The study for soil has been conducted separately by several areas such as soil mechanics and soil chemistry. Soil is important in terms of prediction of how the plant grow with nutrient requirement. Also, soil is important for machines to work on to solve labor shortage and save farmers from harsh environment during farm work. To meet diverse needs related to soil in agriculture, the soil related study needs to be conducted synthetically. Thus, we tried to obtain the data related to soil chemistry including pH and Electrical Conductivity (EC) with data related to soil mechanics including Cone Index (CI), moisture content, soil classification. Specifically, the condition of the field was set to be cultivated at least for five years continuously at a first step. The soil was taken from 30 sites. CI was obtained using the soil penetrometer and soil classification was conducted using sieve analysis with eight kinds of sieve. The soil was taken on December when is during winter in Korea. There was variation of data including moisture content and CI.

최근 모바일 기기 및 소셜 미디어 서비스의 발전으로 인해, 콘텐츠 추천 기법에 대한 연구들이 진행되고 있다. 그러한 콘텐츠 추천 기법들은 일반적으로 취업 큐레이션 시스템에 적용된다. 대부분의 기존 대학 교육 콘텐츠 추천 기법은 해당 학생의 학교, 전공 등을 바탕으로 가장 많이 수강한 과목만을 추천하기 때문에 각 학생이 원하는 취업의 형태나 분야 등이 고려되지 않는다. 본 논문에서는 취업 큐레이션 시스템 기반의 개인 맞춤형 교육 콘텐츠 추천 기법을 제안한다. 제안하는 기법은 사용자가 취업 큐레이션 시스템에서 활동한 내용을 바탕으로 사용자가 원하는 취업 형태와 취업 분야를 분석하여 관심 기업을 도출한다. 제안하는 기법은 도출된 관심 기업을 바탕으로 관심 기업에 취업한 졸업생들의 신뢰도와 유사도를 측정하여 참고할만한 졸업생을 선정하고 협업 필터링을 통해 사용자에게 맞춤형 교과목, 비교과목, 자율 활동 목록을 추천한다.

Isoflavones found in soybeans are present as glycosides and aglycones, which differ according to their chemical structure. The absorption rate and bioavailability of aglycones are greater than those of glycosides. It is known that aglycone isoflavones in soybean was converted from glycoside isoflavones by activating of endogenous β-glucosidase under drying (40~60℃) conditions after soaking. In this study, we compared and analyzed the proximate composition and isoflavone contents of soybean powders prepared under dried after soaking were analyzed. In the comparison of the proximate compositions, the moisture contents of white soybean powder dried after soaking (WSPDS) and black soybean powder dried after soaking (BSPDS) were decreased as compared with those of the control white soybean powder (CWSP) and control black soybean powder (CBSP). Whereas the contents of other proximate compositions were increased. The aglycone isoflavone contents were higher in WSPDS than in CWSP. Whereas the aglycone isoflavone contents of BSPDS had a similar content those of CBSP because of the component characteristics of black soybean. In conclusion, we believe that it is appropriate to identify and utilize the component characteristics of soybean varieties in order to induce an increase in the functional component content of soybeans under drying conditions after soaking.

This study demonstrated the effects of extracts from the mushroom Keumsa sangwhang(Phellinus linteus) (KPLE) on fasting glucose and cholesterol levels in human blood. In this double-blind, placebo-controlled human intervention study, healthy volunteers were randomized to receive 3.3 g of KPLE (n=31) or placebo (n=31) per day by oral administration for 8 weeks. The cholesterol and fasting serum glucose levels were evaluated before and after treatment. The fasting serum glucose level was significantly decreased by KPLE administration (p<0.01), but the total cholesterol, triglyceride, HDLcholesterol and LDL-cholesterol concentrations did not change. This study suggests a possibility that KPLE may be useful as a functional food for the prevention of diabetes mellitus.

우리나라 지역발전정책은 80년대 들어서 심화된 국토불균형 문제를 해소하기 위하여 지역경제 활성화 및 지방투자 촉진 목적의 다양한 정책 수단을 마련하면서 본격화 되었다. 수도권 소재 기업의 지방 이전을 위한 각종 법률과 제도가 제정 시행된 결과 일정 부분 성공했다는 평가가 있다. 충북지역 역시 수도권 소재 기업의 유치를 위하여 다양한 노력을 기울이고 있다. 이러한 중앙정부와 지방정부의 다양한 노력 결과, 2000년 이후에 충북으로 이전한 총수는 약 170여개 기업 정도가 되었다. 이들 기업은 업종별이나 지역별 등과 같은 그 구성 비율로 볼 때 고르지 못한 면이 있다. 예를 들어 기업의 지역별 이전기업 수를 보면 충주 46개, 청원 28개 기업으로 주로 충북 북부지역과 중부권에 집중되어 있고 영동과 보은 등의 남부권으로 이전한 기업은 거의 없어, 균형 개발 차원에서 남부 3군(옥천 포함)에 대한 충북도 차원의 지원이 필요할 것으로 보인다.

인류의 소중한 문화유산인 '직지'가 지난 4월 유네스코로부터 세계기록유산분야 최초의 시상제도인 '직지상'으로 제정된 것을 기념하기 위한 경축 세미나가 지난 6월 4일 오후 청주 고인쇄박물관 세미나실에서 열렸다. 이날 세미나의 제1주제는 허권 유네스코 문화팀장이 '직지상 의미와 전망'을 주제로 발표하고 김승환 충북대 교수의 사회로 황재봉 시의원, 임병무 충북일보 논설위원이 토론을 벌였다. 이어 제2주제로 박조원 한국문화정책연구원의 '직지상 제정과 세계화 추진'이란 주제발표와 전순동 충북대 교수의 사회로 강형기 충북대 교수의 박종관 충북민예총 사무처장이 토론을 벌였다. 제3주제는 노영민 국회의원이 '국가차원의 직지문화정책과 지원방안'이란 주제발표를 한데 이어 이동주 직지세계화추진단장, 남윤성 청주문화방송 특집부장의 토론이 있었다. 다음은 노영민 의원이 발표한 내용을 요약 소개한다.
