The flow of world casino industry come to function of resort, theme park and convention. Thus, Current casino industry coming to total entertainment. But our casino industry impose legal controls on speculation industry till now. So, This is study on the casino industry with tourism. Result of this study presents thirds proposals. First, We have to a correct understanding about casino industry is not speculation industry but tourism industry. Seconds, We have to strengthen the competitiveness of our casino on international markets. For example, Introduce new advanced technology, Improve the nation’s foreign investment environment and Strengthen the competitiveness. Thirds, Constant efforts of casino business and government for attract foreign tourists to casino business.

The casinos and gaming sector consists of all forms of betting, including commercial, state-run, and charitable operations. The casinos segment comprises gambling in casinos, and includes gaming machine gambling where this occurs on casino premises. The gaming segment covers all other forms of gambling, including national and other lotteries, racing and sports betting, bingo, pachinko, and gaming machines where these are not located on casino premises. All values are stated in terms of gross gaming win. This is the total amount waged by customers minus the total amount paid out to customers as winnings, but before the payment of any applicable taxes, disbursements to charitable or other causes by games established for those purposes, or other expenses. The South American casinos & gaming sector posted strong growth in 2009 and this growth is expected to accelerate during the forecast period. The South American casinos & gaming sector generated total revenues of $9.6 billion in 2009, representing a compound annual growth rate(CAGR) of 15% for the period spanning 2005-2009. In comparison, the Argentinian and Chilian sectors grew with CAGRs of 17% and 21.9% respectively, over the same period, to reach respective values of $2.2 billion and $93.7 million in 2009. The other gaming segment was the sector's most lucrative in 2009, generating total revenues of $7.1billion, equivalent to 74.1% of the sector's overall value. The casino segment contributed revenues of $2.5billion in 2009, equating to 25.9% of the sector's aggregate revenues. The performance of the sector is forecast to accelerate, with an anticipated CAGR of 20.4% for the five year period 2009-2014, which is expected to drive the sector to a value of $24.3 billion by the end of 2014. Comparatively, the Argentinian and Chilian sectors will grow with CAGRs of 10.2% and 7.3% respectively, over the same period, to reach respective values of $3.6 billion and $133.6 million in 2014.

The domestic casino industry is attempting to change from the existing single form to the advanced-type of complex casino resort. In addition, the importance of the security management system, which prevents and responds to accidents caused by negative influences of gambling, is emphasized at the casino enterprise level. Therefore, this study aimed to find measures to revitalize the security management system for domestic casinos only for foreigners through an analysis of relevant literature and case studies. As a result of the analysis, it was found that in order to effectively cope with changes in the casino industry, three areas were needed to be revamped: (1) a lack of protocols which intend to protect casino security personnel, (2) an inefficient operational system due to the dualized casino security management system, and (3) a lack of systematic educational system for casino security personnel. This study therefore proposed three measures: (1) a review of revisions of related laws to protect casino security personnel, (2) enhancement of professionalism of casino security personnel and (3) establishment of a single operating system of the casino security management operating system.

To evaluate local residence's awareness, qualitative analysis on various indices was done. The survey was conducted on 4 districts of Taebaek-Si, Samcheok-Si, Yeongwol-Gun and Jeongsun-Gun. The survey considered regional population distribution and used population proportion significant extraction method per counties. This is to analyze of regional development effect awareness, the research was categorized according to residence, residence period, whether worked in the mining industry previously, whether working for Kangwon Land, whether getting benefit from casino location, whether entering to casino and quality of life enhancement from casino location. As it was As for the quality of life effect, 'satisfactory to nature environment' ranked the highest with the number of 2.88 and 'Living in this area is happier than living in other area' was 2.58 which was relatively higher than the other indices.

Criminal profiling is a effective and efficient measure for enhancing industrial security of casino business. Particularly, developing criminal profiling of deviant behaviors in casino will help security management to become more effective and efficient in practical ways. Unfortunately, however, there is lack of empirical profiling study in this regard. To fill the vacuum of literature on this topic, this study was purported to create offender profiles of different types of deviant behaviors in casino based on various theories and techniques in criminal profiling literature, such as investigative psychology, linkage analysis, and behavioral evidence analysis. To fulfill the purposes, this study collected behavioral evidence from 90 casino security officers in South Korea. Offenders' behavioral evidence was analyzed to develop offender profiles of seven different types of deviant behaviors, and then the profiles were compared with each profiles that security officers focus on to identify offenders during their work hours. Results showed that, first, there were unique profiles of each type of seven different categories of deviant behaviors in terms of offenders' ways of speaking and acting, their appearance and attitudes. In addition, this study found that there were some amount of gaps between actual offenders' profiles and profiles that security officers have in mind. Based on the results, this study provided policy implications in terms of managing casino industrial security, education and training for security officers, and future study on casino security.

This is Kangwon Land casino case due to the damages of betting money, which is likely to affect the contents industry in the future. The reason why the gambler and his family's suit is that why the manager did not control their own access or did not supervise the wagering rules. The provisions of the "Restriction on the amount of money to be paid to the casino" in the Article 14 of the Enforcement Decree of the Act on the Support for the Development of the Abandoned Mine Area are not intended to increase the duty of the casino managers. It is just one of many public regulations imposed. No matter what legislation is made for public interest, it can not be considered equally in the private duty. If so, too much effort will be required to enact or amend the public law and this makes the legislative activity impossible. The Act on the Restriction on Access to the Casino shall be construed accordingly. From the point of view of economic efficiency theory, if we overestimate statutory duties (liability for compensation) excessively, the price goes up on the market, and the volume of transaction decreases drastically. This reduces the economic utility of resources in the society as a whole (total output, foreign currency acquisition amount, etc.).

Kangwonland has been the only domestic casino and movement in casino industry has not been notable, but if more domestic casinos open in the future, it is inevitable those casino workers will move for the better remuneration and working condition. In this situation, in order to keep the previous customers and create new ones, we need to realize the importance of workers who lead customers' satisfaction. For this purpose, we need to find out the influential factors which affect the job satisfaction of the workers and try to turn the worker's satisfaction into good customer service. Despite the importance of casino workers, previous researches about casino industry focused only on economic effects, and there was few systematic research about the casino workers considering their job characteristics who provide services to customers in field. Therefore, this research aims to grasp influential factors of job satisfaction of casino dealers, analyze satisfaction and find out the ways to enhance the satisfaction. This will eventually help profit maximization of the casino company by improving the service quality. For this purpose, research was conducted whether job itself, relationship with the supervisors, promotion, remuneration, working environment affect the job satisfaction of the employees meaningfully and whether job satisfaction changes according to demographic characteristics.

Embezzlement incident of staff at the casino occurred. Staff of some casinos have lower job satisfaction, moral gap is seriously considering a change jobs. In addition, cash lure of large amounts and a lack of money management system causes embezzlement incident. In this paper, the uniqueness of the casino industry and that employee job satisfaction is investigated. Content analysis of occurrence for casino embezzlement incident and tracking that bank account and bank check, suspect's call list, and so on that digital forensic investigation technology will be studied. Problems and solutions suggest that conducted a loss prevention program, a digital forensics technology and introduce of investigator. Through this study, the computerization of the casino business to embezzlement accident prevent will contribute to that give back profits of property to society, the develop of forensic investigation technology.

As a lexical meaning, casino is defined as "a certified gambling house, equipped with recreational facilities such as dance and music, etc., where people play roulette or cards." Casinos started from 17th to 18th century for European nobility and their social meetings and established a casino industry framework in the United States in the 1930s. The success of the casino business leads to the increase of sales; it became very helpful for the local and national government revenues and also for the related incidental tasks. Casino operations include a variety of fields, such as general customer management, dealer game management, security, account management, currency exchange, re-exchange management, marketing management, comp management and placement management, etc. These operations should be organically connected to each other by information systems such as a groupware, ERP and Customer Relationship Management (CRM), etc. In addition, in order to effectively manage comprehensive entertainment service, including accommodation and tourism, it is necessary to develop an information system which supports casino business and collateral entertainment service, collects the data generated throughout the business and provides information about the situations of management. Thus, this study will propose a casino information system designed and implemented, considering these details.
