  • This paper is aimed at three points. Firstly the size and trend of women self-employed in korea are analysed during 30 years. Second the demographic characteristics and labor condition like working hour, income and etc. of them are presented. Last, when did they begin or end their own work as their life stages were changed.

Analysis of Factors Affecting First Job Exit (첫 일자리 이탈 영향요인 분석)

  • In this study, using the job history data of the Youth Panel(1-12th year: 2007 ~ 2018) of the Korea Employment Information Service, it is found that characteristics and duration distribution of first jobs of wage and salary worker, and estimated the factors of first job exit by utilizing survival analysis. As a result of the analysis, regular workers are less likely to leave their first jobs than temporary/daily workers. In addition, the group with a high degree of major congruence was found to have a lower chance of leaving the first job than the group with a major mismatch. And the higher the income level, the lower the probability of departure, which shows that the possibility of leaving low-income workers is very high.

  • The purpose of this research is to find a solution for matching service between recruiting and job seeking of software developers. An efficient matching service solution is essential for acquiring solid global competitiveness in software industry and IT academia. An in-depth analysis on deep-rooted problems on mismatching has been performed. Past and present policies on mismatching solutions have been reviewed based on desirable co-growth structure. A new matching solution has been derived and a triple-helix strategy has been suggested. A survey result for 14 domain experts and 85 employees of large and small software companies shows that the suggested matching solution is useful. The results of this research can be used for finding a better matching service solution and policies.

  • 본 연구에서는 컴퓨터 프로그래밍 정규 수업과 병행하여 운영된 수준별 맞춤형 프로그램에 참여한 학습자들의 프로그래밍 능력 향상을 평가하고자 한다. 수준별 맞춤형 프로그램으로 수준별 전공스터디와 피어 튜터링 프로그램을 운영하고, 참여 학생들이 별도 학습을 통해 얼마나 실력 향상이 되었는지 평가하기 위해 프로그램 참여자들과 비참여자들의 상대적인 성적 변화를 분석한다. 나아가 참여 학생들이 졸업 후의 취업률과 취업 분야 그리고 고용상태도 분석함으로써 학생들의 실력 향상이 원하는 분야로의 취업에 얼마나 기여했는지도 분석해본다.

  • 최근 SW 개발 분야로의 인력 수요가 늘어나면서 SW개발 역량을 키우기 위한 학습 프로그램에 대한 관심도 높아지고 있다. 특히 취업률은 대학의 중요한 평가 지표이므로 취업률을 높일 수 있는 SW 개발자 양성 프로그램에 대학들의 관심이 높은 것이 사실이다. 본 연구에서는 SW개발 직무에 종사하고 있는 재직자들을 대상으로 자신들의 개발 역량 향상에 효과적이었던 프로그램들에 대한 설문 조사를 실시하고 그 결과를 분석해보았다. 이 연구 결과는 대학들이 향후 취업 역량을 갖춘 SW개발자 양성 체계를 갖추는데 긍정적인 영향을 미칠 것으로 기대된다.

  • Due to the educational ecosystem in South Korea, there is a significant need to explore a new balance for students who pursue sports rehabilitation education based on their academic performance, in order to help them adapt to their majors, find career paths, and foster motivation for employment. There is a lack of related research in this crucial phase. The purpose of this study is to ascertain the impact of sports rehabilitation education on career aspirations and employment motivation through psychological reactions. The research methodology involved conducting an online survey from December 11th to December 28th, 2023, targeting university students undergoing sports rehabilitation education, with a final collection of 212 survey responses used for analysis. The research findings indicate: firstly, that the knowledge of sports rehabilitation educators has a positive influence on voluntary psychology. Secondly, the competence of sports rehabilitation educators has a positive impact on voluntary psychology. Thirdly, the attitude of sports rehabilitation educators negatively affects involuntary psychology. Fourthly, voluntary psychology positively influences career aspirations. Finally, voluntary psychology positively influences employment motivation, while conversely, involuntary psychology negatively affects employment motivation. These research results are expected to contribute to the development of sports rehabilitation education that influences career paths and employment motivation through psychological reactions.

Career Plan and Job View of the Would-be Graduates of Dept. of Dental Hygiene (학사과정 치위생학과 졸업예정자의 진로계획과 직업관)

  • This paper aims to comprehend the career plan and job view of the students of Dept. of Dental Hygiene who are expected to graduate with a bachelor of science degree, explain the characteristics of their jobs after graduation, compare them with the graduates of associate of science degree and finally give a basic data necessary for developing careers in the future. From the survey of 184 would-be graduates of Departments of Dental Hygiene at 6 universities that produce dental hygiene graduates in 2011 and 251 would-be graduates with a A.S. degree of Dept. of Dental Hygiene, whose course takes 3 years, this paper reaches the conclusion below. More graduates with B.S. degree in dental hygiene than those with a A.S. degree want to attend graduate school after graduation. It is found that most of the graduates with B.S. degree in dental hygiene wanted to work as a dental hygienist until they reach retirement age after getting a job. They favor dental hospitals, which give them a higher salary and ensure them of retirement age. They have a lower-esteemed job view: they think that their jobs are socially lower regarded, compared with graduates with a A.S. degree. It is found that those who wish to attend graduate school have lower job satisfaction than those who want to get a job after graduation. It is necessary for the educational institutes of dental hygiene to teach their graduates have a positive attitude their job and for the association to make an active effort to increase the job satisfaction of dental hygiene students as well as dental hygienists by enhancing social recognition of a dental hygiene.

고학력 중년 여성의 취업 여부에 따른 영양섭취 실태 비교

  • 본 연구는 고학력 중년 여성을 대상으로 취업 여부에 따른 영양섭취 상태의 차이를 분석하여 고학력 중년 여성의 영양 및 건강관리를 위한 대책 마련의 기초자료로 활용하고자 시행되었다. 연구 대상자의 선정은 유의추출 방법으로 전업 여성은 고학력자 비율이 높은 대전시의 일정 지역에 거주하는 기혼여성으로 하였고, 취업여성은 여러 직업의 특성으로 인한 교란(confounding)을 줄이기 위하여 고학력 여성의 비율이 높은 기혼의 교사로 한정하였다. 연령에 의한 교란을 방지하기 위하여 연령대별로 동일 비율로 무작위 추출하여 전업여성 250명, 취업여성 236명을 대상으로, 24시간 회상법을 이용하여 조사 전일 하루동안의 식이 섭취 내용을 개별 면담으로 조사하였다. 1일 영양소 섭취 조사 결과 취업여성은 전업여성에 비해 인, 비타민 B$_1$, B$_2$를, 전업여성은 취업여성에 비해 지방 및 동물성 지방, 나트륨, 비타민 C, 엽산을 많이 섭취하고 있었다. P/M/S비는 전업여성 1/1.19/1.05, 취업여성 l/l.05/0.87로 나타나 취업여성이 전업여성에 비해서, 그리고 한국인 영양권장량의 기준(1/1/1)에 비해서 포화지방의 비가 낮았다. 또한 지방 에너지 구성비도 전업여성(24.38%)이 취업여성(23.29%)에 비해 높았고, 총 열량에 대한 동물성 지방의 섭취비율이 전업여성 12.44%, 취업여성 11.46%으로 나타나 전업여성이 취업여성에 비해 동물성 지방, 포화지방비, 지방에너지 구성비가 모두 높았다. 영양권장량에 대한 영양소 섭취 백분율에서 전업여성과 취업여성 모두 칼슘과 아연을 권장량에 비해 낮게 섭취하고 있었고, 질적 영양지수(INQ)도 두 군 모두에서 칼슘이 가장 낮게 나타났다. 인의 영양밀도(Nutrient Density)가 취업주부에서 높았던 점 외에는 영양밀도와 영양소 적정섭취비(NAR) 모두에서 비타민 B$_1$, B$_2$가 전업여성에 비해 취업여성이, 비타민 C가 취업여성에 비해 전업여성이 더 높았다. 한편 두 군 모두 INQ가 가장 높은 영양소는 인이었고, INQ가 가장 낮은 영양소는 칼슘으로 나타났으며, INQ가 1 미만인 영양소는 칼슘과 함께 철분으로 나타났다. 이는 1998년도 국민건강영양조사 결과에서 45세 이상 여성의 경우 관절염, 요통.좌골통, 디스크 등 근골격계질환 유병률이 남자보다 3배정도 높게 나타난 결과에 비추어볼 때 이들 관련 영양소에 대한 섭취 방안 지도의 필요성을 제시하고 있다. 결론적으로 고학력 중년 여성중 전업여성에 대해서는 지방 특히 동물성 지방 식품 섭취에 대한 적절한 영양교육과 식사관리 지도가 요구된다 하겠다. 또한 고학력 중년 여성은 취업 여부에 관계없이 칼슘과 철분이 많이 함유된 식품으로 식사량을 증가시켜 주는 영양 지도 및 영양 보강 대책이 요구되며, 칼슘과 인의 적정섭취비가 되도록 인의 섭취를 낮추는 식생활 지도가 필요하다.

  • Existing employment information system is the result of a number of lists list exists is difficult to determine at a glance when a user searches for a desired jobs. The service used for the strengthening and enhancement of job satisfaction, job seekers in the problems of the existing system, there is a need to improve measures for improving the quality of the environment. In this paper, we developed a system using a mashup Jobs feature that allows users to easily and conveniently search the various regions, the conditions specific jobs you want on the web map. In this paper, we collect the RSS of employment related information from many employment information providers, and we have a mashup function that makes it easy and convenient to search various regional and conditional job information desired by the user on the web map I have developed a job information system that I used.

  • This study aimed to deeply understand the employment support experience of mature nursing students. We interviewed 8 mature nursing students in universities in K and D, and analyzed the data through Colaizzi's method which was one of the phenomenological research method. It was composed of 4 themes and 8 sub-themes. The participants were preparing for employment by making efforts to increase the conformity of employment conditions while facing limitations to employment such as age. In addition, they were making efforts to find employment by finding their strengths as mature students, strengthening their will to work, and building a foundation for becoming professional nurses. Therefore, it is necessary to establish an institutional foundation and develop a programme to support the employment of mature nursing students, and carry out specific and empirical follow-up studies.
