The dissemination of smart appliances, along with the development of the latest information and communication technology has an effect on society. Their application can be seen in the smart learning environment, by use of digital textbooks with smart devices in the classroom. Hence in this study, the 4L-ACC activity using digital textbooks was applied in the third grade social studies class to improve critical thinking and problem solving skills of elementary school students. This study compared and analyzed the impact in critical thinking and problem-solving skills using digital textbooks versus standard social studies classes. As a result, in social studies classes that used the 4L-ACC activity compared to common social studies classes, elementary student's problem understanding, critical thinking, problem resolution, reflective thinking, and all lower areas of critical thinking and problem-solving were improved. In conclusion, using digital textbooks enhance student's ability to think critically and problem solve. This should provide learners a more comprehensive learning experience and therefore be integrated into more education environment.

Digital textbook is noted as a new education materials to realize a new education paradigm with changes in digitalized society. The purposes of this study is investigation of key factors on digital textbook satisfaction by selecting of the three factors(domestic environment factor, teachers factor, school environment factor), analysis of awareness of effect factors on digital textbook satisfaction, and verification for each effect factors' influence on elementary school. 201 elementary school students, 201 their parents, and 12 teachers in Chung-nam were surveyed and factors which influenced on digital textbook satisfaction were analyzed. According to the results, firstly, there was a statistical significant difference in domestic internet environment, device owned environments, the utilization of the internet for the purpose of education and using time, device type of teachers, lesson time of digital textbook used in class and time ratio. Secondly, multiple regression analysis was conducted to find out the influence on digital textbook, the Awareness of parents about digital textbook, The lesson time using digital textbook by teacher, The utilization of the internet for the purpose of education affected satisfactions significantly in the order. This study has significant implications about which we have provided the effort needed to use digital textbook.

매일매일 넘쳐나는 방대한 양의 정보와 지식들을 학생들에게 모두 가르치기란 매우 어려운 일일뿐더러 사실 불가능한 일이라 할 수 있다. 따라서, 낱낱의 지식을 알려주기보단 학생이 처한 문제 상황에 능동적으로 대처해 나갈 수 있도록 문제해결력을 신장시켜주는 것이 매우 중요하다. 이러한 문제해결력을 신장시켜주기 위해 프로그래밍 교육은 매우 긍정적인 역할을 하고 있다. 따라서 정보통신기술교육 운영지침의 3단계에 근거하여 초등학교에서 꼭 학습해야할 프로그래밍의 기초 개념이나 규칙 등을 학습할 수 있도록 DiKi 학습프로그램을 설계하여 실험집단에게 적용하였고, 통제집단은 정보생활 교과서를 활용한 정보처리 영역의 프로그래밍 관련 학습을 진행하였다

Although various information and communication technologies occupy a place in daily life in the face of the fourth industrial revolution, the contents related to information security in elementary and secondary education courses are mainly related to personal information protection, and the contents and countermeasures of rapidly changing security threats are low in textbooks, and they are far behind the changes. To improve this, this paper suggests that education contents related to information security are included in elementary school real and middle school information textbooks, educational contents related to wireless network and PC security are included to cope with rapidly changing security threats that may arise from the age of the Internet of Things, non-face-to-face classes, and case-based information ethics education can be organized to eradicate curiosity about hacking. Through this paper, we will help prevent information security accidents by establishing basic security measures on our own and strengthening security awareness in the information age.

According to the operation guide book concerning the educations of Information Communication, Art for Primary and Middle school issued by Ministry of Education, Korea, 2001, it revealed many things as to an Spread Sheet's paradigm, that is, as to an useful program in Science, Practical course, Moral, Physical education and Society. However it can be said that the existing Spread Sheet is more or less unconvenience to use for pupils. Because most of pupils generally feel constrained to the functional formula and also when a complicated menu of Spread Sheet would be made the most of it. Moreover, from a certain point of view, it is somewhat too difficult to use the program as they feel intuitionally taking a look at it. This very thesis in order to support a part of probability and statistics for pupils were observed sincerely.
