New Performance Evaluation Method of Focused Ultrasonic Transducers By Using Virtual 3D Graphic (가상 3D 그래픽을 이용한 집속형 초음파 탐촉자 성능평가 방법)

  • The performance of ultrasonic testing systems for industrial or medical purpose largely depends on the performance of ultrasonic transducers. Generally, the information about an ultrasonic transducer performance characteristics are expressed by the ultrasonic R/F signal back from a reflector and its frequency characteristics in the data sheet provided by manufacturers. In case of focused ultrasonic transducers, the two pieces of information can, however, hardly assure that the focused ultrasonic transducer would produce well-focused C-scan images. Therefore, we propose the measured size of focal spot and the reconstructed shape of effective focal zone in the focused sound field as novel measures for the performance evaluation of the focused ultrasonic transducers. The process of getting the both measures of the transducers is conducted by the implemented software including sound field scanning and virtual 3D reconstruction functions which requires the echo of a point reflector. The proposed method could, otherwise impossible in the existing method, effectively and simply distinguish superior ones among many transducers made in the same specification and be also used to detect the performance degradation due to the aging of the transducers. Eventually, the quality of performance of the ultrasonic testing systems for industrial or medical purpose is secured.

A Basic Study for Development of the Korean Anger Provoking Situation Scale for Youth (한국판 청소년 분노유발상황 척도 개발을 위한 기초연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to provide basic data for the development of the anger provoking situation scale using the mixed research method. For this purpose, three research methods were used: content analysis of domestic and international anger-inducing situation scale, NAS-PI factor and reliability analysis of youth anger-provoking scale, and FGI with youth expert. In the results of NAS-PI, there were four categories of 'unrespectful treatment', 'unfairness', 'annoying traits of others', and 'irritation' except 'frustration' among five categories. The results of the FGI consisted of seven categories: 'rejection', 'physical and verbal violence', 'ignorance', 'frustration', 'control and restraint', 'rumination', and 'interpersonal relationship'. As a result of integrating these contents, it is finally possible to reconstruction in to seven categories such as 'unfairness', 'injustice', 'ignorance', 'control and restraint', 'ignorance', 'frustration' 'interpersonal relationship'. The meaning of this study is to provide the basic data for the development of the anger provoking situation scale for domestic adolescents by integrating the contents analysis and quantitative and qualitative researches of domestic and international anger provoking situation scale. The results of this study are as follows. First, it is necessary to study the anger provoking situations reflecting sociocultural context, and to develop the reliability and validity of the anger provoking situation scale.

Influence of Socially-Prescribed Perfectionism on Social anxiety and Depression in Academic High School Students: Mediation Effects of Self-focused Attention and Self-Criticism (인문계 고등학생의 사회부과 완벽주의가 우울과 사회불안에 미치는 영향: 자기초점적 주의와 자기비난의 매개효과)

  • The study examined the influence of socially-prescribed perfectionism (SPP) on depression and social anxiety, and further investigated the mediating effects of self-focused attention and self-criticism. The questionnaires designed to measure multidimensional perfectionism, social anxiety, depression, self-focused attention, self-criticism scale for adolescents were administered twice at an interval of three weeks to 273 students (83 men, 190 women) enrolled at high schools in Gyeonggi-do Province. The findings for the present study were as follows. First, SPP, depression, social anxiety, self-focused attention, and self-criticism showed all positive correlations. Second, the mediation effect from the SPP to depression via self-focused attention was statistically significant, whereas the indirect effect from the SPP to depression via self-criticism was not. Third, the pattern in depression was the same in social anxiety. The results provide indirect support for the social anxiety cognitive model (Clark & Wells) with regards to social anxiety particularly in Korean high school students. Finally, the implications and limitations of this study and suggestions for future research were discussed.

  • 건물의 평면 디자인이나 도로의 디자인과 같은, 보행자를 고려해야 하는 디자인 혹은 그와 유사한 문제의 최적화를 위해서 군중 시뮬레이션이 필요한 경우가 있다. 이때 보행자 에이전트에 대한 모델이 필요하며 에이전트 디자인을 얼마나 신중하게 하느냐가 군중시뮬레이션의 결과에 많은 영향을 미친다. 기존의 보행자 모델은 에이전트로 하여금 이성적 행동을 하도록 하는 데에 초점이 맞추어져 있었다. 하지만 사람은 심리경향을 갖고 있으며, 이를 고려한 보행자 모델은 좀 더 현실과 가까운 군중 시뮬레이션이 가능하도록 해 준다. 본 논문에서는 MBTI(Myers-Briggs Type Indicator)의 척도 중 하나인 외향과 내향 척도를 기존의 보행자 모델에 적용시켰다. 외향과 내향을 하나의 변수로 보고 그에 따른 행동 패턴의 결정에 대한 함수를 만들었다. 그리고 이 모델을 사용하여 2 차원의 군중시뮬레이션을 해 보았다. 이 시뮬레이션은 출구를 가지고 있는 평면구조를 사용하여 위급한 상황일 때를 가정하여 에이전트들이 출구로 빠져나가도록 하는 것이다.

Development of Clinical Competency Self-Report Scale for Clinical Satisfaction of Occupational Therapy Student (작업치료대학생의 실습만족을 위한 임상수행능력 자기보고식 척도 개발)

  • This study is aimed to develop and validate the clinical competence scale of occupational therapy student. The development of clinical competence scale analyzed the definition of clinical performance and previous studies. preliminary examinations were conducted on 203 occupational therapy departments in 3rd and 4th grade to verify item analysis and job validity. After exploratory factor analysis, eight factors of professional consciousness, 11 items of occupational therapy evaluation factors, 4 items of occupational therapy intervention factors, and 4 items of communication factors were extracted into a total of 27 factors. As a result of verifying the reliability of each factor through the internal consistency coefficient Cronbach's α, it was found to be .87~.94 and the overall reliability was .96. The correlation between the total score and the factors of the clinical competence scale was statistically significant. Through the confirmatory factor analysis, the model fit test of the factor structure for 27 items of 4 factors (χ2=.76, df = .31, CFI = .81, TLI = .80, RMSEA = .79) is considered acceptable. Through this study, The clinical competence scale is a valid and reliable scale that can be useful for objectively assessing.

Developing the Self-Reporting Scale of Community Integration for the Person with Psychiatiric Disabilities (정신장애인의 자기보고식 지역사회통합 척도 개발)

  • This study aims to develop a valid self-report scale for the community integration of persons with psychiatric disabilities. To this end, conducted were in-depth interviews with individuals with psychiatric disabilities, consultation with experts, and a survey. First, literature review and the in-depth interview with individuals with psychiatric disabilities were collected questionnaires regarding the community integration of persons with psychiatric disabilities. Second, preliminary research 1 focused on the selection and modification of the items collected in the first research. Final 44 items were selected by the verification of the importance and content-validity of items under the advices of professionals. Lastly, preliminaty research 2 applied cross-validation method to the data from 524 cases in order to verify the factor structure and concept-validity of the items. The result of exploratory factor analysis shows that 5 factor structures are the most appropriate, and the confirmatory factor analysis suggests that the Self-reporting Scale of Community Integration for the person with psychiatric disabilities consists of 27 questionnaires which compose 5sub-concepts such as'psychological integration','physical integration', 'social support', 'social integration', 'independence/self-actualization'. Moreover, this scale was significantly related to the 'Life Satisfaction scale for the person with psychiatric disabilities'. This proved concurrent validity of the scale.

Development and Validation of Adaptive Game Use Scale (AGUS) (적응적 게임활용 척도 개발 및 타당화)

  • The present study explored the major components of adaptive game behavior among adolescents in Korea. Based on relevant research and a pilot testing, an Adaptive Game Use Scale (AGUS) was developed and validated. A stratified sampling procedure was used to draw a representative sample, and a total of 600 male and female students from middle schools and high schools in various regions participated in the study. Factor analyses revealed 7 facets of adaptive game behavior, including experiencing vitality, expanding life experience, making good use of leisure time, experiencing flow, exercising control, experiencing self-esteem, maintaining and expanding social network. Internal consistency and temporal stability(4 weeks) of the scale were both high. A confirmatory factor analysis indicated that a 7-factor hierarchical model fits well with the data. Moreover, additional analyses suggested that AGUS and game addiction are conceptually distinct. Correlational analyses also indicated that AGUS has good discriminant validity and concurrent validity. Implications of the findings and future directions were discussed.

The development step to advance an academic performance based on information technology (정보기술에 기반 한 학업성취도 향상을 위한 발전단계에 관한 연구)

  • An academic performance can advance the expectations that lead to academic success. The purpose of this study was to research the relationship of the variables; past performance, the ability to use information technology, outcome expectations, grade goal of studies, and study performance in an information technology course. Participants completed a background questionnaire, the Information Technology Proficiency Exam, the scale of the ability using computer, and the Technology Outcome scale. Based on path model results, the findings suggest that students' academic performance is related to past performance. Consistent with theory, the findings suggest that the studies performance is influenced by ability using information technology via the establishment of the grade goal of studies. In the present study, the past performance variable failed to predict an academic studies performance when impacted by outcome expectations.

외환위기 이후 우리나라 기업의 지배구조

  • 본 논문은 1997년 말 우리나라의 외환위기이후 IMF에 의해 주도된 경제개혁방안 중 기업지배구조 개선과 관련하여 최근에 취해진 정부의 기업지배구조 개선을 위한 제반 정책을 평가하고 향후 바람직한 우리나라 기업의 지배구조 개선방안을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 외환위기 이전의 우리나라 기업지배구조는 여러 가지 척도로 평가했을 때 전반적으로 비효율적이었으며 특히 소액주주의 보호라는 측면에서는 전 세계적으로 최하위의 평가를 받았다. 따라서 최근에 취해진 제반 지배구조 개선 조치는 주로 소액주주의 권리를 강화하는데 초점을 맞추면서 선진국에서 시행하는 제반 제도를 집중적으로 도입한 것이었다. 그러나 기업지배구조 개선의 궁극적인 목적이 기업의 장기적인 경쟁력제고라고 할 때 최근의 조치는 경영자로 하여금 단기업적주의에 치중하고 우리 경제 발전의 원동력이 된 기업가정신을 저해할 가능성을 상당히 포함하고 있으므로 앞으로는 지식근로자들의 이해관계를 조정하고, 은행의 지배구조를 개선하여 은행의 감시기능을 제고하며 시장의 기능을 활성화하는 방향으로 정책이 전개되어야 할 것이다.

Repertory Grid 방법을 활용하여 디지털콘텐츠 특성 도출

  • 인터넷이 생활의 저변에 확산된 현재의 환경에서 디지털콘텐츠를 접할 수 있는 기회가 많아지고 더불어 디지털콘텐츠를 통해 부가가치를 생산해 내려는 산업적 관심이 높아져 가고 있다. 디지털콘텐츠의 장점을 적절히 활용하여 수익을 창출하기 위해서는 무엇보다 디지털콘텐츠가 가지는 특성을 이해하는 것이 필수적이라 할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 경험재로써의 디지털콘텐츠에 초점을 두고 사용자가 디지털콘텐츠를 경험하면서 느끼게 되는 특성을 도출해 내었다. 문헌조사를 통해 디지털콘텐츠를 이루는 8개의 element를 찾아내어 각 element를 이용하는 사용자의 디지털콘텐츠 인식 구조를 도출해내기 위해 Repertory Grid 방법을 수행하였다. 5점 척도로 점수를 부여하는 Repertory Grid 방법으로 인터뷰와 인터넷을 이용한 설문을 동시에 시행하여 피험자로부터 48개의 construct을 도출해냈다. 본 연구결과의 의의는 미리 정의된 특성을 부여하지 않고 순수하게 사용자의 경험으로부터 도출되는 디지털콘텐츠의 특성을 도출해 내었다는 데 있다. 즉 디지털콘텐츠의 본질을 정의하고 분류체계, 품질체계를 규정할 수 있는 연구의 초석을 마련하였다.
