2015년 말 신기후변화협약인 파리협정(Paris Agreement)이 체결됨에 따라 우리나라의 환경정책에도 많은 영향을 미칠 것으로 보인다. 우리나라의 전체 이산화탄소 배출량의 42%를 차지하고 있는 건설업은 그동안 환경문제를 개선하기 위하여 다양한 정책을 펼쳐 왔지만, 친환경건축물 인증에 해당하는 프로젝트 외에는 소극적 적용에 그치고 있다. 이는 대부분의 친환경 관련제도가 건축시설물을 위주로 하기 때문인 것으로 판단된다. 따라서 건축 뿐 아니라 토목시설물에도 광범위하게 적용될 수 있는 새로운 친환경 설계평가모델이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 기존의 VE모델을 기반으로 시설물의 친환경성, 잠재적인 환경오염 개념과 환경위험성을 평가 할 수 있는 새로운 요소를 추가하여 의사결정자가 설계단계에서 친환경에 효과적인 대안을 선정할 수 있도록 친환경 설계평가 모델을 제시 하였다. 원안인 블록식 옹벽과 대안인 현장타설 옹벽을 대상으로 사례분석을 실시한 결과 대안의 친환경가치값이 원안보다 1.026배 높게 산출되었다. 본 모델이 설계단계에서 활용된다면 환경친화적인 시설물의 건설뿐 아니라 탄소배출량의 감축에도 기여할 것으로 기대된다.

외장재에 대한 기존의 연구는 디자인 측면에서 계획적인 접근이 많아 외장재의 성능보다 외장재의 색채나 질감 등에 초점을 맞춘 연구가 많았으며 용도에 따른 공학적인 접근에서는 환경과 설비, 화재 구조 등 일반적인 연구 주제들에 국한되어 건물 유형에 적합한 외장재 선정과 성능제시에 관한 연구는 많지 않았다. 물론 최근 환경에 대한 관심이 높아지면서 친환경적인 관점에서 건축물 외장재의 연구가 이루어지고는 있으나 친환경적인 외장재 선택에 대한 실무적인 관점에서의 연구는 초보적인 단계이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 최근 10여 년간 국내에서 사용된 외장재에 대한 사용 현황을 분석하고 건물용도별 외장재의 특성과 친환경적인 요소를 도출하여 향후 국내 건설업체 및 설계사무소 등이 친환경적이면서 성능이 적합한 외장재를 선택할 수 있도록 기본적인 정보를 제공하고자 하였다. 외장재 사용현황은 정량적인 빈도수 분석, 친환경 성능은 복합적인(정성+정량) 분석을 통하여 이루어 졌다. 조사된 건물의 외장재종류 개수의 평균은 2.59개로 나타났으며 유리, 금속, 석재, 수지, 시멘트, 목재, 점토 순서로 많이 사용되고 있었다. 4개의 친환경 외장재 특성에 의거하여 5종류의 고친환경재료를 선정하였으며 8가지 친환경적인 요소를 제시하였다.

In the United States, the implementation of the LEED green building rating system has dramatically changed the construction industry to motivate construction participants to employ green building approaches into projects. The objectives of green building rating systems are to achieve the triple bottom line benefits including economic, social and environmental benefits that are able to not only provide an excellent amenity to building users, but also to reduce environmental problems associated with buildings and accomplish financial benefits. Since the implementation of green building features has many benefits, the purpose of this study is to identify occupants' satisfaction of green building and the transformation of occupants'' attitude toward sustainability by conduct an in-depth case study of the cutting-edge green building project located in Atlanta, GA, USA. Based on this case study, it is possible to suggest construction participants in Korea to identify how green building can improve occupants'' satisfaction of the building and change their attitude toward sustainability.

This study proposes design factors for Korean style ecological apartment for application in Cheongju. Library and internal surveys were performed to summarize the concept of locality in housing and to determine the present condition of apartment estates which were introduced with design factors according to locality, traditionalism, or ecology, fold surveys were carried out at 10 apartment estates to investigate the present condition of management and residents's un. The interviewees were concierges and representative residents. The following design factors for Korean style ecological apartment to be applied in Cheongju were proposed; layout and building shape according to climate as natural environment, landscape factors according to cultural assets as human environment, adolescent spaces according to population as social environment, road plan according to 'Cheongju Garosu-Gil' civil environment.

This study beings from solving problems of permanent rental housing with environmentally-friendly planning factors to raise quality of life. Environmentally-friendly planning factors of permanent rental housing are derived from the study of references and green building certification systems of other countries. Surveys of inhabitants and experts give weights on these factors. Inhabitants do are focussed natural ventilation, life cycle cost, operation and maintenance cost. This reflects their interest in indoor amenity and a burden on the cost. Experts put more weights on pedestrian spaces considering the old and feeble persons and block planning. Besides, T-test pointed out that there are meaningful differences in land use between inhabitants and experts. Though inhabitants' opinion has priority because they are real user, experts' opinion which has the variety and the view in the long term should be reflected.

It is not an overstatement to say the factory are the number one cause in creating environmental load. However, only a few studies have been done upto this date on environmentally friendly factory. Thus, This study is to present the characteristics of environmentally friendly factory. A survey of current literatures and cases show the characteristics of environmentally friendly factories and buildings and environment assessment method and plan. To better measure the environmentally friendly qualities as written in literature across the globe, classification system was constructed. The classification system was made and important factors were found based on the precedent paper on environmentally friendly building plan and environment assessment method at building and cases and abroad in the literature review. The classification used 4 different sectors : Land & Transportation, Architectural Planning Technique, Environment & Equipment, Energy & Material. Within these 4 sectors 33 discrete factors are applied to the factory according to literature and case review and specialist advice.

Recently, it is throwing the spotlight on environment-friendly architecture for preservation of the global environment throughout the world. At this point in time, home products to have Eco-label in architecture materials is increasing constantly and the demand of environment-friendly building and material is rising. The purpose of this study is to propose a way of development through analysis about necessity and concept of environment-friendly architecture and research into institution and standard for certification of environment-friendly building materials. So, it will make exactly progress to this study that is based on analysis and research of periodical publications, theses, reports of journal and data of the advanced country about environment-friendly architecture.

The objective of this study is to interpret a environmental-friendly plan factors of Korean traditional settlement used of existing classification system. The existing classification system framework is six environmental ecological ideas as the adaptation to the adaptation to the availability of land, the eco-space in village, the system of house, the cycling of material and the reasonable energy system, the water resources, prevention of environment pollution. Additional research was undertaken to verify the findings. Through the interpretation, it has been found out that Gu-Rim tradition village has been developed to an environmental ecological rational setting and has the meaningful elements for environmental friendly housing estates.

본 연구에서는 친환경 종이 용기 화장품 구매 동기와 만족 및 재구매 의도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 설문조사 실시하여 총 184명의 설문지를 분석했다. 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 구매 동기의 구성요소인 상징성, 심미성, 실용성은 만족에 모두 유의한 영향을 미치며 재구매 의도에는 심미성과 실용성이 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 친환경 종이 용기 화장품에 대한 만족이 재구매 의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그러므로 친환경 종이 용기 화장품 마케팅 관리자는 만족과 재구매 의도에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 구매 동기 요인인 실용성을 강조한 마케팅 방안을 제시해 나아가야 한다고 판단된다.

한국남동발전의 코어 발전소인 영흥화력발전소는 발전산업계에 있어 '강남스타일'로 통한다. 수도권 유일의 대단위 유연탄 발전소이며, 가장 최신의 발전설비들로 구성돼 있기 때문이다. 특히 지난해 상업운전을 개시한 영흥화력 5,6호기는 톡톡 튀는 신기술들이 요소요소에 접목되며 '혁신'의 아이콘으로 급부상했다. 국내 '최초'를 넘어 세계 '최고'의 친환경 명품 발전소로 발돋움 한 영흥화력 5,6호기를 구석구석 들여다봤다.
