A Study on the Assessment of Current and Future directions for Clothing and Textiles (의류학의 현재와 미래의 방향에 대한 연구 -의류학과 교수의견을 중심으로-)

  • 간학문적 특성이 강한 의류학은 최근 급변하는 사회환경 즉, 학생들의 전문적 경험에 대한 요구, 패션업계와의 유기적 상호관계, 컴퓨터 등 과학기술의 발달, 사회의전문화, 세분화, 정보화, 세계화 등에 능동적으로 대처하여 의류학 졸업생들의 경쟁력을 강화시키기 위하여 보다 질적으로 향상된 의류학의 방향을 모색하도록 요구받고 있다. 따라서 본 연구의 목적은 1) 의류학의 목표는 무엇이며 현재 강조되고 있는 분야와 교과목 및 취업기회는 어떠한지, 그리고 미래에 의류학이 당면할 수 있는 문제들은 무엇인지, 2) 프로그램이 어떻게 바뀌어졌으며 앞으로 어떠한 방향으로 발전되어 갈 것인가에 대하여 연구하고자 한다. 연구방법은 전국 43개 4년제 대학의 의류학 관련 교수 110명을 대상으로 설문지법을 사용하였으녀 회수된 58부(53% 회수율)를 SAS로 통계처리하여 Likert's method of summated ratings로 분석하였다. 연구결과에 따르면 의류학의 목표가 가정중심의 복지 향상(M=2.5, SD=1.0)에서 의류학 분야의 전문인을 양성(M=4.8, SD=0.4)하는 것으로 변화하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 전반적으로 디자인 분야(M=4.8, SD=0.5)와 구성분야 (M+4.5, SD=0.7)가 풍부한 교과목과 함께 강조되고 있으며 디자인 분야의 취업성향이 가장 많은 것으로 나타났다. 교과목이 많이 증설되었으며 (특히 디자인분야) 실험실습시간이 증가되고 인접학문 교과목과 현장실습경험이 증가추세에 있는 것으로 나타났다. 앞으로 의류학의 발전을 위해 전문적 이미지 제고와 함께 졸업생의 취업기획의 증가, 의류산업체와의 인턴제도를 통한 산학협동, 그리고 컴퓨터 활용 증대 등이 요구되고 있는 것으로 나타났다.

  • 최근 청년 실업률의 증가에 따른 취업 경쟁이 날이 갈수록 심해지고 있다. 채용과정에서 면접의 비중을 높이는 기업도 갈수록 증가하고 있다. 또한 대기업에서는 면접의 객관성을 확보하기 위해 AI 면접을 도입했다. 이러한 면접의 도입으로 인해 취업 준비생들의 면접 준비에 드는 비용 부담이 증가하였다. 최근 AI분야에서 음성 인식과 자연어 처리에 대한 개발이 활발히 이루어지고 있다. 본 논문은 녹음된 면접 음성을 음성 인식 기술 중 STT(Speech To Text) 와 TTS(Text To Speech)를 활용하여 면접의 음성을 문자로, 면접 질문의 문장을 음성으로 변환한다. 또한 자연어 처리 및 감성어 사전(KNU)을 활용하여 면접 문장의 형태소 분석하고 긍정 및 부정 단어별 정보를 시각화 하여 나타낼 수 있게 구현하였다.

Influences of Coffee Education Service Quality on Educational Satisfaction, Intention to Recommend, and Job Preparatory Behavior : Focusing on Job Searchers in the Tourism and Hospitality Industry (커피교육서비스 품질이 교육만족도, 추천의도, 취업준비행동에 미치는 영향 :관광·외식분야 취업준비생을 대상으로)

  • This study aims to verify the influence of coffee education service quality recognized by trainees wishing to get a job at coffee-related companies on job preparation behavior through education satisfaction and recommendation intention. In order to achieve the research purpose, this study posited five research hypotheses based on relative literature and also established a research model with the five hypotheses. This study shows the following research results. First, the study found that coffee education service quality had a positive and significant impact on education satisfaction. Second, the study found that educational satisfaction had a positive and significant impact on recommendation intention. Third, the study found that educational satisfaction had a positive and significant impact on job preparation behavior. Fourth, the study found that education satisfaction had a positive and significant impact on the effect of coffee education service quality on recommendation intention. Fifth, the study found that education satisfaction had a positive and significant impact on the effect of coffee education service quality on employment recommendation intention. Such findings of this study imply practical suggestions that the characteristics of a wide range of trainees in the study of coffee education service quality and satisfaction, and provide practical suggestions to help improve the future direction of education services and competitiveness of coffee education institutions.

The Factors of the Acquisition of Qualifications and the Employment and Wage Effects of the Acquisition of Qualifications (자격취득의 결정요인 및 취업·임금효과)

  • In knowledge-based economy where the human capital has an strong compatibilities, the life cycle of technologies and skills get shorter, and the mobility of labor get greater, the role of the signal system of qualifications have greater importance. This article used the KLIPS(Korean Labor Institute Panel Study) data, and analysed the factors of the acquisition of qualifications and the employment and wage effects of the acquisition of qualifications by fixed effects logit model and random effects model. The lower school stratification acquired the more qualifications, and in the case of men the unemployed one acquired the more qualifications. The employment effects of the acquisition of qualifications are significant at first year and second year in women, but the men's of the employment effects of acquisition of qualifications are not significant. The wage effects of the acquisition of qualifications are not significant. The results of the regression suggest that in Korea the signal system of qualifications do not working, and that the qualifications in Korea need to reform.

  • As the competition among college graduates in the job market keeps getting intense, the educators' role of preparing students to get well adapted to the job environments should be more emphasized. However, in reality, many firms admit that many entry-level employees out of college need to be reeducated in a variety of areas. To resolve this problem, the current paper aims to propose some suggestions for a better school curriculum that reflects the needs and demands of the industry. The present proposal is based on my empirical knowledge from the department of computer science of the college where I am teaching and can be applied to other colleges. The suggestions for restructuring of a curriculum are expected to help students actively deal with the trend of developing technology. This restructured curriculum should help colleges produce workers with a good balance of academy and industry who can be assigned to work without being reeducated in the field.

  • This research examines the sustainable mutual growth of academia and industry regarding human resource cultivation and recruitment of local communities. at the beginning of regularized survival competitions and university innovations according to University Basic Competence Evaluations and etc., This research considers the substantive effect of educational resources of universities on recruitment rates in the pursuit of enhancing university-industry cooperation. Therefore, to identify factors of recruitment rates, we employ a university-wise index based on a quantitative index of educational resources of universities. Regarding study methods, set-up and verification of hypothesis, empirical analysis, descriptive statistics analysis, and correlation analysis are used to identify the correlation between dependent variables and independent variables based on the three sub-indexes of open records at Higher Education including educational environments, educational finances, and research achievements. Implications were derived from multiple regression analysis results regarding education conditions and recruitment rates, educational finances and recruitment rates, and research achievement and recruitment rates. This research can be extended to predict regional university recruitment rates with empirical analysis considering regional characteristics.

  • Due to quantitative growth focused on short-term field placement and excessive competition between universities, the need for long-term field placement model is increasing and participation of government and universities is increasing for effective on-the-job training. In order to solve the problems of shortage of R&D manpower in small and medium sized companies, Kumoh Institute of Technology and three participating universities have been conducting industrial internship as R&D long-term field placement program from 2015. Students undertake long-term on-the-job training in the R & D department for six months to improve their R & D skills and strengthen their work capacity. In this paper, we propose effective ways of stimulating cooperative employment through long-term field placement in R&D departments from pre-preparation stage to ending stage through comparative analysis of cases of industrial internship in 2015 and 2016.

  • In order to support women with career breaks to re-enter the labor market, it is not only necessary to discover and select promising jobs, but also to provide objective and accurate job information on selected promising jobs so that women with career breaks can make reasonable career choices. need arises. It can be pointed out that the government support course has no burden of tuition compared to the general course, and because the quality of education is high, it is possible to select trainees with a high willingness to find employment through competition in the recruitment process. In addition, the government support process secures relatively high-quality programs and instructors, increasing trainees' concentration, satisfaction, and willingness to find a job. Job literacy and employment preparation education are obligatory, job design support through job counseling, and continuous follow-up support. The system also works. Accordingly, if systematic and continuous development and support are made in the process of selecting promising occupations for women with career breaks and designing education and training programs, it is expected that women with career breaks will be more active in their re-entry into the labor market.

  • 최근 UCC 열풍이 급속도로 전국을 강타하고 있다. UCC는 단순한 재미와 정보제공 차원을 넘어 최근에는 취업의 벽을 뚫기 위한 유용한 도구로 사용되고 있다. UCC를 활용한 톡톡 튀는 이력서가 기업체 인사담당자들 사이에서도 ‘효과 만점’의 전략으로 통하고 있다고 한다. 따라서 최근 시중에는 동영상 기능이 강화된 디지털카메라, 캠코더, 폰 카메라 등 다양한 기종들이 선보이고 있다. UCC 이용자를 잡기 위한 IT 업체들의 경쟁 또한 더욱 치열해질 전망이다.

  • 본 논문에서는 전문대학 교육역량강화사업의 일환으로 수행된 교수의 산업체현장연수가 수업에 미치는 영향을 설문을 통해 분석하였다. 최근 활발하게 전개되고 있는 산학협력활동 중에 교수의 산업체현장에서의 재교육 차원의 연수는 학생들의 취업, 현장실습, 교수의 연구활동, 기술지도 등 지역대학의 내실을 기하고 경쟁력 기반구축과 밀접한 연관성이 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한 지속적인 교수 산업체현장연수를 통해 전문대학 학생의 수업 만족도 및 현장적응능력을 향상시켜 현장중심교육으로 접근함을 알 수 있었다.
