Causal Role of Emotionally based Satisfaction and Service Reputation in Explaining Relationship between Service Quality, Satisfaction and Service Loyalty in Mobile Telecommunication Company (이동통신사의 서비스품질과 만족 및 서비스충성도 관계에서 감정적 만족과 서비스명성의 인과적 역할)

  • The purpose of this paper is to identify the causal role both emotionally based satisfaction and service reputation by examining the relationships among each dimensions of service quality, cognitive satisfaction, emotionally based satisfaction, service reputation and service loyalty in mobile telecommunication company. The results of the study are as follows: First, conviction quality had not influence on both cognitive satisfaction and emotionally based satisfaction, but tangibles quality had more influence on cognitive satisfaction than emotionally based satisfaction and responsiveness quality had more influence on emotionally based satisfaction than cognitive satisfaction. It found that there was a significant positive relationship between dimensions of the service quality, cognitive satisfaction and emotionally based satisfaction, and dimensions of the service quality affect satisfaction either directly or indirectly through emotion. Second, consumer satisfaction had more effect on service loyalty through service reputation than direct effect. Therefore, service loyalty can be build by increasing emotionally based satisfaction and service reputation to customer who is perceived as good service.

  • Korea's social economy promotion policy is a government-led policy, and its success or failure depends on how well it is known to the residents. The Jeonnam Social Economy Internet Shopping Mall was also established as a government-led road, but its popularity is low. This study examines the influence between reliability and loyalty of the 'Jeonnam Social Economy Shopping Mall'. 267 samples were used and verified with the SPSS 22.0 program. As a result of the study, the characteristics of shopping malls had a significant effect on customer trust and loyalty, and played a mediating role between reliability and loyalty. The residential area and the purpose of purchase had a moderating effect. The limitation of research is that comparative research with other shopping malls is insufficient. In the future, comparative evaluation should be carried out in relation to research on social economy enterprise products by region.

The Effect of Global Retailer's Service Marketing Mix on Local Customers' Satisfaction and Loyalty Behaviors (글로벌 소매상의 서비스 마케팅믹스 요인이 고객만족 및 충성도에 미치는 영향)

  • This paper attempts to analyze the influences of Korean global retailer's service marketing mix on local customers' satisfaction and their loyalty behaviors. Based on a literature review, three hypotheses are putting forward. The data from 139 customers in Weihai, China were used to test these hypotheses. This paper used Structural Equation Modeling to identify the relationship among the service marketing mix, the customer satisfaction and the customer loyalty behaviors. According to the empirical analysis, this study showed satisfactory data-fit of the proposed model and supported two of the three hypotheses. The empirical results indicated that the service marketing mix factors except the promotion factor take significant effect on the local customer satisfaction, and this in turn have influence on the customer loyalty behaviors. The result shows that Korean global retailers will need to leverage service marketing mix strategically when entering China. Practical implications of these findings needs to be considered for the global retailer to establish an effective marketing strategy.

  • Despite the recent social interest, academic discussions about life culture festival in Korea are still not actively discussed. Therefore, on this study we intends to conduct an empirical analysis on the satisfaction, loyalty, and effects of life culture festival by using structural equation model. Before the analysis, we reviewed conceptual definitions about life culture and its previous studies for set up detailed factors to be used for. This study is based on the survey which distributed in 2016 Bucheon City life culture festival "DaRak". With collected survey, we analyzed data by using structural equation model. As a results, festival loyalty shows significant impact on festival effects(0.92). Both program factor(0.59) and operation-information factor(0.29) also shows significant result about festival effects as lower factor of festival satisfaction, but its only when they mediated by festival loyalty factor.

A Study on Gender Differences in the Effects of Reviews, Inquiries, and Bargains on Loyalty: Focusing on Chinese Consumers (후기, 문의, 흥정이 충성도에 미치는 영향의 성별 차이에 관한 연구: 중국 소비자를 중심으로)

  • Recently, the amount of money that foreigners buy from online shopping sites in Korea has been increasing, especially by Chinese consumers. In this study, we researched the effects of Chinese consumers' reviews, inquiries, and bargains on loyalty, and how these effects differ by gender so that Korean online sellers can take advantage of these opportunities. In order to verify the research model, a survey was conducted on Chinese consumers with online purchasing experience and 231 valid samples were collected and analyzed. As results, reviews, inquiries, and bargaining had the positive impacts on the loyalty of Chinese consumers. The impact of reviews on loyalty was higher in women, and the impact of inquiries and bargains on loyalty was higher in men. This study can help Korean online sellers effectively respond to Chinese consumers' reviews, inquiries, and bargains needs. This study, also, can help they understand and deal with the difference between the effect on reviews to women and the effect of inquiries and bargaining to men.

  • 제품의 편익이나 기능 뿐 아니라 소비자가 필요로 하는 감성의 자극이 충족 될 때 브랜드에 대한 신뢰와 만족도는 더욱 높아진다. 본 연구는 선행 문헌 고찰을 통해 스마트폰 브랜드에 대한 사용자의 감성적 경험 가치가 브랜드 충성도에 영향을 미친다는 가설을 도출하고, 국내에서 선호도가 높은 3개의 스마트폰 브랜드를 대상으로 실증적인 분석을 하여 이를 검증 하였다. 그 결과 감성적 경험가치가 브랜드의 만족도와 충성도에 영향을 미침으로써 성공적인 브랜드로 연결되는 중요한 요인임을 확인하였고, 이를 토대로 현 브랜드들이 소비자와의 감성 교감을 통해 브랜드의 감성가치를 향상시키고 브랜드 성공으로 가기 위한 자료로 활용되기를 기대한다.

Influences of Public Library Service Quality on User Satisfaction and Loyalty (공공도서관의 서비스품질이 이용자만족도와 충성도에 미치는 영향)

  • This study investigates the influences of the service qualify of public libraries, including printed publications, internet and electronic materials, culture programs and. service, library environment and facilities, and library staff, on the general satisfaction of the users, complaining intentions, and loyalty including reuse intentions. It develops a library user satisfaction model and testifies it through path analysis using questionnaires from 443 public library users in Daegu Metropolitan City area. This study shows that service qualities of printed publications, culture programs and service, library environment and facilities, and library staff Influence significantly on the general satisfaction of the users, and that service quality of library environment and facilities is the major variable which influences satisfaction and loyalty of the public library.

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the mediating role of trust and relational commitment on capital area and non capital area coffee shop. In order to meet its purpose, we surveyed 264 customers who visited coffee shop in capital area and non capital area. The results are as follows: First, trust was played a mediator role between a brand image and relational commitment. Second, Relational commitment was played a mediating role between trust and brand loyalty. Third, Trust and relational commitment was played a mediator role between brand image and brand loyalty.

  • 본 연구의 목적은 온라인 스포츠용품 이용고객들을 대상으로 사회적 실재감, 웹사이트 명성, 상호작용성과 고객신뢰, 관계몰입 및 고객충성도와의 구조적관계를 규명하는 것이다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여 P, U광역시 및 K도에 소재한 5개 대학에서 편의표본추출법을 이용하여 최종 458명을 유효 표본으로 선정하였으며 본 연구의 자료로 이용하였다. 본 연구에서는 SPSS WIN 14.0 통계 패키지와 AMOS 7.0프로그램을 활용하여 빈도분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 상관관계분석, 확인적 요인분석, 구조방정식 모형분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구에서 얻은 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 온라인 스포츠용품 이용고객의 사회적 실재감, 웹사이트 명성, 상호작용성은 고객신뢰에 유의한 영향을 미친 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 온라인 스포츠용품 이용고객의 사회적 실재감, 웹사이트 명성, 상호작용성은 유의한 영향을 미친 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 고객신뢰는 고객충성도(재구매의도, 구전의도)에 유의한 영향을 미친 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 관계몰입은 고객충성도(재구매의도, 구전의도)에 유의한 영향을 미친 것으로 나타났다.

A study on library users' loyalty with users' satisfaction as a moderating variable: K university case (도서관 이용자 만족도를 매개변수로 하는 이용자 충성도에 관한 연구 : K대학 사례)

  • Universities are places where the knowledge and information of various areas is created and shared, and the libraries of the universities are main places for providing education services. In this study, we survey the students of K university on the satisfactions on offering contents, environment/facilities and library service, users' satisfaction, and users' loyalty. Structural equation models are used in order to verify whether the users' satisfactions on offering contents, environment/facilities and library service are both directly and indirectly effective on users' loyalty with users' satisfaction as a moderating variable. The results show that the satisfaction on offering contents is both directly and indirectly effective on the loyalty and that the satisfactions on environment/facilities and library service are not indirectly effective but directly effective on the loyalty.
