목적 : 본 연구는 감기에 대한 한약제제 임상시험을 수행하고 평가하는 데 보편적인 원칙을 제공하는 가이드라인 개발과정 및 내용을 소개하여 가이드라인 활용성 및 접근성을 높이고자 한다. 방법 : 임상시험 가이드라인 개발을 위해 총 9인으로 이루어진 위원회를 구성하고, 전반적인 절차를 수립하였다. 먼저, 가이드라인 집필위원회에서 관련된 국내외 가이드라인을 고찰하고, 감기에 대한 최신 임상시험 논문을 분석하여 초안을 완성하였다. 이후 대한한방내과학회 소속 전문가 자문위원회 검토 및 8인의 전문가로 구성된 협의회 자문을 통해 최종 가이드라인을 도출하였다. 결과 : 본 가이드라인은 (1) 일반적 사항 (2) 유효성 평가 기준 (3) 유효성 평가 방법 (4) 시험 대상자 선정 (5) 임상시험 설계 (6) 안전성 평가 (7) 감기 치료에서의 병용요법 (8) 한의학적 고려 사항의 8가지 범주로 나뉘어진다. 최종 개발된 가이드라인은 한의약임상시험센터 협의회와 대한한방내과학회의 인증을 득하였다. 결론 : 본 가이드라인은 감기 치료를 위한 임상시험을 수행하고 평가하는 데 유용하게 사용될 것이며, 이를 통해 신뢰할 수 있는 결과를 이끌어내고 정확한 해석을 용이하게 할 수 있을 것이라 기대된다. 또한 추후 해당 가이드라인 개정 및 관련된 호흡기질환 가이드라인 개발 과정에 도움을 줄 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is rather unique. Most of HCC patients have underlying chronic liver diseases with or without cirrhosis and the prognosis of HCC depends on the liver function, as well as the tumor extent. Non-invasive diagnosis of HCC can be made with certain risk factors and specific imaging findings (e.g. hypervascularity). Patients with HCC can receive surgical resection, radiotherapy, and systemic chemotherapy as other solid malignancies. HCC has more treatment options such as liver transplantation, transarterial chemoembolization (TACE) and radiofrequency ablation (RFA). A variety of practice guidelines for HCC has been published by many academic societies. Different healthcare systems and availability of resources also affect the practice guidelines; therefore, practice guidelines have similarities and dissimilarities. Herein, we review the current status of practice guidelines for HCC and future perspectives for the improvement of guidelines are also discussed.

Prior to the development of guidelines for occupational therapy for spinal cord injury, this study explored the actual condition of occupational therapy applied to patients with spinal cord injury and the range of guidelines required by the clinic, thereby raising the necessity and establishing an evidence-based rehabilitation intervention service system. It is thought that it will be used for research in the same field. As a survey method, a total of 15 days of surveys were conducted from October 3 to 17, 2019, among 112 occupational therapists, focusing on the organizations currently employed by occupational therapists. As a result, there are 106 physical activity training (94.6%), daily life movement training (85.7%), education-counseling-information 44 (39.3%), and guardian education 39 (34.8). %). The research results confirmed the recognition and clinical needs of occupational therapy guidelines.

This research is for selection of animal and establishment of guideline which for animal robot design for the purpose of emotionally disturbed children's psychotherapy. In the case of emotionally disturbed children because of poor expression about themselves's emotional condition, there are many restriction in the existing cure and educational method. Using research method of animal shape robot which is starting to make attempt since the late 1990s is effective to learning disturbed children. For the development of animal robot for psychotherapy of emotionally disturbed children first of all which animal is selected is very important. Therefore at the early stage of research preference surveyed to children including emotionally disturbed children and decide an object of animal robot. And what kind of shape is very preferred is also preference surveyed. Through focusing group interview about shape, color, facial expression, sound, and move which have an influence on outward shape design of robot, present the guideline which is needed to animal robot design for emotionally disturbed children.

Care farm recently has been introduced as social farm and green care centered on Europe, and has been developing rapidly in the last 20 years. Although it is being introduced gradually in Korea, it is still only at the beginning level, and it does not provide a guide for systematic farm owners' model and operation of the Care farm. In Care farm, advanced countries are making it possible to operate a more common care farm by providing a systematic national guide. By reviewing the literature of these guidelines in advanced countries, the contents are organized to help compose the guidelines for domestic care farm. In Canada, Ireland, the Netherlands, Norway and Finland, the contents of the guidelines for care farm by country can be broadly divided into general matters, how to start a care farm project for farm owners, understanding of target audience, farm organization system, farm management, and farm life. As the demand for care farms increases in Korea as well, guidelines for farm owners should be disseminated to facilitate access to care farms. It is also considered a good way to make a guide by combining it with the medical field, and it seems that it is necessary for the farmer to understand the medical field to some extent.

Background: Following the implantation of heart valve prostheses, it is important to maintain therapeutic INR to reduce the risk of thromboembolism. The objective of this study was to suggest a practical dosing guideline for Korean outpatients with prosthetic heart valves managed by a pharmacist-run anticoagulation service (ACS). Material and Method: A retrospective chart review was completed for all patients enrolled in the ACS at Seoul National University Hospital from March, 1997 to September, 2000. Patients who were at least 6 months post-valve replacement and had nontherapeutic INR value (less than 2.0 or greater than 3.0) were included. The data on 688 patients (1,782 visits) requiring dosing adjustment without any known drug or food interaction with warfarin were analyzed. The amount of adjusted dose and INR changes based on the INR at the time of the event were calculated. Aortic valve replacements (AVR) patients and mitral or double valve replacement (MVR/DVR) patients were evaluated separately. Result: Two methods for the warfarin dosage adjustment were suggested: Guideline I (mg-based total weekly dose (TWD) adjustment), Guideline II (percentage-based TWD adjustment). The effectiveness of Guideline 1 was superior to Guideline II overall in patients with both AVR and MVR/DVR. Conclusion: The guideline suggested in this study could be useful when the dosage adjustment of wafarin is necessary in outpatients with mechanical heart valves.

디지털 헬스케어 기술이 고도화되면서 디지털 치료제와 원격 의료 서비스가 의료 산업과 일상생활에 널리 활용되고 있다. 그러나 빅데이터 기반의 AI 서비스가 보편화될 수 있도록 데이터 수집, 가공, 활용 과정에서 개인정보가 남용되거나 유출되는 보안 위협도 증가하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 AI 챗봇을 활용한 정신건강 서비스를 위한 보안 위협 대응책을 마련하고 개인정보보호 가이드라인을 수립하여 사용자들에게 안전한 서비스를 제공하고 개인정보보호를 강화하는 AI 챗봇 서비스를 위한 데이터 보안 가이드라인을 제안한다.

This study has been conducted to identify the current status and practices of electrical stimulation for patients with dysphagia in Korea. Main goal of the study is to find evidences of developing and distributing a quality indicator and organized performance exam. This study analyzed 50 survey questionnaires given to clinical professionals in upper-scale general hospitals, university hospitals, nursing homes and professional rehabilitation hospitals. The survey sent out and collected by E-mails or interviews from August 21, 2013 to November 10, 2013. Most of the hospitals showed lack of using a quality indicator and organized performance exams in device maintenance, pre-operational tests and post-operational tests. It is strongly recommended to develop a standardized guideline of a higher quality indicator and organized performance exam in using neuromuscular electrical stimulator for patients who are suffering from dysphagia.

Objective : This study presents guidelines for setting up a sensory integration room by applying the Delphi method. Methods : The Delphi method was applied in a survey of 22 expert panels asked to review sensory integration therapy from May to June 2020 to collect expert opinions. The survey was conducted in two rounds. The first round involved the collection of opinions based on prior research that used a total of 40 assessment tools, 23 closed questions about treatment tools, and 10 questions about the physical environment. Based on the results of the first round, the second was conducted using a process of item deletion and modification. Results : A total of 59 items were selected in the first round of the survey. In the second the contents of these 59 items were analyzed: each item scored .42 or higher, so no items were deleted. The stability of the survey was also calculated and found to be less than 0.5, so no further testing was required. The average content feasibility ratio of the final Delphi survey was .92, stability .15, convergence .36, and consensus .80, showing high agreement. Conclusion : This study is expected to help institutions and clinical therapists who want to create a sensory integration therapy room in their facilities by examining the physical environment, treatment tools, and evaluation tools used in sensory integration therapy rooms and understanding the views on such environments obtained from the clinical site to sensory integration therapists.
