본고는 Bob Usherwood의 The Public Library as Public Knowledge (London, LA Publishing, 1989)의 ‘Prologue'와 ’Part one The social context'를 번역한 것이다. 이 책에서는 현대사회에 있어서 공공도서관에 관련된 문제들을 사회적 측면, 정치적 측면, 경제적 측면, 커뮤니케이션적 측면, 직업적 측면에서 분석하고, 사회적 감시기관으로서의 공공도서관의 역할을 제시하고 있다. 기존의 접근법과는 전혀 다른 견해가 새로운 시각을 제공하리라 기대한다.

상수도 체계는 크게 생산적인 측면, 유통적인 측면, 하수적인 측면으로 나눌 수 있다. 이중 생산적인 측면과 하수적인 측면은 자동화를 위한 많은 연구가 진행되어 현재 대부분 자동화 되어 있다. 하지만 유통적인 측면은 여러 가지 이유들로 아직까지 그 자동화 정도가 매우 미미한 수준이다. 본 논문에서는 상수도 체계 중 유통적인 측면의 자동화를 위해 가장 핵심이 되는 요소인 유량계의 검침을 유량계 자동검침 중계기를 이용하여 자동화 시킨 다음 유 무선 통신을 통하여 원격지(상수도사업소)에서 일괄 관리할 수 있는 "유량계 자동검침중계기를 이용한 상수도 관리 시스템"를 소개한다.

Previous studies, while investigating factors of sensibility, had rarely considered its internal structure. This study hypothesized that sensibility had sensational aspects and emotional aspects and the former corresponded to objective adjectives, describing attributes of objects, and the latter to subjective adjectives, describing psychology of experiencers. Forty-three objective adjectives and 21 subjective adjectives describing color sensibility were selected both by a linguistic criterion and an empirical evaluation. Factor analysis on semantic differential responses to these two groups of adjectives resulted in 5 sensational factors and 3 emotional factors of color sensibility respectively. Hierarchical structure was derived by regressing emotional factor scores on sensational factor scores. In consequence, emotional aspects were interpreted by different combinations of sensational factors. Limitations and significance of this study were discussed.

자동차의 안전도는 전통적으로 정면 충돌시 승객의 보호 정도를 가지고 비 교 된다. 그러나 근래에 와서는 다양한 사고에 의한 승객의 피해를 볼 때 정면 과 더불어 측면 충돌시의 피해를 무시할 수 없는 상태에 이르렀다. sled tests 등을 통해서 정면 뿐만 아니라 측면 충돌의 영향도 파악하고 있으나 정면 충돌보다 측면 충돌에 대해 승개 보호 장치의 개발이 미흡한 것이 현실이다. 본 연구에서는 현실적으로 보다 효과적인 occupant (운전자 및 승객) restraint system을 computer 모의 실험을 통해서 제안하고자 하였다. 기존의 안전시스템인 lap/shoulder belt system과 Air cushion에 의한 실험은 다각도로 연구되었다. 그러나 측면 충돌에서 Air Bag에 의한 충돌 감소 영향은 정면 충돌에 비해 적어지게 되어 상체 측면 보호 장치가 필요하게 된다. 본 연구에서는 운전자의 lap/shoulder belt system과 Air Bag에 의해 구속되는 dummy를 가지고 다양한 측면 충돌 각도 (0 .deg. , 15 .deg. , 30 .deg. , 45 .deg. , 70 .deg. )에서 실험이 수행되었다. 또한 각 충돌각에 대해 기존 Restraint System에 상체 측면 보호 장치(seat wing)를 포함하여 실험을 수행 하였다. 이에 대한 각각의 영향, 그리고 승객 손상도 분석 및 평가를 통하여 보안된 측면 충돌 보호 restraint system의 필요성과 그 효과를 제시하고자 한다. 실험결과 에 의하면 정면보다 측면에서 충돌하였을 경우 보조 구속 시스템인 seat wing으로 인 해 측면보호는 물론 occupant는 정면으로 나가게 개선되어 구속 시스템으로써의 이점이 확대되고 shoulder blet 또는 dummy의 감속을 통제하는 Air Bag의 잠재적인 이점이 더욱 확대되었음을 보여주고 있다. 그러나 design 단계에서 편안함, 안락감 등의 문제들과, 다른 실용적인 면에 대한 계속적인 연구가 필요하다.

일본의 국립공원정책을 참고하고 본 연구의 결과를 통하여 세 가지 측면에서 나타나는 문제점에 대한 개선방안을 제시해보면 첫 번째 보전적인 측면은 용도지구 및 공원구역의 전면적인 재조정, 두 번째 이용적인 측면은 교통, 주차시설의 확충 및 도로체계의 재조정, 자연학습공간의 설치 및 환경교육(해설) 프로그램의 개발, 세 번째 관리적인 측면으로 도립공원 재원확보, 관리 인력의 증원 및 전문 인력의 배치 등을 들 수 있다. 나아가 공원구역의 전면적인 재조정으로부터 지역주민들의 의견수렴을 충분히 거친 후 자연보존지구에 대한 보존대책을 수립한 다음 도립공원 해제방안도 적극적으로 고려하여야 할 것이다. 그러나 보다 중요한 것은 일본의 환경정책을 예로 들었듯이, 환경보전적 측면에서 오히려 역행하고 있는 현행 우리나라 자연공원 정책이 전환되어야 한다는 것이다. 이에 환경보전적 측면을 중시한 자연공원법의 조속한 개정과 생물다양성을 관점으로 한 자연공원정책이 전개되어야 할 것이다.

This study aim to suggest connective potential of eco-therapy in interior therapy for integrative psychotherapy. The study method was literature review on qualitative study. The study scope was ranged as the following three steps: 1) Literature review on integrative psychological therapy; 2) Discussion on therapy and ecology in interior design; and 3) Association between three aspects of integrative psychotherapy(emotion, cognition and behavior) and psychological phases of interviewee (quasi-consideration, consideration, preparation, behavior, and maintenance). The study results are summarized below: 1) Emotional aspect of integrative psychotherapy utilizes installing and sensory aspects of space. 2) Cognitive aspect of integrative psychotherapy utilizes energetic and installing aspects of space. 3) Behavioral aspect of integrative psychotherapy utilizes structural, installing, emotional, and purposive aspects of space. This study has its significance in extending collaborative concept of plants as the decoration to broad sense of eco-therapy available as the psychological factor in organic relationship between human and environment, which will be used as the resource for design therapy training program in the future.

Frequently, pre-service elementary teachers are asked to write reflective journals on their teaching during teacher education program. However, writing reflective journals can not guarantee pre-service teachers to learn from their experience. In this study, 44 reflective journals of pre-service elementary teachers on their science teaching were analyzed in terms of 'productive reflection', a concept suggested by Davis (2006). Productive reflection may help teachers' effective learning by considering interrelationships among aspects of teaching including learners and learning, subject matter knowledge, assessment, and instruction. The result showed what aspects of teaching were included, emphasized, and integrated in the pre-service elementary teachers' reflective journals. Implications for teacher education would be discussed.

This study is a qualitative study in which nursing students analyzed the contents of nursing skills recorded on a structured video observation record sheet while observing a colleague team's real-time video of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease scenario implementation during simulation practice. As a result of the analysis using the content analysis method, categories and topics of effective and ineffective aspects were derived in the areas of observation record: accuracy of procedures, adherence to aseptic technique, consideration of safety and safety, explanation and education, and purpose explanation and method education. This study is meaningful in that it presents factors that can increase the efficiency of nursing education through simulation-based practice.

센서는 어떤 물리 .center dot. 화학적량을 다른 물리 .center dot. 화학적량으로 변환시키는 기능의 소자를 통칭하는 용어로써 그 범위가 매우 넓으며, 현대 산업사회에서 전기 .center dot. 전자공학의 반전과 더불어 센서가 더욱 중요시되고 있다. 특히 대부분의 센서가 피측정 물리 .center dot. 화학적량을 전기적 신호로 변화 시키는 기능으로 정밀측정, 생산자동화 및 자동제어등에 다양하게 사용되고 있다. 센서는 원리적 측면에서의 분류와 센서의 기능적 측면으로 분류방법이 있다. 센서 관련 학문적 연구면에서 보면 센서의 원리적 측면에서의 접근이 용이하며 센서를 사용하는 산업체나 사용자의 입장에서는 센서의 기능적 측면 즉 피측정 물리 .center dot. 화학적량의 종류에 따른 분류가 편리하다.
