현재 다양한 시각 프로그래밍 시스템과 다이어그램을 사용하는 모델링 도구가 증가하고 있다. 이러한 도구에서 사용되는 각 그래픽 요소들은 매우 다양하고, 동일한 형태라도 의미가 다르며, 각 그래픽 요소들이 연결될 수 있는 형태가 다르기 때문에 범용적인 그래픽 편집기를 개발하기 어렵다. 본 논문은 다양한 시각 프로그래밍 언어에 적용가능한 편집기를 개발하기 위해 시각적인 표현에 필요한 기본적인 기능을 제공하는 추상적 시각 프로그래밍 편집기와 각 시각적 프로그래밍 언어마다 의미하는 그래픽 요소를 생성하는 토큰편집기를 가진 추상적인 시각 프로그래밍 시스템을 제안한다. 사용자는 제안한 시스템을 이용하여 각 언어별로 알맞은 명시적 시각 프로그래밍 편집기의 생성이 가능하다. 또한. 모든 명시적 시각 프로그래밍 편집기는 플랫폼에 독립적인 형태로 생성이 가능하다.

This study examines' form 'and' color 'by paying attention to the art of emotional game, which is directed toward abstract, as opposed to the game' s art is directed toward concept. First, the form and color were quantitatively analyzed through the researcher model and the NCS color system, and the result was derived as 'abstract' and color as 'pastel ash'. Based on the results, he insists that 'emotion' game is oriented to abstract form and plane color, and supports the claim through the boring almost abstract impulse and Baudrillard's pastel order.

시정조치는 구체적(具體的)인 사실에 대한 법집행으로서의 행정처분으로서 구체적인 성격을 가져야 하는 것이므로, 단순히 추상적(추상적)인 법을 선언하는 내용의 시정조치는 시정조치로서의 적격(적격)을 가지고 있다고 할 수 없으며, 근거법규에서 ''위반할 우려가 있는 경우''도 시정조치를 할 수 있도록 규정하고 있는 경우가 아닌 한, 공정위에게 예방적 목적의 시정조치를 할 권한은 없다고 할 것이다. 그러나 공정거래법상의 ''기타 필요한 조치''란 공정위에게 재량적권이 주어진 것으로서, 구체적으로 어떠한 형태의 조치가 시정조치로서 허용될 것인가 여부는 국민의 기본권, 헌법상의 경제질서 등을 기초로 하여 적법$\cdot$타당한 재량판단에 의하여 결정되어야 할 것이고, 궁극적으로 법원과 헌법재판소에 의하여 그 한계가 결정될 성질의 것이다.

By analyzing abstract book cover design, this study aims to examine the applicability of the semiotic methodology of Roland Barthes and to conduct a preference survey of how people would accept it. The selected books for the study are and published in Openbooks publishing company to mark the 30^th anniversary of the opening. The research results are as follows. First, it was confirmed that Roland Barthes' semiotic approach is a suitable tool for identifying the symbolic phenomena of visual elements that constitute abstract book cover design. Second, people were well informed of what the abstract form of design conveys, but they showed personal differences in preference, making it difficult to achieve clear results. This study, together with the importance of the internal meaning that appears in the book cover design, gives graphic designers an indication that interaction between the communicator and the acceptor should be sought.

노동계급은 다양한 형태의 내적 이질성을 지니고 있으며, 신자유주의 경제정책과 구조조정 과정에서 고용형태에 따른 이질성은 계급균열로 발달하며 노동계급 내적 이질성 논의의 핵심을 구성하게 되었다. 국내의 선행 연구들도 정규직과 비정규직 사이의 물질적 존재조건의 양극화 추세와 사회적 관계의 위계적 배제적 성격을 확인해 주고 있다. 하지만 정규직과 비정규직 사이의 계급균열이 극복되고 노동계급의 내적 통합과 계급형성 과정을 이룰 수 있는지에 대한 논의로 발전하지는 못했다. 본 연구는 계급균열의 극복과 노동계급 통합의 가능성을 검토하기 위해 계급균열의 핵심인 비정규직 노동자 문제를 둘러싼 정규직 비정규직의 의식 수준의 비교연구를 실시한다. 본 연구는 민주노총 공공운수연맹 노동조합원들에 대한 설문조사와 심층면접 연구를 통해 계급균열의 존재를 확인하고 그 원인과 의미를 분석하였다. 첫째, 정규직과 비정규직 노동자들은 비정규직 문제에 대한 인식을 공유하고 있지만 구체적 해결책에 대해서는 입장 차이를 보임으로써 고용형태에 따른 계급균열은 존재하며, 경제위기 이후에도 해소되지 않고 고착화되고 있음을 확인시켜 주었다. 둘째, 고용형태에 따른 계급내적 균열이 비정규직 문제 인식과 추상적 원칙 수준에서는 유의미한 의식 차이를 보이지 않지만 비정규직 문제 해결을 위한 구체적 해결책에 대해 유의미한 입장 차이를 보이는 것은 정규직과 비정규직 사이의 물질적 이해관계의 차이 때문이다. 정규직 노동자들은 비정규직 노동자들의 고용안정성과 노동조건의 개선을 허용하더라도 자신들의 이해관계가 위협받지 않는 수준에서 이루어져야 한다고 보는 것이다. 셋째, 정규직 노동자들이 추상적 원칙 수준에서는 비정규직 노동자들과 동질성을 보이지만 구체적 대안에서 차별성을 보이는 것은 정규직 노동자들의 의식의 양면성을 표현하는 것이며, 물질적 이해관계에 기초한 개인적 수준의 합리성과 계급적 원칙에 기초한 계급적 수준의 합리성이 갈등하고 있는 것이다. 넷째, 정규직 노동자들의 주관성 속에서 개인적 합리성과 계급적 합리성이 갈등하는 정도는 노동조합 가입 여부 및 소속 노동조합의 정체성, 즉 이익집단 정체성 혹은 계급조직 정체성에 의해 결정된다. 여기에 계급조직 정체성을 지닌 민주노조들이 노동계급 계급균열을 극복하고 계급형성을 이루는데 기여할 수 있다는 실천적 함의가 있다.

일반 가정에 인터넷 서비스를 제공하는 가입자 망은 다양한 종류의 접속방식과 이기종의 장비를 이용하여 일반 가정 가입자에게 단일 형태의 서비스를 제공하고 있다. 그리고 가입자 망의 접속방식에는 망의 종류에 따라서 ADSL, VDSL, DOCSIS 등 다양한 형태가 있다. 이러한 여러 가지 형태를 가지며 분산되어 있는 가입자 망을 효율적이며 집중화된 형태로 관리하기 위해서는 다양한 형태의 접속방식을 지원하는 이기종 장비 및 단말들의 상위 개념으로서 추상적이며 논리적인 객체 관리모델이 필요하다. 본 논문은 통합된 가입자망관리를 가능하게 하는 인터넷 가입자 망에 대한 계층적 모델링 구조를 제시하였다. 그리고 UML 에 근거한 객체지향 방법론을 이용하여 가입자망의 예로서 DOCSIS 의 케이블데이터 가입자망과 VDSL 가입자망에 대하여 관리모델을 적용하였다.

다양한 형태로 이루어진 가입자 망은 접속방식별로 이기종(異機種)의 장비를 이용하여 가입자에게 단일 형태의 초고속 인터넷 서비스를 제공하고 있다. 전국에 분산된 가입자 망을 효과적이며 집중화된 형태로 관리하기 위해서 다양한 형태의 접속방식을 지원하는 이기종 장비 및 단말들의 상위 개념으로서 추상적이며 논리적인 객체 관리모델이 필요하다. 본 논문은 RM-ODP를 이용하여 통합된 계층적 망관리를 가능하게 하는 인터넷 가입자 망에 대한 모델링 구조를 제시하였다.

This study examined how the characteristics of abstractive form among various contenporary housing architecture have been expressed. The conclusions were: First, abstractive characteristics and types related to from expression of contemporary housing architectures were minimal form and absolute form of geometrical abstraction, plastic form and atypical form of expressive abstraction and mechanical aesthetics of industrial abstraction. Second, the typological form expression characteristics in minimal expression related to geometrical abstraction were simplicity, purity, and the properties of matter, and the characteristics in absolute expression were overlapping, obliqueness and dispensability. On the other hand, plasticity and mobility of materials were distinctive in plastic form expression, and inclination, curve and asymmetry were distinctive in atypical expression. The distinctive nature of mechanical aesthetics related to industrial abstraction included transparency, simplicity and. the properties of matter Funhermore, the study aimed at the understanding of various from expressions showed up in contemporary housing architecture, revealing the aspects of abstractive form expression characteristics.

This paper analyzed the linguistic origin of the korean plant's name to give the better understanding of korean plants through the botanical names of native plants. In this study, a book "Flora of Korean" was used for analyzing plant's names. Some of the results were summerized as follows. Names of native plants in Korea were derived from animal and botanical were highest rate as 23.6 percent. And another names were composed of form of plants, local region, imagination, human beings and appearance of plant, each rate was 19.6 percent, 17.9 percent, 15.0 percent, 14.2 percent and 8.3 percent, respectively. Although the rate of name derived from botanical components was lowest, the number was 75.

서비스 지향 아키텍쳐(SOA: Service Oriented Architecture)는 기업의 모든 컴퓨팅 자원을 서비스제공 및 사용체계로 전환하게 함으로써, 복잡하고 다양한 시스템간의 유기적인 결합과 IT 자원의 활용율을 극대화시킬 수 있는 프레임워크이다. SOA 시스템을 구현하기에 가장 적합한 체계로써, 웹 서비스 표준이 제시되고 있는데, 이는 웹 서비스가 서비스 기술, 발견, 활용에 있어 SOA의 기본 사상을 충분히 반영하고 있기 때문이다. 웹 서비스의 현실적 적용을 위해 가장 중요한 요소는 웹 서비스의 품질보장이며, 이를 위해 OASIS 국제표준기구의 WSQM 기술위원회에서는 WSQM(Web Service Quality Model) 스펙을 제시하였다. WSQM은 웹 서비스 품질요소와 품질관계자, 그리고 그들간의 품질행위를 추상적 관점에서 모델링하고 있다. 여기서, 특히 품질요소는 웹 서비스의 품질 상태를 직접 표현한다는 측면에서 가장 중요한 항목이라 할 수 있다. 하지만, WSQM에서는 모델링에 중점을 두고 있으므로, 현실세계에서 웹 서비스 품질요소의 값을 구체적이고, 표준화된 형태로 표현하기 위해서는 웹서비스 품질기술언어와 같은 XML 형태의 정규화된 형태가 제시되어야한다. 본 논문에서는 이를 작성하기 위한 기본 개념과 이를 적용한 웹 서비스 품질기술언어의 구성항목에 대해 설명하고자 한다.
