조직 구성원과 사업성과 향상을 이끌어 내기 위한 참고자료로서 도움이 되고자 한다.

  • Along with the development of advanced technology as well as the trend of becoming information society where all different cultures become convergent, communication competence is becoming one of the most important. Therefore, universities are making efforts to open and operate a related curriculum regarding communication competence as the most needed core competence in cultivating competitive men of ability. Accordingly, this study is going to suggest courses and detailed contents for developing communication courses to enhance undergraduates' core competence. The contents of communication subjects include the course outline, objectives, manner of lecturing, evaluation, weekly learning topics, learning objectives, and learning contents, and so on. This study will lay the ground for cultivating undergraduates' communication skills effectively and improving their core competence further to lead their college life soundly based on the understanding of communication. Also, this study will form a field of cultivating competent persons who can create social value through systematic education on communication competence which is the most emphasized as core competence that the members of universities or societies should be equipped with.

  • 통합학문을 구성해야 한다는 시대적 요구가 점차 많아지고 있다. 이러한 요구는 둘 이상의 학문이 융합하여 시너지의 효과를 발생하거나 창의적인 문제해결 혹은 그 이상의 새로운 결과물을 창출하는 목적을 가지고 있다. 이는 궁극적으로 합침을 통하여 전혀 다른 새로운 것을 지향하는 통섭을 목적으로 하고 있다고 볼 수 있다. 교수 학습은 교수자와 학습자의 커뮤니케이션 과정이며 교사와 학생간의 원활한 커뮤니케이션이 이루어지지 않고는 교육의 본질적 목표를 달성하기 어렵다. 교수 학습의 연결은 커뮤니케이션이며, 이를 효율적으로 실행 가능하게 해 주는 것이 매체라 할 수 있다. 교수자와 학습자의 관계를 이어주는 커뮤니케이션, 매체와 인간이 하나로 통섭되는 매체의 인간화, 매체를 통한 커뮤니케이션의 확장을 통하여 사용자와 매체, 사용자와 사용자, 매체와 매체의 상호작용이 이루어지게 된다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 측면에서 인간 매체 간 통섭적 커뮤니케이션에 근거한 유러닝을 전망해 봄으로써 학습자 중심의 교육을 실현하는 관점을 제시하고자 한다.

  • The study was aimed at finding an effective use of para-languages, which are important to communicate the meaning of the korean choral music. Para-language is a nonverbal communication that contributes to the delivery of a more expressive language. In choral music, vocalization and diction are important para-languages. Until now, the conductors emphasized vocalization rathe than diction while focusing musical expression in chorus. However, vocalization and diction are not distinct. This study suggested effective choral vocalization and diction technique through the convergence of experience as conductor and knowledge of communication theory.
