Total conceptual cost estimates and the assessment of the reliability of these estimates are critical in the early stages of a building construction project. The purpose of this study is to propose the method to clients or estimators for improving the reliability of conceptual cost estimates by evaluating the reliability of conceptual cost estimates. The data from 83 building construction projects were collected for this study. The results showed that the proposed method can propose alternatives to clients or estimators for improving the reliability of conceptual cost estimates with the process of evaluation, review and feedback. This process can assist clients in their evaluation of the reliability of the estimated cost and the probability of exceeding the target cost, and in their re-estimation after dealing with the elements that influence the conceptual cost estimate badly.

IEC60300의 국제 규격은 시간종속성 경영 시스템의 규격으로써 제 1부는 시간종속성 경영 프로그램, 제 2부는 시간종속성 프로그램 구성요소와 업무, 제 3부는 응용지침 표준의 13개의 규격으로 구성되어 있다. 이 규격은 제품의 초기 단계서부터 폐기단계까지 수명주기 전 단계에 걸쳐 운영의 효율성, 시간, 비용의 제약 하에 위험을 최소화하고 안전성을 최적화하기 위한 지침을 제공한다. 본 연구에서는 현재 기업들이 기본적으로 적용하고 있는 경영모델인 ISO 9000시스템과 안전 설계를 위한 신뢰성 분야의 IEC 60300시스템의 통합모형을 모색하고자 한다.

In this paper, we propose boundary-preserving stereo matching method based on adaptive disparity adjustment using confidence region detection. To find the initial disparity map, we compute data cost using the color space (CIE Lab) combined with the gradient space and apply double cost aggregation. We perform left/right consistency checking to sort out the mismatched region. This consistency check typically fails for occluded and mismatched pixels. We mark a pixel in the left disparity map as "inconsistent", if the disparity value of its counterpart pixel differs by a value larger than one pixel. In order to distinguish errors caused by the disparity discontinuity, we first detect the confidence map using the Mean-shift segmentation in the initial disparity map. Using this confidence map, we then adjust the disparity map to reduce the errors in initial disparity map. Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed method produces higher quality disparity maps by successfully preserving disparity discontinuities compared to existing methods.

This study investigates the credibility judgements of information by tweens using digital media and information. Particularly, the study focused on tweens' perception of internet research and information use and on their credibility judgement of source and message, internet service providers, and on consulting with others for their credibility judgement. The survey methodology was used to collect data from grade 5 and 6 students in two elementary schools whose parents are likely in middle and upper class. 336 valid questionnaires were collected among 400. Descriptive statistics, factor analysis, and t-test were used to analyze the data collected using SPSS 25. Findings suggested that tweens understood the importance of using smart media and computers, that they used Youtube, Naver, Kakao talk, Naver JisikIN much in sequence, and that they believed the Internet research was easy and fun. Using exploratory factor analysis, the survey questions for credibility judgement were classified into three factors: Internet service providers, sources and information, and consulting with others. Tweens used sources and information credibility, consulting with others credibility, Internet service providers credibility in sequence. However, it was interesting to find that there were greater deviation in answers on knowing how to find out the cognitive authority of the authors and on the importance of using current information. This study suggests the critical need for tweens' credibility judgement research for promoting critical thinking skills as well as for proactive educational practices in schools and libraries on information literacy.

시험 단계나 운용 단계에서 발견된 소프트웨어의 오류를 수정하기 위해서는 많은 비용을 투자해야 한다. 시스템 개발 초기 단계인 설계 단계에서 소프트웨어 시스템의 신뢰도에 영향을 많이 미치는 부분을 찾아 오류를 사전에 방지하는 연구가 많이 진행되고 있다. 모듈의 신뢰도를 설계 단계에서 예측할 수 있다면 프로젝트 관리자는 결함 경향이 강한 모듈 개발에 더 많은 자원을 할당함으로써 보다 신뢰성 있는 소프트웨어를 생산 할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 실시간 소프트웨어의 설계 결과에 대한 복잡도 측정치를 토대로 신뢰도를 예측하는 모델을 제안하다. 유전자 알고리즘으로 찾아낸 이 모델을 사용하여 결함 경향이 강한(fault prone) 모듈과 그렇지 않은 모듈은 96%의 정확도로 선별해 낼 수 있다.

In this paper, buckling reliability analyses of stiffened cylinder with random initial geometric imperfection under axial impact load are performed by the combined response surface method. The effect of random geometric imperfection on the failure probability and reliability is recognized quantitatively. Buckling reliability decreases with the increase of mean value, cov of initial geometric imperfection under the same external load. Buckling probability under impact load is greater than those under static load with the same condition. From the probabilistic characteristics of imapct buckling load, relation between reliability index and safety parameter can be obtained in addition to the relation between load and reliability index. And those results can be used to determine the range of required safety parameter and acceptable imperfaction.

본 연구는 새로운 장비체계 도입 시 초기 일정기간 동안 장비의 목표가용도 유지를 위해 필요한 동시조달수리부속(Concurrent Spare Parts)와 적정소요 산출에 관한 해법을 제시한다. 새로운 장비체계 도입 시 함께 보급되는 예비수리부속은 장비체계 운용에 중요한 역할을 한다. 따라서 장비체계가 주어진 임무를 수행하는 동시에 정상상태를 유지하기 위한 적정수준의 예비부속 확보가 필요하며 최소의 비용으로 장비의 가동률을 극대화 할 수 있도록 하여야 한다. 본 연구에서는 부품의 고장특성 및 수리능력을 고려한 고장분포함수를 바탕으로 각 부속별 중요도를 만족시키는 초기 수리부속 소요 결정모형과 해 산정기법을 제시하며 가용예산 제약에 따른 소요조정을 통해 최적의 예비부속 재고수준을 결정한다.

중앙 집중형 음성 통신 시스템이 확장성, 신뢰성, 그리고 초기 비용의 문제를 가짐에 따라, 분산 아키텍쳐 기반의 피어 투 피어 음성 통신 서비스를 실현하기 위한 연구가 최근 활발히 이루어지고 있다. 그러나 대부분의 연구들은 완전 분산 시스템을 구현하지 못하고 사용자의 인증 및 보안 기능을 위해 중앙의 서버에 일부 의존하는 형태를 취하고 있다. 이러한 형태로 구현된 서비스는 완화되기는 했지만 확장성, 신뢰성, 초기 비용 등의 문제를 그대로 가지고 있으며 또 다양한 서비스로 유연하게 확장하기가 쉽지 않다. 이 연구에서는 사용자 인증 및 보안 기능까지도 완전한 분산 형태로 구현할 수 있는 피어 투 피어 음성 통신 서비스의 구조를 제안하고 구현 사례를 보였다. 또 제안된 서비스 구조가 유연한 확장성과 발전성을 갖는다는 것을 보이기 위해 웹 서비스와의 연동을 통한 확장된 서비스 사례를 보였다. 추가적으로 우리의 제안 구조가 기존의 중앙 집중형 음성 통신 시스템과 호환성을 갖출 수 있도록 하는 방안도 제시한다.

In this paper, we propose an initial timing acquisition algorithm for terrestrial cloud transmission (CTxn) systems. By combining auto-correlations of several repetition patterns within preamble symbols, the proposed scheme can improve the reliability of the timing metric for CTxn system with co-channel interferences. Simulation results show that the proposed scheme improves the reliability of the timing metric for terrestrial CTxn systems.

Mobile nodes in MANETs have the nature of unrestricted mobility so that they will join and leave the network frequently. Therefore, it important consideration to determine the optimal distance progress between relaying nodes along the route in order to maintain the established route for an arbitrary length of time (i.e., route duration). In this paper, we derived the link maintenance probability by considering the initial distance between two relaying nodes and node mobility. Based on the link maintenance probability, we further analyzed the route stability by considering the impact of distance progress between relaying nodes along the route.
