수년간 지속되어 오던 폭식과 불면을 주소로 하고 매핵기(梅核氣), 흉민(胸悶), 복부불편감, 상열감(上熱感)등의 증상을 동반한 화병 환자에 대해 한의학적으로 기기울체(氣機鬱滯) 기울화화(氣鬱化火) 간화상염(肝火上炎)과 간울극비(肝鬱克脾)로 인한 비기손상(脾氣損傷) 비허생담(脾虛生痰) 변증(辨證)하고 한약복용과 침치료(針治療), 구치료(灸治療), 부항치료(附缸治療), 사혈요법(瀉血療法)의 치료(治療)로 폭식행동과 부수증상은 소실되고 수면상태도 유의하게 호전된 것을 확인할 수 있었다.

극상근건염 및 삼각근하 점액낭염으로 견관절의 통증과 이학적 검사 양성반응 및 ROM 제한을 호소하는 환자 4례에 대하여 한방 치료와 자하거약침 치료를 병행하였으며 그 결과 통증의 감소, 이학적 검사 소견의 개선 및 ROM 호전을 확인하였다.

목적 : 본 연구는 퇴행성 슬관절염 환자들을 대상으로 도침치료가 통증을 감소시키는데 효과적이고 안전한 치료법임을 증명하기에 적합한지를 알아보기 위한 예비연구이다. 방법 : 본 연구는 5주간 진행되는 무작위배정 대조군 예비임상연구이며, 총 20명의 피험자들은 시험군(도침치료)과 대조군(침치료＋전침치료)으로 무작위 배정된다. 시험군의 경우에는 주 1회, 3주간 총 3회의 도침치료를 실시하고 대조군의 경우에 주 2회, 3주간 총 6회의 침치료와 전침치료를 받게된다. 1차 유효성 평가변수는 통증에 대한 Visual analogue system와 관절가동범위를, 2차 유효성 평가변수는 Short form McGill pain questionnaire와 Western Ontario and McMaster Universities Osteoarthritis Index로 측정한다. 평가는 시험시작 전, 시험 1주, 2주, 3주 및 5주후에 이루어지게 된다. 결론 : 본 연구는 추후 본격적인 무작위배정 대조군 임상시험을 위한 예비연구로서, 본 연구를 통해 퇴행성 슬관절염에 있어서 도침치료가 임상적으로 유효함을 증명할 수 있는 근거를 마련해 줄 것이라 사료된다.

The purpose of this article is to review all the wrinkle treatments reported so far, and to introduce a method of dermal subcision, especially localized fine wrinkles. In order to remove wrinkles, laser, ulthera and drug therapy are commonly used in western medicine while Miso facial rejuvenation acupuncture, $Jung-An$ acupuncture and needle-embedding therapy are used in oriental medicine. However, as researches on fine wrinkles have been insufficiently conducted until now. Dermal subcision stated in this study is considered to be a safe and effective way to ameliorate fine linear-shaped wrinkles around or below eyes and mouth by increasing the circulation of qi and blood. also, reproducing dermal layer. More and further related cases and researches are expected in the future.

Objectives : In order to help establish the scientific research methods to prove the effects of facial cosmetic acupuncture, we investigated the trend of facial cosmetic acupuncture study based on the Korean traditional medicine. Methods : We researched the papers which were associated with the facial cosmetic acupuncture in Korean journals. The research date was 5th August 2013. Results : 27 papers about facial cosmetic acupuncture were found. 17 papers were literature research, and 10 papers were clinical research. Almost half of papers were written the years of 2008 and 2009. Most of papers were written in the Journal of Korean Acupuncture & Moxibustion Society. Conclusions : We need more systematic research in order to prove the effects of facial cosmetic acupuncture and use extensively.

Objective : The aim of this study was to find out the therapeutic effect of the Korean Bee Venom theraphy in the treatment of patient with De Quervain's disease. Methods : As the effect of Bee Venom acupuncture about various articulation diseases observed, we tried to treat a case that was diagnosed De Quervain's disease by using Korean Bee Venom theraphy. Results : After Korean Bee Venom theraphy, 'VNRS' value decreased quite noticeably, and other symptoms have improved as well. Conclusions : Korean BeeVenom theraphy have shown fairly effective to De Quervain's disease. Furthermore, it shows considerable potential in its effectiveness to be utilized other fields of medicine practices.

Objective: There is a case reports on treatment of elbow pain and dysfunction in patients diagnosed as Tennis elbow. We report the Bee venom Acupunure Theraphy about under using elbow pain and dysfunction in patients diagnosed as Tennis elbow got a good remedial value. Methods : The patients diagnosed as Tennis elbow and treated mainly with Bee venom Acupunture Therapy. Results & Conclusions : Symptoms of the patient such as elbow pain and dysfunction were improved after above treatments. So, it is suggested that oriental medical treatment(Bee venom) are effective on Tennis elbow.

Objectives : The purpose of this study is to review and summarize the research on Polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS). Methods : We searched the clinical studies with keywords of Polycystic ovarian syndrome and acupuncture therapy through the search site called CAJ (china academic journal) from 2000 to 2011. Results and Conclusions : We reviewed 22 studies about PCOS which were relative to acupuncture therapy. We investigated the frequency of Acupuncture point for PCOS in this article exclusive Auricular acupuncture treatment. SP6 (Sam$\={u}$mgyo), CV4 (Kwanwon), CA111 (Chagung), SP10 (Hy$\={o}$lhae), CV6 (Kihae), B23 (Shinsu) and S40 (P'ungnyung) were used frequently. Acupuncture therapy was effective method to improve Polycystic ovarian syndrome. Further studies needed for Polycystic ovarian syndrome.

Acupuncture is so effective and simple to use in the pain and dysfunction syndrome of TMD. Acupuncture treatment is a point-specific. So, the selection of acupuncture point is very important. According to the traditional meridian theory, we select the points; local points around TMJ and mastication muscles(ST6, ST7, GB20, GB21) and remote point(LI4). And if there is another pain, one or two other points are added. Both neural and humoral mechanism play an important role in acupuncture analgesia. The discovery of spinal gate mechanisms shows somatic stimulation can induce pain inhibition. Humoral mechanism has been established from the discovery of opioid receptors and endogenous opioids. Acupuncture induces a relaxation in the patient, which further decreases the muscle tension.

Tic disorder show purposeless, repeated, unexpected, involuntary behavior and voice, can be divided into motor, vocal tic. this is about a patient who suffered from motor tic, tachycardia and other symptoms. We treated him with Sa-am acupuncture and other oriental medicine from the viewpoint of weak of kidney power. involuntary movement was estimated by doctor with Yale Global Tic Severity Scale(YGTSS). The patient's motor tic, tachycardia and other symptoms were improved and YGTSS also decresed.
